What is Dataflow?

Dataflow is an agency who will help you to verify your documents. HAAD uses Dataflow
services for faster and accurate verification for every applicants documents.
First thing first is to check if you are qualified or not. Check these requirements of
HAAD: Professional Qualification Requirements (PQR) 2014
If you have all the qualifications, you may proceed to Dataflow.
Step 1. Gather all the required documents for your position and scan them.
Documents:
SCHOOL:
High School Diploma
College Diploma with CAV (Certificate of Authentication & Verification)
Official Transcript of Records With CAV (Certificate of Authentication &
Verification)
Note: If CAV is not available, you can still proceed with Dataflow Processing and can submit
these documents in the licensing once requested.
PRC (With or without CAV)

Board Certificate
Certificate of good standing (For Pre-Licensing) (6 months validity) If the country
you're worked from doesn't have a licensing body like in Libya, you can get a Letter
of Reciprocity.
Board Rating
PRC ID can be uploaded first if other documents are not yet available
EMPLOYMENT

Certificate of Employment must be signed by the head of HR.

RED RIBBON needs to be renewed if already used from another country if your facility
asked you to. Source

Passport Copy - Datapage only

Passport size photo white background
BLS Certificate - Some members were approved for exam even without giving BLS.
Sponsoring Facility Declaration form (applicable if you have sponsor, if none then
leave this part blank

Letter of Authorization
CID/Security Form (English Pages only)
Applicant Declaration form only for licensing procedure not in dataflow

Step 2. Sign-up to Dataflow website - HAAD Dataflow

Choose the Applicant option. The Facility option is for companies who process the
dataflow.
Step 3. Fill-up the form with your details relevant to the position youre applying to.
SECTION 2: INTRODUCTION, BACKGROUND, INSTRUCTIONS
Read then click next.
SECTION 3: APPLICATION TYPE AND SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION
3.1 Select none if you dont have sponsor or employer
3.1.0 Select none if you dont have sponsor or employer

3.2 Download and re-upload a blank document if you dont have a sponsor yet.
3.3 Select Nursing and Midwifery from the drop down-button and wait.
3.4 Click Registered Nurse.
3.5 Click Registered Nurse whatever your specialty is because theyll ask for more
documents if you choose your specialty now. (It wont affect future application so dont
worry)
3.6 If none then proceed to the next.
Step 4. Upload all your scanned document to the form provided online then submit.
SECTION 4
4.7 Select the month, year and date (in order) to be able to put the correct date of birth.
4.18 If you have any relatives in UAE, put their contact number. If none, then put 00000
4.22 Upload your passport front page
4.23 Upload passport size picture
SECTION 5
5.1 Upload your high school diploma
5.2-5.3 Leave them blank
5.4 Fill-out the form follow the correct format and dont use abbreviation.
5.4.14 Graduation date
5.4.16 Upload your diploma/rle/tor in pdf format dont put the red ribbon copy yet
5.5 Leave blank
5.6 Put your Masters Degree if available or leave it blank
5.7 upload BLS/ACLS if available
SECTION 6 LICENSE INFORMATION
6.1.12 Upload PRC ID (front and back), PRC board certificate and board rating (all must be
valid and not expired)
SECTION 7 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE DETAIL
As per HAAD, Employment Certificate is a MUST for registered nurses.
It should contain:

clear designation of Staff Nurse in any area

joining and end date of employment
signatures
Note: Volunteer experiences are not valid.
SECTION 8 LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION

Fill-out the form and print it. Sign beside your name and upload it.
SECTION 9 SECURITY CLEARANCES / COD/ STAFF DATA FORM

If you are HAAD Exam Passer and will undergo dataflow, upload the Pearson Vue exam
results here.
SECTION 12 APPLICATION SUBMISSION
Now its time to submit your application. Again be sure everything is correct as you cannot
change them once the verification has started.

Credit Card - Paying Outside UAE

Cash - Paying inside UAE (if there is someone who can pay in your behalf, you can also pay
cash)
Step 5. Youll receive a confirmation email from Dataflow which includes Dataflow
Number
Step 6. Payment: 600 AED for other Health Professionals. You can pay personally to
Dataflow desk located at HAAD offices in Abu Dhabi.

Applicants in UAE can pay in cash at the Dataflow counters located in the HAAD
facilities at
Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Western Region.
Applicants outside UAE can pay through their Credit Cards
All Applicants have the option to pay online using Credit cards

NOTE:
The above cost covers 1 Education, 1 Health License and relevant experience as per the
HAAD PQR.
Additional educational qualification may be verified at an additional cost of 300 AED per
document
Additional health license or employment certificate may be verified at an additional cost of
100 AED per document
Step 7. Wait for 30-60 days verification of you documents (some took 90 days). You can
follow-up your application by sending e-mail to haadsupport@dataflowgroup.com , calling
Dataflow Offices or visiting Dataflow desk.
After all your documents have been verified, dataflow will send you an e-mail again for your
HAAD web login (pre-licensing). This is the direct application to HAAD. Re-upload the
documents required that are not attached.
Theres an automatic translation of your name into Arabic in pre-licensing stage. (But not
also accurate)
Step 8. If your credentials are eligible, you can take HAAD examination. If you already took
the exam with Pearson Vue, you may process your license directly.

After your PSV, you can now book for HAAD Exam.

How to Book for HAAD Exam?

Once your documents are already verified, its time to book for your HAAD exam.

The first thing you need to do is check the available date for HAAD exam. Take note of
probably the most important thing in scheduling, the Payment Date of your preferred
Exam Date.
The payment date is the only time when you can book for your preferred exam date.

HAAD Examination is a computer-based licensure exam to practice health care in UAE. It
consists of 150 questions. You can also read about these HAAD Review Tips but you need

For Registered Nurses, it is mandatory to apply for Dataflow Verification first before you
can book for your exam.

Procedure in booking for HAAD Exam

Step 1. Book for HAAD Exam
If you are eligible from the report of dataflow, you can book to get your Exam Ticket (eticket) for 50 AED.

To book for exam, please follow the below steps:
You can only see the available schedules in their respective payment date.
Login to your HAAD Account
1. Click on E-Licensing and select Examination
2. Click on Exam Scheduling
3. Enter your application number and click Search
4. Choose the time and testing center you preferred.
5. Click BOOK button Pay Exam Fees and Print your Exam Ticket.

Youll receive a confirmation email of your payment and another login details for Pearson
Vue Account.

Kung gusto nyo po ipaprint na pwede naman po kung ayaw nyo pa naman pwede din
naman po.. tapos wait nalang kau ng email ng pearsonvue para sa login details nyo.

Step 2. Pearson Vue Account & Payment

Go to HAAD Pearson Vue and login using the username and password they sent to your email and select your exam.

Here's what you need to do in Pearson Vue

Sign in po kau sa PEARSON VUE gamit ang binigay sa inyo ng PV na username at

temporary password. Tapos papalitan nyo po password na gusto nyo. pag ok na
madidirect na kau sa home ng pearson vue..

Click nyo po Haad RN:Haad Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses tapos eto
po lalabas

Basahin nyo po policies kung gusto nyo. tapos click nyo na po ung Schedule this
exam.tapos eto naman po lalabas

Tapos po kung specialty nurse kau select nyo lang dyan kung anu specialization nyo..
kung wala edi no. tapos click next

Tapos po pwede na kau mamili ng test center na gusto nyo then click next..
Tapos po pag click ng next lalabas po ung exam date na ibobook nyo at may oras din
po.. click nyo time na gusto nyo (wala po ako screen shot kasi nun) tapos papupunta
na kau sa my order.

Click nyo po proceed to checkout tapos mapupunta na po kau sa check out steps.
step 1. Confirm personal info... step 2. Agree to Policies.. step 3. Payment na po..
(wala po akong screen shot ng mga to. pero madali naman pong sundan. tapos step
4. submit order na.

Click nyo po submit order tapos lalabas na po ang receipt nyo.. hndi ko po sure kasi
kung need ipaprint ang receipt para ipakita pag nag take ka ng haad.. ipaprint nalang
para sure..

Pay the necessary fees and wait for the confirmation of your payment.

Step 3. Confirmation
Print the confirmation they sent to your e-mail. Bring this confirmation along with you to
the testing center on your examination day. Check your Spam or Junk Folder because
sometimes, the email from Pearson Vue is filtered.
