Art 30 Final Exam Study Guide


The Art 30 Final Exam is out of a total of 100 Marks and you are allotted 2
hours to write this exam.
The Final Exam consists of the following categories of questions:

The questions are based on the course material found in Lessons #1 to 20 in the Art
30 course. Thus, read and review each lesson in the coil booklet carefully,
including the described definitions, processes and art history information.

Surrealists use several devices to depict fantasy worlds like: unusual
juxtaposition of objects, altered objects, unusual scale or space, dream-like
qualities & fantastic environments

High & Low Art High Art relates to high culture (Fine Art like paintings &
sculpture) and Low Art relates to low culture (Commercial Art like
