Dear Sirs,
--------We thank you for the enquiry sent to us, Based on the details furnished by you We
have worked out the total heat load radiated and generated inside the departments
and have estimated the requirement of conditioned air to offset the same to provide
the required relative humidity inside the department.
We also would like to highlight the uniqueness of our offer.
1.

Dual atomization for the air washer - a combination of centrifugal and

pressure atomization. The air washer is provided with 2 stages of
atomization. The centrifugal atomization, which will work with 1 HP pump
according to the fan configuration, followed by bank of spray air washer.

Integra rotary air filter - This filter has higher ratio of filter surface to
the volume of air handled. Because of the increase in the surface area,
the velocity and the pressure drop across the filter media is reduced,
hence increase in efficiency of the filter. The no. of moving parts in the
dust prone area is also reduced, so down time for regular maintenance is
minimized.
The unit is also provided with pressure switch, which
facilitates operating the dust collection suction blower based on the
differential pressure.

Automation system - The automation system is with web enabled

controller from Honeywell one of the leaders in automation protection in
the world.

ANNEXURE III
SPECIFICATION OF EQUIPMENT
Technical Specification of the various equipments will be as follows:
FAN:Energy efficient axial flow fans with variable pitch bladed arrangement. The fan
blades can be site adjusted in a step of 2.5 from 12.5 to 30. The impellers are of
high static high efficiency model.
All the fans are tested in the test bed as per IS / AMCA standard.

All our impellers are dynamically balanced in our dynamic balancing machine as per
ISO 1940 1973 (E)
ATOMIZING GRID:Supply air fans are provided with additional ring with Stainless Steel atomizing grid.
The centrifugal atomisation principal is adopted. Hence the two-stage of
atomisation is incorporated i.e. centrifugal atomisation and pressure atomisation.
The Centrifugal atomisation with 1 Hp pump itself could suffice to get the relative
humidity when the outside wet bulb temperature / Heat load less than the designed
condition. This will result in substantial energy consideration.
MOTORS AND PUMPS:We have considered Bharat Bijlee / Orbito make motors for all the fans. We have
considered high efficiency Mono bloc pump for the air washer. Each air washer will
have two pumps connected to individual spray banks.

AIR WASHER INTERNALS
We have considered non-corrosive air washer in this proposal. The Eliminators are
extruded out of PVC granules K 67. The eliminators are of aerofoil design to
reduce the pressure drop and at the same time effectively arrest the water
particles. The supply includes aluminum notch angles and stainless steel tie rods.
Hence the entire arrangement will be of first quality material and durable to
withstand the regular maintenance of the system.
The Spray piping will be GI with nozzles, anti-vortex suction line, header, raiser,
valves, etc. Further piping to supply and drain the water from the tank to be
provided by the client.
Nozzles will be of PVC with stainless steel cap with a clamping arrangement and
non-clogging characteristics.
AEROFOIL DAMPERS
The plants have aluminium extruded aerofoil dampers. The aerofoil dampers
are smooth operating and can accept electronic actuators.
FLOOR GRILLS
We have considered floor grills made out of tubular section for the departments.
The slit type grills will be tubular type.
SUPPLY AIR DIFFUSERS
We have considered square type four way stainless steel supply air diffusers in
this proposal.

b) AWES System for 16 Carding Machine

We have gone through the machinery layout furnished and understand that
you require automatic waste evacuation system for 16 Nos. carding
machines.

Since the details are not very clear with respect to the make,

model, type of carding machines and the capacity, we are giving our offer for
the latest and current generation type of waste evacuation system viz.
continuous waste evacuation system.
The proposed waste evacuation system will comprise of the various
equipments as given below. The carding machines, comprising of two types
of waste viz. under card / lickerin waste will be collected and compacted
separately while the flat strips (which are otherwise called as pneumafil
waste) by the waste evacuation system considered in this proposal.
In case, your existing carding machines are already fitted with individual
pneumafil filter box for each card, the filter box could be dispensed with and
the piping connection could be connected to the proposed waste evacuation
system piping. Accordingly, the system proposed and will be designed. The
proposed automatic waste evacuation system for 16 Nos. carding machine,
the proposed continuous type automatic waste evacuation system for the 16
Nos. carding machine will comprise of the following:

PAYMENT:
100% against irrevocable and confirmed letter of credit at sight.
DELIVERY:
The detailed design will be made within 2 to 3 weeks of receipt of your
confirmed order and advance and the materials will be delivered in line with
your requirement of civil works. The entire material can be supplied within
10 to 12 weeks time on receipt of your confirmed & irrevocable letter of
credit.
SUPERVISION:
We will depute one of our Engineers to supervise the erection of equipments
supplied by us. You will have to pay him the actual airfare from Coimbatore
to Dhaka. In addition you will have to provide his Boarding, lodging and local
conveyance and 25US$ per day towards incidental expenses.
During the erection all the required Skilled & unskilled man power,
scaffolding, tools, work shop facilities are to be provided by you, electrical,
panels cabling, earthing will have to be arranged by you.

EXCLUSIONS
The following items / equipment are not included in our offer and the same
will have to be provided by you.
1) Any type of civil work, Grouting of fan rings, Filter frame, Thermal
insulation door frame, RCC cone for the fan etc., along with civil
work.
2) Automation cabling, Electrical cabling & connection up to the motor
and pump are to be provided by you.
3) Water connection up to the air washer and drain from the sump.
4) Required floor grills/ Slit grills are to be provided by you.
5) G I Ducting fixing of diffuser & duct Insulation to be carried out by
you.
6) For AWES piping with flap doors, cabling etc. to be organized by
the mills.
7) False ceiling with fiber glass insulation has to arranged by the
client.
8) Air washer tank Incoming, drain & Over flow pipes & Gate valves to
be provided by client.

9) Any other items, which has not been specifically mentioned but the
same required to complete the work are to be arranged by the
client.
