I agree that NG needs to move on or at least shorten the Tiger news. My gosh, she
can actually have a "bombshell" about Crazy and doesn't even mention it.
I was also wondering, why can't any sport be played without having strippers or

wouldn't it?

Tomorrow Friday the 11th at 9:30A, MOTY (mother of the year)& camp crazy will be
back in court to waste more of the court's time & the taxpayer's money. Ironically
tomorrow is the one year anniversary of the day little Caylee Marie's remains were
found & recovered.
George & Cindy Anthony have been subpoenaed by the state. Don't know what part
they will be expected to testify about but I do know that I don't expect to hear
anything close to the truth coming out of the mouth of anyone in that family.
I made a list of motions that will be argued by both the defense & state at
tomorrow's hearing. Looks like it maybe an all day affair.
1)Motion to destroy videos of family visits
2)Motion to prohibit videotaping of attorney visits

I think Judge Stickland needs to put a halt to the frivolous motions being filed
by the defense. It not only makes them look desperate but it's a major waste of
paper & time. Tomorrow should be real interesting but a very long day & maybe even
have to be continued at a later date. Seems like the strategy of the defense is to
delay,delay, delay & confuse every issue. Goes to show once again that they have
no defense & are winging it.

According to My Fox Orlando story posted yesterday a Florida man has filed motions
on behalf of himself and Casey Anthony . One is a Motion to Dismiss. The other is
a Motion of Inquiry.
In his handwritten documents, Elgine Furlow claims that Casey Anthony is innocent.
He claims Casey Anthony said that a young under aged male killed her 2-year-old
daughter Caylee. His motion makes reference to a drug payment.

Clyde Covington and possibly many more, has a long history as a former inmate at
the Florida Department of Corrections. He currently has other motions pending in
the state of FL courts.
This individual is clearly as INSANE as the rest to the Anthony clan. Ya gotta
wonder if he is somehow related to them.

Strange that you would mention Tiger Woods because I just read an interesting post
at Richard Hornsby's web page about Bozo giving his expert(LOL)legal advice on the
case to Entertainment TV OnLine. They even referred to him as HIGH PROFILE
ATTORNEY JOSE BAEZ. WTF He's an idiot!
He was asked "what kind of charges could Tiger Woods face?
He told E! News that Woods’ seeming refusal to speak with FHP troopers could
result in several misdemeanor charges, including obstruction of justice, resisting
arrest without violence, criminal mischief and possibly even driving under the
influence.
I was under the impression that Woods was unresponsive at the scene & therefore
transported to the hospital. It would be a little hard to resist arrest in that
condition. If they didn't administer a breath test for alcohol at the scene or a
blood test at the hospital then there is no way he can be charged with DUI. As far
as criminal mischief I believe that would only apply if it was an intentional act.
Hornsby refers to Bozo as the CLUELESS WONDER. Too Funny! His post also points out
that the community that Woods lives in is a private one & that LE has no
jurisdiction there. I know that holds true in Georgia.

the Casey being in court tomorrow. I know Nancy thinks Fridays are a none-news
day, so what am I going to do? She is So stuck on Tiger Woods news, and a big

if I hear ONE more man say he is addicted to sex so it is ok, he needs help, I

a worry if the trial ever goes forward. I so wanted to watch tomorrow. They showed
OJ every day here, but only because it was a CA case. We will see nothing of the

Linn, farm cat is now trapped in my house, not crying and sleeping by the door. I
made him a neuter appointment for next Friday. I'm going to keep him in all night.
We showed him where indoor cat's litter box is. Hopefully he understands what that
is all about. He was flipping out last night when he came in, but I think he gets
it now. He came in for a bit this morning and drank a whole bowl of water. I have
never seen my indoor cat take so much as a lick of it. I always put water out for
the farm cat in the summer, but he never drank any of it. I guess his water supply
froze up a few days ago and he has gone without for a few days. Poor guy. Well,
he's safe now.

Still on part 2. I noticed Bill Shaeffer sitting behind Crazy, a little to the
viewer's left. It's so apparent how much she hates all of those who go against
her, whether it be the prosecutors, the sherriff's office/jail, the Orlando
Sentinel lawyer. I think you can see it in her face. In the set of her jaw, the
look in her eyes. It's subtle, but there. Anyone else see it?

Today of all days, my computer starts acting like Linn's. It took about an hour
and a half to watch 30 minutes of video. It kept stopping and saying "bufferring".
So, I only watched part 4 which was probably the best part anyway. For Linn, in
part 4, Lyons gives her opinion on why the DP should go away. She described some
brutal child murders that there was no DP. The State countered by suggesting this
was a brutal murder. The whole thing was just awful to listen to. They suggested
that Caylee was dust taped with three pieces. She was either chemically unable to
remove the tape herself or she was physically restrained from doing so while
looking her killer in the eyes. Casey broke down and can be heard to say, "Make
him stop". Lyons whispers back, "I can't". Then their mic is shut off. Casey is
crying the entire time into what must be a ShamWow tissue that never gets wet. She
also does the wipe and look thing throughout the whole procedure. Cindy and George
can't stand to hear about this duct tape scenario and get up during the procedure
and slam out the court room door followed by the only two supporters they appear
to have.

Hi all. losingit, I also noticed that the tissue never got wet! She seemed
genuinely upset but probably only from feeling sorry for herself! Maybe she feels
an iota of guilt but who knows...to go from never crying/displaying inappropriate
emotions every time she's in court to sobbing in the courtroom today means she is
either a great actress or she is little by little starting to realize how screwed
she is. I find it very fitting that exactly a year ago today Caylee's body was
found and on this day a year later Crazy has to relive what she did and hear her
actions described in gory detail. Keep crying, b*tch!

It is very cold here and things are froze, people did not have water to there
RV's. One guy got mad and hit the land lord in the face so next thing the cops
were here to take his butt away. I can not believe people that act like that. The
land lord has been out all day in this cold trying to fix things for people. When

Losingit! YEAH!!! I did figure/hope he would come back. he really seems like a
nice kitty, and once he is fixed he will stay around, not spray *ick* and settle
in. I got a cat years ago that a so called friend was going to dump. He freaked
out, and the second day jumped through my bedroom screen. Well, I thought I did
what I could and felt bad. That night I am in bed and that darn cat jumped back
through the screen taking years off my life. 13 years later, lol, he is still here
and still a sissy. If a leaf falls he freaks, but I am going to go down when he
passes. I figure he might have been 3 when I got him, so about 16 now. However
since all he does is sleep, potty and eat none stop, he still has years left. I am
so glad he made it back home.

Losingit, lol.. Welcome to my world, but 30 minutes of video would take me a week
to watch. 2 words at a time. I rely on Rascal and you all to give me written
descriptions. however, I did see the old croc tears on Casey. NOW, her nose was
red and swollen, but I don't know about you all, but when I cry I have to blow or
wipe my nose constantly. Never once did she wipe her nose. At least I didn't see
it. And I am sure she truly was upset. I was!!! However it was because I think for
once, she heard and remembered everything the prosector was saying! I bet she
finally did remember Caylee looking up at her while she put the tape on. I DO
think she was chemically restrained, and physically restrained. I think Casey was
in a huge fury, did what she did and that was that.
Did anyone see Biazed on JVM? He is so, heck. What is he? Yeah, I can't wait until
trial when they explain it all away about her partying instead of calling the
police about her child. BTW too, anyone notice we don't hear anything about the
Nanny? And what happened to that case? Did they drop it?
Also, good one to who ever it was that noticed the tissue was never wet. I would
go through a box listening to what little I* heard today. And finally, I had my
daughter go through this new cable. Seems we don't have CourtTV. Now what? Even
though I think it will be way over a year before this goes to trial.

LOL. I have a cold right now. I feel like crap, but have determined with internets
help that it is not the dreaded flu. This came on slow and is lingering.
Apparently the flu slaps you in the face. I need one of those amazing tissues
Casey uses. I could go broke with the amount of Kleenex I use.
Linn, I am holding farm cat hostage in the house. It's way too cold for him to be
out. I showed him the litter box, but it freaked him out. I let him out for a
couple hours this morning and he came back so hopefully we can just do that. Oddly
enough, he is about ten months old, but almost an identical twin to my 13ish year
old indoor cat.
Casey seemed to show a flash of anger when the State gave their opinion of what
could have happened. Why? Because they were wrong? Because they were right? I
can't figure that out. Maybe just because they definitively said something that
makes her think she is in trouble and people are actually working on the case.
The Ants antics continued today when they decided they couldn't bear to hear
anymore talk of how Caylee might have died. They left the court room. I thought
they had been subpoended (sp?) to be there. Are you just allowed to walk out like
that? What will happen during the trial when actual gruesome details come out?

Caylee. He KNOWS he did it, but if he does win this case can you imagine what it

Thanks Linn, but I think it's just a cold that has decided to develop into a sinus
infection. I'm such a baby about it too because I never get sick. I think I'll
make an Dr. appointment in town the same day as farm cat's appointment. BTW, I
have kept him in for a couple days now. I don't even know where he's hiding, but
he comes out to eat and say hello a couple times a day. I checked indoor cat's
litter box a couple hours ago, and it was a disaster. So, Yeah!, I think farm cat
has figured out that's where to go. Now, he needs to be as clean and tidy as
Tommy. LOL. Here in Alberta we had to pay about 50 dollars a month for health
care. About a year ago the fee was waived. Now we have free health care. I won't
go into it here, but it's not as good as it sounds. Basically, every Dr.
appointment, surgery, hospital stay is free, but a Dr. appointment might take a
month to make, surgery might take a year, and a hospital stay might be stayed in
the hallway of the hospital due to bed closures. Sorry for the rant.
Did anyone read Hinky Meter today? He has placed all the duct tape together. Now,
did you watch part 4 of the video yesterday? I will not take credit for this, I
found this in a comment there. When the State started talking about the way Caylee
died, they said she might have been physically restrained. Casey started rubbing
her wrists.
Now, just because the State has suggested this is how Caylee died, I don't know if
I believe it. I have always thought the duct tape was used to make it look like a
kidnapping. I believe she od'd on chloroform or something. Wouldn't the easiest
way to kill Caylee would be to hold her under the water in the pool and claim
accidental drowning?

pool. But she floated and even the neighbors shovel couldn't sink her under the
water. Casey knew it wouldn't work. She duct tapped her to make it look like a
kidnapping and dumped her. I do not believe Caylee died by duct tape. I am all for
the prosecuters saying it though. And after all, we will never know the truth.

So, lets see....either Casey put Caylee in the trunk to sleep with some chloroform
and forgot about her being there (while she was getting high on pot and watching a
movie that night)and then when she realized she was dead in the trunk, she drove
home, backed the car up and tried to make it look like a drowning (thus the pool
ladder out). Got the neighbors shovel, tried to dig a hole to put her in, but then
that didn't work. Gave the shovel back. Put Caylee in some plastic bags and a
laudry bag and thought up her wild kidnapping story. Grabbed Daddy's duct tape.
Taped her head up like she saw done in the movie the night before. Felt so bad,
she threw in some toys and blanket and put a heart shaped sticker on her mouth.
Shut the trunk and drove around in desperation of what to do with Caylee. Scared
to death of Cindy. The car began to smell. She dumped the body and then went on
with her life, because she resolved that there was nothing that could be done
about it at this point. She wouldn't want to lie to Cindy, so she 'avoided' her.
Then when confronted, she had to recount the kidnapping story.
OR......the lying witch was pissed off she couldn't party with her friends, mad at
Cindy over the money issues, caught up in all her lies of jobs, sitters, school,
etc. and snapped. She looked up chloroform on the computer to make some with
household items (or weapons) and also looked up missing children sites, etc. etc..
She told Caylee she was a little snot and to shutup the crying. Duct taped her
mouth when she interfered with her 'planned' movie night with Tony. Put her in the
trunk and the rest is history....partying, tatoos, hot body contests, etc.. She
was happy to dump her on suburban drive (even wrote about her thoughts in her
diary) and was 'so pissed' when they found Caylee. Video to prove it. She even
tried to change the subject to football! Ants knew it too, while they dined on
crab cakes. Liars and murderers, all of them!!!

Yeah, I think it was one of those two scenarios. I'm leaning way more to the first
one. On Friday the State presented the second one. They have enough evidence to
say this is how it happened. They might have enough evidence to prove the first
one happened, but are keeping some evidence secret. Maybe they just wanted to see
how Casey would react. When they said Caylee was retrained, Casey looked pissed
off, rubbed her wrist and then started the sobbing thing. She was shaking her head
"no". Did she react like this because they had hit the nail right on the head or
because they were totally wrong? I'm sure they have some expert body language
people taking a long look at her reaction. It will be interesting now to see what
the defense does with this. I would love to know what Casey said to them after
this. I don't think her lawyers had prepared her to hear anything like this. I
believe they just go to the jail and blow sunshine up her skirt every week. She
does not want to hear or talk about anything like that. She was probably shocked

Good Sunday evening to all. I kept thinking of Friday's hearing over this weekend.
I keep thinking of Casey's face and reactions to Jeff Ashton's words. losingit, I
also wonder why she was shaking her head "no". That moment reminds me of Casey's
jailhouse video freak-out. I think it goes back to her narcissistic personality -
as we've discussed before here on the ship. She wants admiration and flattery, not
for someone to expose her for the POS that she is. It enrages her when people tell
her how she really is or when someone puts her lies or bad deeds out in the open.
She is slightly better behaved in the courtroom or with LE, but I think it could
be the same reaction she had when she flipped out on her parents on tape, only
watered-down since she was in court. She flipped out on G & C because she was
feeling like, "screw Caylee, what about me? I'm the victim". As you said,
losingit, once this trial starts it will be all about Caylee and bringing her
killer to justice. Not only that - it will also be all about bringing ALL of
Casey's 'shortcomings' (to put it nicely) out in the open. And that will eat her
up. I've said it before and so have others here…Casey will be the downfall of
Casey. I can see her completely losing her composure during the trial, blurting
out something indirectly incriminating (not something like, "I did it" but maybe
something like, "what about ME?") and putting the nail in her own coffin.
jMo, as far as the two scenarios you've presented, I'm also leaning toward the
second. At this point it's very difficult for me to ignore what seems to be not
only premeditation (the internet searches) but also some sort of twisted happiness
she felt afterwards (the journal entry, partying, tattoos, etc).
Anyway, I'm hoping that putting some of my thoughts down in writing will help me
get them outta my head! I'm sort of getting that old obsessive feeling back now
that we have some new news and more court dates coming up! LOL

Rascal, it seems to me by what you just wrote, and I believe it too, that the

being restrained she looked into the killers eyes. Her mothers! I think too she
might have been drugged, but they were just kicking in so she still fought having

Well, my take on it is that they are going to force one or the other scenarios on
Casey. It was "some good lawyering" like the judge said. If they go with the
second scenario, Casey will get DP, if they go with the second, she might get
LWOP. Personally, I don't think they care. I think they just want the low life to
admit to one or the other. They are forcing her hand and she has no way out!!!!
Her 'im innocent' BS won't fly. She is given a choice of which way she wants to
go. I think the game is this....go with the story of she planned it and she needs
to get the DP. Then Casey will fess up to save her own ass. She has painted
herself into a corner and now she has an attorney who has painted himself into
that same corner with her.
If she got upset hearing about Caylee getting duct tape on her mouth, think what
she will be like when they start talking about the smell and the decomposure and
showing her little bones in court. Casey will f'n lose it all together. She will
really snap a nerve when her 'friends' get up and tell what a piece of shit she
was and is. They will say how they don't like her, shes a liar and a skanky ho.
That will send her right over the top...she won't be able to handle the
critisism!!!
I have a feeling that the more reality she is fed, the more she is gonna realize
that she ain't getting away with this. I think Baezhole has used her for his own
gain and has not been honest with her. He has fed into her fairy tales and let her

link to it. It was some retarded blog that stated Caylee comitted suicide. Whoever
posted it here obviously thought it was retarded too. As stupid as this might
sound, I just had this thought. Friday after court, Casey admits to Bozo that she
wasn't paying attention to Casey. Casey got into the duct tape and accidently
suffocated herself. It would explain a few things. Can you imagine if they ever
tried something that stupid. But hey, try everything.
Oh, one more thing. Linn, until my nephew was born 2.5 years ago, it had been 18
years since I changed a diaper- my daughter's. I don't remember her ever giving me
trouble. My nephew is pretty much trained now, but a few months ago, OMG. I could
get them off him easily enough, but getting a new one on was a different story.
Seriously, I would have to pin down his hands above his head and pin a leg under
each of my knees. With one hand I would wiggle a diaper under him, release his
arms and try to do it up as fast as possible. The whole time he's laughing so
hard, he has gross bubbles of snot coming out his nose-another mess to clean up.
The nose wiping was even harder that the diaper. He hated the nose wiping and
would whip away leaving a trail of... well, you know across his face. As I chased
him around to fix it, he'd bury his head in the couch and rub. WTF??? AND!!! 18
years ago when my daughter was in diapers, you peeled the tab off the plastic and
stuck it on. You had one chance. The first time I had my nephew he came with
velcro closures on the diapers. Side note here. My brother is a single father and
a great Dad, BUT, the baby bag nephew came with contained only four diapers, four
pairs of socks, and my brother's deodorant stick. And, the baby bag was my
brother's gym bag. Anyway, I immediately ruined the first new fangled velcro
diaper by tearing the velcro strips off trying to find the sticky stuff. Well, I
studied the diapers, figured it out and managed to get the next one on him. Over
the next few months I mastered these new velcro diapers. He came for a sleep over
a couple months ago. He was bathed and (as if) ready for bed. So just before I put
him to bed (about three hours later) I ask him if he needs me to change his
diaper. He lies and says no. I suggested we make sure. I go to change his diaper
and OMG!, it doesn't even have velcro closures! There's no closures at all! It's
just big padded underwear things. WTF? I comment aloud mainly to myself, "What are
these?" He says, "Big boys".

Just found this video from Friday's court hearing of the media attempting to ask
questions of Baez & Lyons when they were leaving the court house. You can tell
that Baez hates Ms Belich. Kathi is the only person I have seen that can silence
Ms Lyons. Best part of the video is when she ask her about the remarks she made
about DP jurors being killers. Too Funny!!
Finally got a chance to read Diane Fanning's book "Mommy's Little Girl" & I was
not impressed, in fact it was so boring that it took me 3 days to get through it.
Before the end of chapter 2 she had already made an error in the reading of the
court docs. The backpack found in the vehicle was a Dora the Explorer & the one
that Lee picked up at Tony L's apartment was white with monkeys on it. If she had
read every document related to the case she would have know that. Any one could
have copied certain parts of interviews & thrown something like her book together
in no time at all. IMO she missed some of the most interesting info on the case
that we have seen so far. Total waste of $4.97.

this bad. This is a "big" baby. She is hefty shall we say. She loves, after her

As for The entire Ant Farm. Just what will they do during trial when little
Caylee's bones are on full large display? I would be sick and would really not be
able to look up. They will show her clothes and YES, Cindy will recognize them.

Well, one point I want to make is this: In the jail house tapes, Casey said
something very important that should not be overlooked. When Cindy asked her 'what
should we say to Zanny', Casey replied, "tell her we forgive her".
Casey is looking for forgiveness for what she did and I think she is looking for

than jailhouse visitation videos because not all inmates in that jail happen to be

She has had work done. Not saying surgical work, but there is SmartLipo, fillers,
botox. All costing a small fortune. New clothes too. I know they are saying Casey
is so innocent, but like I posted last night, what is she is found not guilty?
They will not want her in there home. I think they know she did it, are going to

I agree on the fillers, and her lips will be next. I will die laughing, and miss
the trial, if she shows up with Angelina Jolie lips.. hahaha. As for the fillers
and botox, WHO is paying for these extremely expensive procedures? Her hair color
for once looked professionaly done. Clothes looked new, and that HUGE handbag
looked very expensive. I have expensive tastes and can spot this stuff a mile

afford it. Even at our cost! Just where are they getting their money? Mortgage,

was FURIOUS at what they were saying. She was not sobbing with upset, she was just
sobbing with fury which requires NO tears. I DO think BOZO told her to act like
she had tears. She was red as a beet, but again I saw NO tears. It was just like
her tantrum in the jailhouse. Fury is what I saw.
I am having some hope with this judge. I must admit I do think the lawyer/client
thing should be private. Not even sure they should be taped even with no sound.
Only reason is that I put myself in that position. If I even got in trouble I
would want to know the only person I could talk to would be my attorney. And seems
like the judge gave them that one. again, NG is so stuck on Tiger Woods. Shame. I
was hoping to hear about the mom who went missing while hubby took 2 and 4 year
old boys camping at midnight in subfreezing temps. NOPE, only OLDOLDOLD Tiger is
news to her. Sort of sad that she did nothing on the trial last week on Casey,
nothing on the missing child from the other day, nothing on the missing mom.

This is all about the weird, strange relationship between Casey and Cindy. Caylee
just got caught up in the middle of it. Not only does Cindy need to tell the truth
and find peace, but so does Casey. They are like one in the same person. They will

deny motions because he has it out for Casey and her posse of clowns, but he
weighs in all arguments and rules on the law's side. He also seems well-respected

If you go to Andrea Lyings' website she mentions her record of winning cases in
the penalty phase. Doesn't that mean she 'wins' the defendant's life (LWOP instead
of DP)? I'm pretty sure her 'winning' record refers to swaying the jury to not
inact it. As we've discussed here before, she seems like she could care less if
her client gets LWOP as long as she saves them from death. Hence, the self-
proclaimed 'Angel of Death Row'. BARF!

Hmm - interesting, losingit. I wonder what it means that her record is no longer
perfect? Is/was she in the middle of another case recently? I just read on
Marinade Dave's blog (in the comments) that they think the defense is allowed to
file other motions to dismiss the DP but in a different type of motion. I'm not
sure what other angles they would try to use - I'm sure we shall see! The penalty
phase is what I think Lyings sees as her area of 'talent' (gag). This is where she
lays on the tears and theatrics that we've heard so much about and makes the
jurors feel guilty for taking killing someone. I think the reason why the law
requires a 'Death qualified' lawyer for a DP case is mainly for when the trial
goes to this phase. Yes it's easier for the defense if DP is taken off from the
get go but she's there mainly there to defend the client during the 'life or
death' part if the trial. It is just interesting to me that LWOP is seen as a
'victory'. You can have your victory! :P - either way your life it over, CMA!

I honestly feel if Cindy knew what she knows now, we would have seen a cover up of

Rascal, I've thought that too. I'll bet anything Cindy would take back those 911
calls. They would ask where Caylee is and choose to believe whatever Casey said.
They would wonder and worry about where she was, but would be too scared to doubt
Casey, especially after they smelled the car. Cindy could have told the family
that Caylee was living with bio-Dad and the Ant farm would never again mention
that little girl. I truly believe if Cindy had known what she set in motion by

with the guitar, it's like she's looking at her Mom and wondering, "who are you?".
We hear about all these horrific cases of child abuse. I believe this was a case
of child abuse where the child was fed, clothed and bathed. No bruises, scars or
broken bones were inflicted, but not enough love was provided. I believed George
loved her. Cindy and Casey didn't say it, but I think they were always at each
other forcing the other one to show their love for her. Cindy brought her around
to show what a loving Grandma she was and Casey brought her around because she had
to.

Losingit and JMo.. I don't know what I want for Casey. For some reason, getting to
"know" Cindy has made me wonder if she should get the DP along with Casey. I DO
think she is/was a very troubled young woman. I had a child on my 18th birthday. I
wanted to be with my friends and at times, my mom refused to watch her just so I
would not go out. Made me angry for sure. But to kill my child? Most of us don't
have that gene for murder.
So what to do with Casey? She deserves the DP, yet I put a lot of blame on her
parents. I never do that, but they have proven they deserve it. I don't think she
will even make LWP. I can see her face now. She is losing it. The tears for Caylee
were not there, but I can see she finally seems to be grasping the trouble she is
in and starting to panic. Death would be hard for me, even though she killed
Caylee. Life would be a living hell. Either way and as repulsive I find Casey for
what she did, it is a shame that two lives are ruined. Funny thing is, the more
Cindy talks, the more I would love to blame HER for Caylee's demise. Know it is
not the way it went down, but she should have to share in the verdict.

Morning! Rascal, thanks for sharing those. Wouldn't it be something if Crazy took
a plea deal (as stated in the 2nd poem?). I think that would be so unexpected I
would just be speechless (and that doesn't happen too often! :)
If I may add my two cents about the DP. From conversations I've had with my
brother, who is in his last year of law school, and different things I've read...I
feel the DP ends up being more expensive because the system is wishy-washy about
it. That is, our system allows a jury to condemn someone to death, but then we
allow appeal after appeal and 11th-hour reviews and pardons and such because it is
a 'life or death' matter. If the US is gonna have the DP, we need to be much more
sure of whether we want it or not b/c this being unsure is costing a LOT of money.
Many people who end up on death row have had their sentence commuted to LWOP only
after a very long and expensive appeals process. Why not just give people LWOP
from the get-go instead of spending hundreds of thousands on appeals only to get
the sentence reduced from DP to LWOP? It's ridiculous. I think if the DP system
was more 'efficient' so to speak, it wouldn't cost so much more. As I said, a
criminal getting the DP often is just a long, expensive roundabout way to give
them LWOP! It's ridiculous. We need to either get rid of the DP altogether or if
we're gonna keep it we need to seriously rethink some things such as the appeals
process!
As for Casey, I don't really care either way between LWOP and DP, but if I
consider what I just said about the costs and such, I would rather not have the FL
taxpayers have to pay for all of her appeals if she gets the DP! You know she will
appeal appeal appeal until she can't anymore. Partly to claim her 'innocence' and
partly to stay in the spotlight. It seems like people who are obviously guilty and
get the LWOP tend to a appeal a few times, lose, and fade into the background, but
people on the death row you hear about for years and years until their sentences
are commuted or they are executed. I am really just ready for Crazy to be
sentenced and never have to see her ugly face again!

I half to agree with you and you explaind the Dp appeal process very well. I
understand the process and yes it does cost the Taxpayers more then LWOP. I know
she does not deserve to live for her henerdious crime against Caylee. There are
others that have killed children and I feel the same way about them. I only pray
that what ever the verdict is she suffers for what she did, I know we are supposed
to forgive sins but I can not find it in my heart when it comes to innocent
children.

Rascal - well thank you, I'm not sure how much I explained the process but this is
my understanding as a non-attorney :) I have always been interested in crime and
the justice system in the US and from what I can see from the news, people on
death row get more chances to appeal and more publicity in general. I think the
prospect of death is frightening for Casey (as it would be for anyone) and that is
one reason I feel she deserves it. I don't even like to think about how afraid
Caylee must have been in her last moments. I agree with you about people who kill
children. There is a special place in hell for them and I think here on earth we
tend to want to see people like that get the mamximum penalty the law
allows=death. I read recently about Bernie Madoff (another classic sociopath)...he
will be in prison the rest of his life but he is already being treated like a
'godfather' but other inmates. They respect him for pulling off one of the biggest
schemes in history. If Casey gets LWOP she won't be treated well by other inmates
because even people in prison hate baby killers!

Great points. Yes, casey will probably end up with lwop. (I guess she picked at
bad state to do her dirty deed in). A lot of people are wishy washy about the DP
because they worry about their own soul from making a decision like that. That is
why we have the court/justice system. Personally, I think one is just as bad as
the other when it comes down to it. Then we have those like Lyings who don't ride
the fence on their beliefs and then there are ones like Burdick who doesn't ride
her beliefs either. If you think of it from a 'right and wrong' perspective, do we
have any more right to say end this person's life, as do we have a right to say
imprison them for the rest of their life? No wonder appeals last forever. We have
to think about the protection of the rest of the public.
Casey is dangerous. Just like Madoff, she does damage to others. So, we lock them
away so we don't have to deal with them in our lovely society. And lets don't
forget how religion has to play a part in all of this, etc. It will go on
forever........
I wonder if the court or the prosecution has had a psychologist listen to Casey's
recordings to see if there is another person in there hiding, that says certain
words to disclose her guilt?
Anyway, I just wish one of these trials would get underway. I have a feeling that
good ole brother Lee is hiding with his immunity status and knows a lot more than
what he is telling. It Baezhole isn't careful, and he keeps claiming that someone
put the body there after casey was in jail, then Lee might be the one to get
implicated....wonder if they thought of that one in all their rantings? Maybe
casey is claiming that so that brother lee can be with her the rest of his life?

Rascal. My son lived in WI for a while and the only car crash he ever had, was
there. He hit "black ice"? Anyway, his car spun in circles and he hit a pole.
Luckily that was that. he was not injured, the car had smashed fender but still.
It scared him being from CA where if we are lucky, we get rain.

I was out on this search the 24th and the 25th. I was about a mile away from the
crime scene. Here is what I wrote:

The location of Sarah's body was being searched only by LE as they apparently had
narrowed down the general area, then narrowed it again, and then again, so I am
confident the crime scene was protected. It is said this was done by pings on the
cell phone. I have no conformation of that as unfortunately the media has put out
so much misinformation it's infuriating. Had to turn back so many lookeyloos --
are people crazy? Have also heard, not confirmed, that a truck was burned so there
may be an accomplice and also have heard, but not confirmed, there may be more
victims.
The Wicomico County Sheriff Mike Lewis has the most determined look in his eyes
when he speaks about this precious child and I am very confident if he has a
breath in his body, this sob will never, never, never see the light of the free
world again. All the local agencies, including the State Police, acted as a team
and were focused and determined to bring this child home.
I thank all of you who have worked so hard in such a brief period of time to help
find her. I know there will be other work on this case we can do, but for now, I
must allow some healing to take place and use this opportunity to teach parents
and children to be more safety conscience.
To which I now add, the Anthonys have a lot to learn, but if you don't have a
teachable spirit . . .

Last night was interesting, there was a big explosion in the sub station in town,
most were with out power threw the afternoon until about 6pm last night. My son is
lucky he has alternative heat and a generator to keep some things going. He turned
on his Christmas lights at dusk and neighbors were wondering how this could be.

I am fed UP with NG. I can say this. If you watch these so called "old news" shows
she has been having, it is because she is not there! LOL. They are her orginal
shows of way back. She does the start of the show with the orginal LONGGGGGG story
opening. But if you notice, no lawyers to unleash. She asks no questions of
anyone. She did this last week with Tiger Woods. I thought NOT AGAIN!!! Then
realized it was a re-run of her old show. I think it is because she is having a
harder time finding guest hosts. It is like she is just tired of doing her show.
She is never on Friday nights at all, and we will have a full week of "old news
shows". It took me a while the first time. Now I can figure it out the second I
see super old news on and no lawyers.
Personally, I feel she is just not into her show anymore. Her "twins" are two and

I accidently watched NG for the first time when the Duckett boy went missing. The
second time I accidently watched was when Caylee went missing. THEN, NG was my
only source of info on this case. Then I got my beautiful pink laptop from my
sweetie for Christmas last year. He gave it to me around the beginning of
December. I was in a remote town with no NG on TV. I decided to google Casey
Anthony one day. I found all of you! I actually found this site the day Caylee was
found. I comment on a couple of other sites, but usually only here. On the
Cayleedaily, sometimes there are hundreds and hundreds of comments. Many
friendships have been made over the blogging of this case. Caylee has brought so
many people together for a common cause. First of all, we want all children to be
safe and sound. Second, if anyone harms these children in any way, we want the
punishment to fit the crime and the assholes that committed the crimes made unable
to commit them again.

I've had three teenage girls here for the last week. The last one went home today.
Is it bad to say, "hurray!"? LOL. Actually, it was nice having the daughters here.
My house is a disaster. Their bedrooms are a mess of bedding and the carpets are
riddled with tags off their new clothes. Their bathroom is a mess of hair, make-up
and toothpaste. So, tommorrow I will start putting everything back in order. So
between getting all the kids home, buying presents, groceries, wine, etc, I peg
the damage at about $4000.00. How is it possible for a young girl to spend sixteen
hours a day playing with her new i-Pod touch? How did I ever get along without
one? OH YEAH, I used to play outside and breath that fresh air stuff.
Today I was reading over at Blink On Crime. I'm not sure if it would be right to
comment on what she posts on this ship. So, I won't really do that. But, I will
say this this. A few days ago she blogged about George and the Chloroform searches
and also his perusing of some excort sites. OMG! It was a VERY interesting read. I

Nordie, I am staying warm, I am hoping it melts like tomorrow and no more of it.
The boys were calling me and telling me to be careful as usual. I am smart enough
to watch and hold on when I go in and out and Rascal never pulls me or gets under
my feet.
Losing it I tried the snow dance and it has not moved. The house will survive just
enjoy the time you have with the kids, it all cleans up in the end. Do not ask me
how they can play with a ipod that many hours but I bet I put that time in on the

I was watching the Joy Behar show. she totally irritates me, but she had Valerie
Bertinelli on and I could not find the remote. *getting a can of glow paint*..
Anyway, Valerie was saying she is from an Italian family that grew up eating 3
full meals, heavy meals a day. She never had a weight problem as a child because
after meals they had to go OUTSIDE AND PLAY!! That is the problem with child
obesity today. We don't even have PE in the upper school grades. It is an
elective! My kids always took it as it was an A for them. Then! But it was so
true. Kids just sit and play video games and watch TV. My grandson does this, but
he is 6 and about 42 pounds. Very sticklike and at least at school he has PE, but
only one day a week! At least there is recess.
NOW, for these pervs. I am not against pot. I think it is no big deal, yet pot
people, lol, get harsher sentences that a killer sometimes. Child molesters are
let out of jail way before their true sentence is set at. HMMMMM, lets see. What
is it they do when the get out of prison? Go to church? NO! I saw anyone that
hurts a child should get a life without parole sentence That would at least slow
them down and most likely, IF enforced, would make them think. However, the only
real way to stop these pervs is LWOP. Someone said the other day, put them all on
a island, I will hadd one infested with sharks, and let them all stay there. They
would be like the show Survivor. Make their own clothes, houses, food. VOILA'..

I remember the most fun we had. We had a house that had the old fashioned metal
screens for the windows. Different sizes and all. Dad was painting the windows so
the screens were off and stacked. We made a house with rooms out of those screens.
Had about 4 rooms. That was the best time! had our lunch in there. Of course we
all cried when Dad needed the screens back.. sniff
THEN there was the refrigerator box! Now that was heaven. We made a fort out of
it. Once we demolished the box flat, we used it to go down a hill of ice plant
behind out house. We used to go outside after breakfast, come home for lunch, back
outside, home for dinner. In the summer, we could stay out until dark. Do you
think anyone now could let a 9 year old do this and not freak? There is a
commercial on TV. Maybe you have seen it. Shows two girls, about 7, on Disney
bikes. Recusing a bear from a tree. Anyway, shows them riding alone down a
sidewalk. OK, nope! Can't do that anymore either! I think that is one reason I
like my Kaleb to just stay in. I can't let him out unless I would just stand and
watch.
kids today have no clue what the "old" days were like. Too many perverts out there
to let your little girl go a block on her bike to her friends. SAD truly!

I have a lovely turquoise sweater that my great-grandma knit for my Mom when my
Mom was about fourteen. It's my favorite sweater and I wear it a lot. It goes into
the washer and dryer and still looks as good as ever. I always get compliments on
it and people are amazed when I tell them it's 50 years old. Anyway, last night I
had a dream that I was holding Caylee on my lap and she was all snuggled into me
wearing my sweater. I was talking in a silly voice and teasing her that, "That's
not your sweater, it's too big for you". Underneath my sweater she was wearing a
little purple sweater that belonged to my daughter when she was Caylee's age.
Caylee didn't say anything, she was just smiling at me. That was it. I doubt if
the dream lasted more than a minute. I've been thinking about this all day and it
makes me happy. Strange eh? I've never had a dream about this case before.

Well, with the way the State releases report information of findings, a little at
a time, I think they are holding this one hostage. And I think there may be more
they have too that we don't know. I really can't see the State putting all the
cards on the table right up front. They are doing more than just bluffing baezhole

JMo...The last time I saw Casey in court, it seems to me that Casey is looking,
shall we say, worried? Gone is the cocky look and laughter. She seems to truly
HEAR what the state has, and knows that all of America is hearing what she did
too. Doing it, and hearing it in great detail are so different. I do bet she
pushed it out of her head. The evil parts. She just remembers that "Caylee
deserved it and so did her mother".. She has that look now of someone truly
worried about dying. Even her dying, if that happens, will be public. Her parents

Well, Baez should force her to take one. He can tell her she passed or whatever
and never tell anyone what the results were or that she even took one. I would
love to know what story she told him. I wonder if he knows the truth. I think we
can safely assume that the Zanny at the apartments and the Zanny at JBP scenarios
will never be mentioned again. So, I really want to know if she broke down and
told them the truth or if she just made up something entirely new. A lie detector
test would at least let Baez know what he's dealing with allow him to see if
there's anything truthful he could use to their advantage. I have a strong
suspicion that she did give them a very watered down version of the truth. Then
when Lyons was talking about how other people have commited much more heinous
crimes and never faced the DP it was like she was saying, okay, Casey killed her

like it. I think as the trial goes forward and she sees how much it is going
against her, and really how can it not? I think then she would rather go for life

things have been pretty quiet. It feels like we're due for a big event. Like,
night before the fraud case Bozo goes to the hospital with chest pains or

Strickland has said that he will not really sentence her with these fraud charges.

Andrea Lyons appeared on the NBC Today Show this AM. While talking to Meredith
Veira she compared the Anthony case to the "Salem Witch Trials". Is she as out of
touch of reality as her client? She even thought she had to explain what the Salem
Witch Trials were all about. I guess everyone is an idiot except for Ms. Mensa. If
she was that smart she would have run from this case.
Before Lyons appeared NBC played clips of the video where Lyons attacked
prosecutors & DP jurors. Most of the video clips of her were not complimentary at
all & actually made her look like the fool that she is.
IMO this was just another opportunity to promote her new book & nothing more. Does
anyone on the defense actually care about Casey Anthony & her future? I don't
think so! The best that Lyons can do for her is to keep her off death row & she
knows it. Bozo was the real villain in this fiasco by not getting the truth from
her in the beginning & taking a plea.
Meredith said the case should go to trial in June. Hope she is right about that.
It's time to get this over with & get justice for Caylee. The other plus is the
others will crawl back under the rocks they crawled out of & that includes Cindy &
George. Maybe they'll even have to get a job like the rest of us in the real
world.

is scared that this is the one case that will ruin her perfect record of getting
low life killers off. You can tell by the long pauses when she is asked certain

I can't explain all the computer searches but think maybe the "chloroform" was
done after she saw Ricardo's myspace page with the pic & caption "win her over
with chloroform". She probably didn't know what it was & was curious. The
household weapons search could have been part of a plan to eliminate George or
Cindy or both of them at one time.Or were the weapons searches done by daddy
dearest. I think that Cindy & Casey are not only sociopaths but bipolar. Their
minds go from one weird idea to the next in a blink of an eye & when they move on
to the next they have already forgotten all about the first. That would explain

Well, I go thru tons of ponytail holders. My house is clean, tidy and uncluttered.
I have no idea where they dissappear to. They fall out at night, but in the
morning they are not in the bed, under the bed nor anywhere in my room. They just

Funny story. Seventeen years ago, my four year old daughter had a hamster in her
room. I'd clean the cage once a week, but she fed and watered it while I
supervised from the doorway. So, sunday rolls along, I go to put the rodent in his
ball so I can clean the cage, and lo and behold, the hamster is not in his cage.
Apparently he had been missing for a couple days and she had been too scared to
tell me. I searched high and low, but couldn't locate him. About a two weeks
later, I decide one afternoon to make muffins. I opened the drawer under the stove
to get the muffin tins and found my missing pet. He was alive and well and living
my my muffin tins. He had one full of cat food and a couple cheerios, one he was
safe and sound sleeping in with a nest of dryer lint and chewed up tissues, one he
was using as his toilet and the rest of them he'd filled with random things. It
was all organized. One tin had broken crayons, one had little wrappers and one of
them had three ponytail holders!
Anyway, AL better not say she she hasn't had enough time. She had enough time to
write or at least finish a book, publish it and promote it. If she is too busy,
she never should have taken this case. Once she signs on, this case needs to come
before any of her other jobs. The bottom line is that Casey should be the one
firing her. Casey needs a lawyer with no other distractions going on. I believe
that with all the blogging going on, her lawyers are just sitting back and waiting
for one of us to come up with a solution to this mess.

Rascal..thanks so much, but neither worked. The first one was only video, and
Georgies letter kept coming up blank. The Orlando news site with her lovely
picture came up, but the body of the site was blank. Tried 4 times. However, lol,
in reading about his earring maybe that was enough??haha...BTW, I thought George
and Casey did not get along? And really, it is not like she is dead, yet. He will

You need to read the whole post at Blink's site to get the point about the
internet searches. It looks like Casey was doing the searches but if you check
some of the links you can see that it doesn't make any sense that Casey would have
been looking at some of those sites. Casey didn't do these searches. It was a man
that had access to the Anthony home. If not George than Lee. My money is on
George.
The computer searches were done on a desk top at the Anthony home so someone could
have logged in & someone could have used the computer after they finished. I don't
turn my laptop off every time I use it & I know people that leave their computers
on 24/7 unless they are leaving town.
I checked out some of the sites myself when I read that story & here's what I came
up with.
On February 8th, someone was looking up men's health. Here's a link for one site:

But if you look at a few you will see what I mean about it being a man looking at
certain women not just the actual site itself.
IMO There has been a lot going on in the Anthony hacienda for years & not
everything questionable was being done by Casey. I believe they all have plenty of
skeletons in their personal closets.

I have no doubt that George was looking for love in all the wrong places. He is a
shamed man and he probably knew all this would come out and he couldn't face
it...thus the suicide (ahem) attempt. Sometimes people will go to great lengths to
try and convince someone (Cindy) how bad they really feel, because Cindy is an
emotionally absent spouse who can't relate to anything. So, it just takes me back
to LP's statement that Cindy and Casey are exactly alike and Casey is a product of
Cindy. I'm surprised George didn't commit suicide a long time ago having to live

JMo, The only time I ever heard the Tiffany ring mentioned was during one of the
first jail visitations. Cindy asked Casey where it was.
Maybe it was a code word for something else or the ring was a family heirloom that
belonged to Cindy or given to Casey by Cindy. I wouldn't doubt that when Cindy
started looking for clues while Casey was in jail the first time, that she found
lots of stuff missing from the house. Anyone that would steal money from family &
friends would have no problem pawning items that didn't actually belong to them.
Everything that was found near & with the remains was documented by OCSD & the
FBI. I've looked those reports over numerous times & have never seen a ring
listed.
IMO the Tiffany ring is another red herring just like the gas cans. Remember when
everyone was talking about the gas cans as if they were used in some way to
dispose of Caylee or evidence of the crime. I kept saying then that the gas cans
didn't mean squat that the airhead couldn't remember to put gas in the car or
couldn't afford it.
Bottom line is I believe that if there was actually a Tiffany ring that Casey
pawned it.
George told OCSD that he paid off his debts involving the Nigerian scam with money
he received in the settlement from his knee injury. He said he had injured it
while working so he must have sued someone to get a settlement. If what he told LE
is true about the debt being paid off & where the money came from, George is no
amateur at the "money for nothing" gravy train. I can't see Casey giving money to
help her parents out. Ever! She is too self centered!
I wouldn't be surprised if Casey was checking the desktop computer whenever she
got a chance to see what people were searching for & maybe trying to get their
online banking info. She may have even used some of the info to blackmail her dad
to keep him from informing the clueless wonder (Cindy)about her lack of employment
& her night life.

The way I understand (from Blink) is that George was looking up the Escorts.
George most likely did the chloroform searches too. I believe he did this because
of some sort of sexy time involving the woman being unconscious (I'm by no means
implying he was planning a rape, but rather a consensual sexual encounter). I
think Casey discovered what he was up to on the computer and told her friend (who
posted the "Knock her out with chloroform" thing as a private joke). Upon George's
chloroform search, maybe he discovered it can also be used as a cleaner. Perhaps

I just want to know if a credit card was used on those sites. I asked a friend of

Well, it seems we are going through a dry spell right now with the Anthony news

Numa, I read Val's post too. I believe Casey ignored Caylee. There are a couple
videos where the person taping her wasn't speaking to her. Caylee was trying to
get the attention of this person. It goes on long enough to get disturbing. Cindy
and George worked and Caylee was with Casey during these hours. These would be the
hours Caylee was awake and should have been learning to talk. I doubt if Casey
talked to her at all unless there was other people around to witness her awesome
mothering skills. George and Cindy would only have Caylee for a few hours in the

find it interesting that this could show that Caylee was forced to lie on her back
or lie down in awkward positions for long periods of time. I mostly agree with you
when you say that you're not sold on Casey physically hurting her - I also don't
think she hit or beat Caylee (not that we know of) - and I think that is what you
mean (?). But as stated in the post, a young child's skull isn't supposed to fuse
til later in life…I'm not saying that Caylee had any mental defects and I don't
think the two photos of Caylee that Valhall has in the post can serve as proof of
abuse. But if Caylee's skull really shows syntosis, I think the prosecution can
use this to their advantage. This is the first time (I think) that I can think of
reading about or hearing about something real and tangible that can be shown to a
jury to show that Caylee was physically neglected by the 'mother of the year'.

when the court starts and people are questioned. I think there are tons of secrets
that we have no clue to, especially little family secrets or ones that Casey had
that no one knew of.
For some reason, I think she drugged Caylee a lot to knock her out while she
partied or escorted. I know I put that on here a while back and no one thinks she
did the escort service, but I'm sorry, I really think she did. This explains
perfectly what she was doing when she was 'working' and would explain all the
trips to Tampa. My friend whose daughter was an escort didn't make a lot of money.
I know there are high priced escorts, just like there are high priced prostitutes,
but not all prostitutes are rich, just like neither are escorts. Casey loved the
pics of herself and loved to party. I don't think she was the 'normal girl' who
was burdened with a child. She was into her lying, manipulation, stories, etc. way
too deep to be that simple. I think George found out and they had a big argument
over it. Just my opinion. She covered for him and he covered for her. Cindy
reminded her what a no good peice of crap she was and Casey probably vowed to get

think Lee knew that Casey had some severe mental issues (like when he said that

Yeah, Numa, you're right. Drugging Caylee by any means is hugely savage. Those
little skulls are pretty soft and it wouldn't take a whole lot of force to warp
them. Babies have that soft spot in the middle of their little heads where the
bone hasn't grown yet. My Grandpa used to crack me up. He'd had three daughters of
his own and seven grandchildren and probably never thought about the soft spot.
Twenty years ago when I had my daughter (his great grand daughter), he suddenly
became informed. Like an eagle he would watch anyone holding my daughter and tell

delays. Hopefully the 21st will have some news. And I forgot again. Just what is
happening the 21st? I know or I think, the fraud trial is the 25th?
Now if I see walking, talking pirate skeltons I am going to learn to swim!!!
