Mutha established the Chandan Foundry .Today the Mutha Groups can proudly
claim to have a global presence in the field of Grey Iron, S.G.Iron Casting for
Automobile, Hermatic, Electrical & Engineering Industries.
The humble beginning at Sadar Bazar, flourished under his son and present C. M.
D. Mr.Ajit Mutha, a qualified metallurgical engineer from Pune, who joined in
1973. From supplying primarily to the Kirloskar Group, the Mutha Group has
expanded into a Rs 500 million organization.
With the emergence of Dhanashree Industries in 1976, followed by others in
quick succession, the organization is today poised for a quantum leap into the 21st
Century. It has maintain a consistently high standard in its production technology.
With its excellent productivity, the company has seen a growth rate of five time in
terms of equipments, plant and production .Efforts which speak for itself by being
rewarded with ISO: 9002. The companys streamlined structure puts customer
