The Coming of Raka

From what one of the two presenters on NBC1 stated on the night of 30 November
2014 in terms of provisional results compared to the final results released on 1 December
2014, it is abundantly and crystal clear that the election results were rigged which was clearly
methodically and systematically planned over a long period of time, involving wide expert
consultations and domestic and international support, which is a most tragic time for us
(Kiesproses kommerwekkend vir partye; Republikein, 2 December 2014, Page 3). This
expos brings the issue of the much controversial EVMs into perspective and context by
analysing and discussing rigging of elections as far back as our pre-independence election up
to today in order to create a holistic picture of election rigging in Namibia.
2.
In this piece demonstrates how this planned rigging took shape. What was also an eye
opener was the fact that the ECN and Swapo created a seemingly solemn atmosphere during
the official results announcement ceremony to make it seem that the elections were fair,
transparent, done according to the law, open, credible and impartial which was not the case at
all. In order to achieve this, they planned for a group of Coloureds to open the official results
ceremony with singing the national and AU anthems, but who were not shown to the public
by the camera at all while performing; the results announcer who was supposed to be the
Director of elections, closed her part of the proceedings with a prayer, creating the impression
that they uphold Christianity and God, which we all know they replaced with Swapo ideology
as the new form of national religion and Sam Nujoma as their little demigod a long time ago;
then they kept their cheering, ululations and clapping to a minimum in united fashion as
though they were instructed to and as if they did not wish to express their joy because it was
clear to everyone present that somewhere something big, mysterious and extremely wrong
and questionable took place from the night before until the final national elections results
were announced. This is interesting seeing that they cheered, clapped hands and ululated
when the official presidential results were announced, but not when the final National
/Assembly results were revealed. This election proved again that Raka came to dwell among
us to stay. The arrival of foreign invaders (African, European, North and South American,
Middle Eastern, Australian and Asian) and Nujoma and his empire was also the arrival of
Raka, which is a creature in the book Raka, written by N.P. van Wyk Louw, which is an epos
in the form of a very long poem that is based on Mathew 5:22. The creature invades a small
seemingly peaceful civilisation and changes it irrevocably negatively forever after killing the
head warrior guard and commander, Koki, ultimately occupying the village illegally and by
doing so, infiltrating the minds of the clan, killing men and taking the women captive as its
sex slaves who were fascinated with the creatures unusual sexual prowess and stamina,
oversized sexual organ, and power. In this paper, Raka symbolises the new system of
oppression (New Namibian Oppression, African Mafia, Namibian Capitalism and Subimperialism) that is created to alienate us from God, Christianity, our ancestral land and its
resources, from each other and even from ourselves to adopt the culture of Raka which leads
us to our ultimate destruction, loss and doom.

Implementation of the Plan

3.
The whole fiasco of the 2014 elections rigging started with irregular voter
registrations during the registration periods earlier this year where many got denied their right
to register because of trivial matters such as lack of municipal and/or telephone bills and/or
identity documentation; and malfunctioning registration kits, and the like (Bykomende
registrasieveldtog eindig mre; Republikein. 18 September 2014, Page 3). As far as the
EVMs were concerned, it is assumed that each machine was programmed individually to
enter names of parties and candidates as well as put on logos, flags, faces and names of
candidates and parties on them. Remember that if the machines could handle two elections at
the same time, anything else could have been possible, including feeding in prior and/or
additional data, remote controlling and programming them in such a way that specific
outcomes and results were achieved. Simultaneously, the machines could have been
programmed to automatically delete incriminating data in a given time, especially as such
machines are assumed to have an internal battery and memory. This becomes apparent
considering the fact that a watch in the system showed the actual time of voting and starting
and ending time of voting according to the Republikein of 27 November 2014 (Verkiesing:
Vrae en antwoorde, Page 6). Such watch is subject to and operates as connected to the ROM
chip which contains the software programme. A host of other questions of ethics come to
mind as a result: How sure are we also that when the polling officer pressed the green button
on the control unit, this was not programmed such that it meddles with votes cast seeing that
it controls the polling process? Additionally, questions of ethics come to mind based on this
unit having a result section too which we do not know what the exact function thereof was.
And if the control unit could be linked to the polling unit, it is most certain that it could be
linked to another computer to transfer data? If this is true the possibilities for data
manipulation could have been endless.
4.
It is reported in the media that the handheld verification devices worked with memory
cards which could have been highly susceptible to manipulation as is characteristic of such
storing devices. The fact that they work with memory cards were kept from the public and
only came out with the alleged theft of a memory card by two men, Immanuel Haushona (28)
and Shimweefeleni Tate-elai (28) right before the elections (Oshikoto polling officers refuse
to sign contracts; The Namibian, 27 November 2014, Page 5). What did they possibly wish to
achieve or what could they do with the memory card and the data on it if this is true? What
was their connection to any political party? What is the connection between the handheld
devices, the memory cards and the EVMs (control and polling/ballot units)? Moreover,
information on the handheld verification devices themselves were kept from public
awareness for quite some time and got only introduced to the public on the eve of elections
which is highly suspicious too.
5.
Back to the EVMs: It has been said in electoral court that the nature of the operation
system and software programme are unknown to Parliament, the ECN, the parties and the
electorate. Even if the software of the system that controls the EVM is stored on a ROM chip
which is connected to the motherboard during production in a completely automated
production facility as reported in the Republikein of 27 November 2014 (Verkiesing: Vrae en

The Perils and Spoils of the EVMs The Death of Namibia

Red Elephant

antwoorde, Page 6), such software programme was written by someone and did not fall from
the skies as if the machines automatically came up with it. Computers can only perform as
instructed by primarily a programmer and secondarily, the end-user. The law of GIGO which
stands for garbage in, garbage out, states that computers are fully subject to human will and
give output based on input, thus controlled by humans and not by themselves. They have no
mind and decision-making capabilities of their own. Even the robots (automation) installing
and manufacturing the EVMs themselves are subject to human decision for which specific
programmes are written to ensure specific behaviour and outcomes. According to this article,
no-one, including the manufacturer, could tamper with the EVMs which is highly untrue even
if they were sealed. Any seal can be broken and reinstalled in the way of brand new seals to
look like the original. And how can a manufacturer of something and programmer not know
how to tamper with their own creation and software anyway? According to this article, the
EVMs were (assumed to be) tested an hour before voting to make sure all buttons work and
that no votes are shown on the machines after testing, but what assurance did the ordinary
voter have that such testing took place and was transparent and open? And if even the
manufacturer cannot tamper with the machines, how can testers, whom we assume are
election officials, make sure that no votes have been cast or fed prior to arrival or get
removed from the system? What expert and technical knowledge did they possess to test the
software programme itself? Considering all this as well as the fact that ours is a majoritarian
and pluralist election system where the candidate crossing the winning line and the party with
the majority votes get elected to ensure that such elected party and candidate obtain 50% of
the votes plus one vote as well as the proportions, what assurance did the electorate have that
EVMs were not tampered with? But above all, the NBC 8 oclock news bulletin reported on
30 November 2014 that EVMs at some polling stations were distributed without testing them,
thus giving rise to questions of transparency, openness, fairness, credibility, bias and
freeness. Additionally, no independent and party experts with technical knowledge were
invited to study and test EVMs and to observe production in the factory. Only the experts
from India knew better than any Namibian, including Juri Viljoen. And to add insult to
injury, the EVMs were shamefully not tested in electoral court too. EVMs were distributed
one week before the elections as reported in the Republikein of 27 November 2014 (Pg 7).
What security did we have that the EVMs were transported and delivered safely and securely
from India all the way to Namibia (ECN head office) to the polling stations and back to the
ECN offices again?
6.
What is also a bone of contention is that two machines (ballot units) for General
Assembly candidates were used instead of one only. The nation was shown, demonstrated
and conditioned to expect one EVM unit per booth only not two as was the case or maybe
we missed that (ECN ontneem inwoners van stemreg; Republikein, 1 December 2014, Page
7). The two ballot units at some polling stations were positioned such that some voters missed
the unit on the right resulting in them not noticing the candidate of the WRP on that unit. Was
this deliberately planned too, seeing as the WRP was most outspoken on potential rigging
which may have been part of the plan too (Maar die politiek los (sms); Republikein, 12
December 2014, Page 13)? It was strategically placed a distance from the other unit, it
appeared. This resulted in voters searching frantically for the green button which was placed

The Perils and Spoils of the EVMs The Death of Namibia

Red Elephant

on that unit. Consequently, voters only saw the candidate of the WRP after been shown
where the green confirmation button was situated and after casting their vote and pressing the
said button which was most frustrating. This is particularly noteworthy as psychology
dictates humans spontaneously and instinctively tend to look sideways to the right when
entering a place such as a polling booth and when they read screens or books or anything
where information is displaced. Most frustrating was the fact too that the booths at some
polling stations were dark and information on machines difficult to read for some as a result
of the low light quality and illegibility of information on the units. Moreover, at some polling
stations, machines (EVMs) arrived without their metallic containers only in the blue
containers. Similarly, were the machines perhaps programmed such that RDP, APP and
COD lost votes seeing that Swapo hates and fears criticism and disclosure of historical events
by people such as Hidipo Hamutenya, Ignatius Shixwameni and Benjamin Ulenga and others,
all of whom are former Swapo members and who are a wealth of information, in order to bar
them from becoming part of the decision-making process in Parliament where motions such
as those on enacting a truth and reconciliation commission could be effected (HH is uit;
Republikein, 5 December 2014, Page 1)? This comes as no surprise as Swapo fiercely fights
those parties that bargain for a federal system of governance too such as FCN in the past,
NUDO of Namibia and the NDP, because they fear loss of power (NDP nie in presidentstryd;
Republikein, 19 September 2014, Page 4). Then there is also the matter of party agents at my
polling station: There were only two party agent observers, both from the Swapo party. Were
political observers from other parties not notified or what?
The Start of Election Rigging
7.
Swapo started its presence in Namibia in the 1950s under dubious means: OPO:
Wikipedia states that a Coloured pressure group, the African People's Organisation (APO)
opposed the transfer of the German colony to the South African authority after World War 1.
From the end of World War I, when South Africa took over the administration of South West
Africa (now Namibia), more Cape Coloureds in addition to the Coloureds who were here
already, entered the territory. These Coloureds and settlers petitioned for permission to create
a Coloured township around Windhoek and this was granted in 1921 by the South African
Department of Native Affairs. The first Coloured township was built north of the Native
Location (Old Location) near the present day Pionierspark, Wikipedia holds. However, many
of those Coloureds and others who were part of the forced removals and who are still alive,
state that Coloureds formed part of the Old Location community in Windhoek too. When
inhabitants got evicted, they were relocated to Katutura first all of them, including the
Coloureds, during which 10 Coloureds and one Oorlam-Herero woman, Ouma
Okurungungande Mungunda, including the Coloured leader, Willem Cloete and Bernard
Coetzee as well as Eva Davids got shot and killed and 28 others injured, including Barnabas
Nunuhe (Damara), Kakasab (Damara) and Verona Nangombe (Damara-Owambo),
incarcerated and maimed during the resistance riot (Old Location at 50; NBC1, 10 December
2014). Bernard Coetzee from Grootfontein was a peace-loving gentle teacher who got shot in
the eye. The bullet exited through his ear. After his killing the authorities cited that he was an
aggressive man with a machete to regverdig his killing, which was not true. He and Willem
Cloete, the last Coloured leader who walked with a limp, were the only two not buried in the
mass grave with the other 9 victims. Eva Davids (Nama-Coloured) got shot in the stomach
while Kakasab got shot through the nose during which the bullet exited through his right

cheek and upper jaw. The inquest of this incident was later held at the old Anglican
Cathedral. Khomasdal was established much later for Coloureds. Swapos former name,
Owamboland Peoples Organisation (OPO) was modelled and based on that of APO in
defiance of the Coloured-led political resistance movement because they did not wish to be
led by Coloureds at the time. OPOs previous name, OPC, was modelled and based on that of
the ANC. The two parties (APO and OPO) later merged in 1960 into an alliance to form
Swapo, something which is kept hidden from the rest of the nation and the world for selfish
reasons.
8.
When studying the two autobiographies on Sam Nujoma, some questions come up
based on observations of this deification of a silent dictator (who is supposedly retired?) who
is always known as an alleged brutal murderer by some, especially those who were sent to
Swapo torture chambers (dungeons) in Angola, Zambia and Tanzania by this allegedly
ruthless man (Op groot skaal geskend (sms); Republikein, 12 December 2014, Page 12).
Read books such as Break the Wall of Silence to get more well-researched factual
information. There are many Namibian sources with clear-cut evidence and proof of Swapo's
crimes beyond reasonable doubt. Thousands of Namibians walk around hurt, scarred, bitter,
angry, depressed and vengeful. Then there are bodies such as the CP, NamRights, print
media, opposition parties, and the like, all of which are in possession of large amounts of
incriminating information as evidence on Swapo and their deeds. Time has come for less talk
and more pro-active action to bring Swapo and her cohorts and cronies to book. They can't
possibly get away with murder like its normal. What's justice for then if this happens?
Nujoma was the very man who introduced the modern-day Swapo KKK Cult: The
Imperialists and Illuminati the god; African Mafia the pope; Nujoma the overlord, silent
dictator and archbishop; Toivo ya Toivo the bishop (although new research findings
indicate that Toivo ya Toivoi could possibly be the real boss behind Swapo as quiet as he
may seem); Pohamba, Angula, Mbumba and Geingob the head priests; Cabinet priests;
members congregants; and the autobiography, Where others wavered their main religious
script in addition to other extra-scriptural Swapo supporting publications such as the book, To
Be Born A Nation: The Liberation Struggle for Namibia by Swapo (1981, Zed Press:
London). This cult is based on ancient Babylonian pagan religions of Baal and other gods and
the system and structure of modern-day governance modelled on those of these pagan
religions, government and political systems as mentioned in the Book of Daniel in the Old
Testament. It thus comes as no surprise that many refer to Swapo as their religion and as
Father Swapo while some vow to die for the party and Nujoma. Interestingly, Nujoma was
used by his superiors outside Namibia to remove religion from NBC, criticise some churches
as well as removing religious and moral education (RME) and Biblical Studies from the
Namibian education curriculum to slowly, gradually and subtly introduce their ideology and
systems through our national curriculum, laws, institutions and through mass media
propaganda. Additionally, many sources abound especially on the NamRights website, of
torture, killing, maiming and disappearance in the dungeons of especially thousands of nonOwambo people. This legacy continued right into and after independence where Namibia is
kept hostage and annexed by him and his cronies illegally seeing that undisputable evidence
exist that the D1 haplo Bantu group (Caprivians, Kavango, Ovaherero and Owambo), negroid
(Damara) and D1 haplo Nguni (Tswana) cultural group, just like the D2 haplo group

Europeans, and the post-independence invaders (Chinese, Angolans, Cubans, North Koreans
and Brazilians and others), arrived much later on the Namibian scene, settling first in South
Africa, central Southern Africa and southeast Africa, which took place with looting, murders,
rapes, disowning, displacements, dislocations and disenfranchisement of local earlier and
ancient prehistoric San|goan communities and the subsequent D0 haplo aboriginal Khoisan of
Southern Africa and Namibia (Basters, Coloureds, Nama and San) who descent directly or
partly from the San|goan (Soodyall H., Makkan H., Haycock P. and Naidoo T. (2008). The
Genetic Prehistory of the Khoe and San. University of the Witwatersrand: Johannesburg).
Genetic mapping confirms that these four aboriginal Khoisan families belong to the same
haplo-group of genetic classification. The African invaders are in actual fact refugees that
immigrated to our ancestral aboriginal land in search of grazing, land, food, medicines and
water, away from tribal wars and infighting, draughts, natural disasters, disease, famine, wild
animals, witchcraft and Arabic, African tribal, European and Indian invaders on their lands
from Asia, Europe, Arabia and other north and central African lands. They brought with them
their divisions, poverty, oppression, disease and unrest our peoples suffer today and are
illegally occupying our ancestral aboriginal land through corruption, greed, exclusion,
discrimination, oppression, modified apartheid and greed, using their numbers. Most notably,
the Owambo, Kavango and Caprivians were last to arrive on the scene just before the arrival
of the Germans who established themselves in the little upper west corner and upper east
corner of our ancestral aboriginal land. Any other historical account is fabled fabricated lies
as many studies dictate. But today, these very immigrants and refugees live in and on our
ancestral land as if they are the owners and bosses and we their slaves and aliens, referring to
themselves arrogantly as natives and sons of the soil while the aboriginal Khoisan of
Namibia are the only aborigines and true and original sons of the soil as descendants of the
first San|goan inhabitants for eons long before the invasions, attacks and colonisation. The
Adjective, indigenous, is defined as "originating or occurring naturally in a particular place;
native". Its synonyms are native, aboriginal and native-born. By this definition alone, whites
and blacks are not indigenous to Southern Africa and Namibia, apart from a whole horde of
other evidence to support this fact such as those based on scientific research findings,
particularly Biology (genetics), anthropology, ecology, archive studies, archaeology,
climatology, history, geography and others. Coloureds and Basters have lineage from
Europeans (Portuguese, Dutch, English and Germans), Asians (Indonesians and Malaysian)
and the San|goan Khoisan (Nama and San). They are aboriginal Khoisan whether or not we
like it, much like the San and Nama have aboriginal Khoisan ancestry too because they
originate in part from the ancient San|goan and later aboriginal Khoisan. Science and research
also back this up. Anyone conversant with Afrikaans/Kleur, its history and the history of the
Coloureds and Basters, as well as the San and Nama languages, knows that Afrikaans/Kleur
(Afrikaans/Colour in English) is sated with Khoisan and Malaysian and Indonesian words,
further providing proof of the aboriginal Khoisan ancestry of Basters and Coloureds.
Afrikaans/Kleur is a language developed by earlier aboriginal Khoisan and was known as
"Kitchen Dutch" first, because of the perceived inferior quality of the language spoken by
peopled deemed as inferior by the Dutch at the time and because of the Dutch elements it
contained, until the so-called white Afrikaners took the language hostage and used it to
further their aims and agendas, estranging it from the Coloureds and Basters in order to give

The Perils and Spoils of the EVMs The Death of Namibia

Red Elephant

them land and resources rights to South Africa, Namibia and Southern Africa which was
strange because the language was deemed inferior by them in the first place. Afrikaans/Kleur
is an aboriginal Khoisan language, an African language, an indigenous language and a
Namibian language as much as it is a South African and Southern African language. Its
spoken nowhere in Europe and is the language of the Coloureds and Basters of Namibia as
well as some Nama who all are of aboriginal Khoisan ancestry. The reader is reminded that
Coloureds are also of Dutch origin and not related to white Afrikaners. Their surnames attest
to this. Basters are just a break-away group of Coloureds but who interbred further with the
Germans and Nama once more. The terms Baster and Coloureds have identity and are much
more than mere tags. Its interesting that white Afrikaners use aboriginal Khoisan words such
as kierie in their language after having hated the aboriginal Khoisan and blacks so much
whom they viewed as inferior in every aspect and respect. Its very ignorant to not know that
the ratio of Dutch, aboriginal Khoisan and Malaysian words in Afrikaans/Kleur are about the
same throughout though white Afrikaner scholars would dispute this since they were the very
ones who were used to standardise and culture the language to suit their agendas. History,
syntax, semantics, phonetics, sentence, pragmatics and phrase construction, intonations, rules
of grammar and spelling and the like attest to all of this. I speak Khoe-khoegowab and
Afrikaans/Kleur excellently and know on a first-hand basis of the influences of the Khoisan
languages and of Dutch. Furthermore, since I'm a well-read person, educated and have
Malaysian Coloureds as friends who provide me with objective information, I can confidently
tell that it is surprising how much Malay and Indonesian linguistics are infused in the
language which is impossible from a Eurocentric perspective. Only the Malay-originated
Coloureds could have made such impressive and vast contributions to and impression and
influence on the language since the whites cannot speak Malaysian and Indonesian
languages. Furthermore, it is interesting too to which degree Afrikaans/Kleur is so sated with
Malaysian and Indonesian words after the white Afrikaners also did not want anything to do
with them too as well as the fact that Coloureds, Basters and some Nama retained this
language for ages even after the Boers claimed it was their language. Can anyone ever
explain why the language is not spoken in Europe at all and why the Dutch and we
Afrikaans/Kleur-speaking people have difficulty understanding one another? Afrikaans/Kleur
has long now moved away from being a simple dialect of Dutch as was deceptively fed to the
world by some lying thieving Afrikaner whites. Afrikaans/Kleur is a fully fledged language
and different from Dutch though it is related to Dutch too. It falls under the Germanic group
of languages because it was classified by whites as such to suit their agendas, but is also part
of the Khoisan language family for reasons stated earlier. It is an established African Khoisan
language with its distinctive and unique rules and grammar and which was born, developed
and progressed to have various dialects, slang and varieties. Many forget that the white
Afrikaners, Coloureds and Basters and to a limited extent, the Nama, share one ancestry
when it comes to the Dutch. But for all the world, the white Afrikaners could never be
associated with a people they deemed inferior and would die before being labeled as yet
another baster (bastard/mixed) family too, forgetting that they are descendants of the French,
Dutch and Portuguese and to a lesser extent, other European races too. They even fabricated
historical quasi truths to not be associated with Coloureds and Basters and to make it seem
the language was theirs. Is it not interesting how the name of the language became known as

The Perils and Spoils of the EVMs The Death of Namibia

Red Elephant

Afrikaans, seeing that Coloureds were known as Brown Afrikaners and that there are also
Afrikaner Namas which are derived from the surnames of Oude Ram Afrikaner, Jager
Afrikaner, Jan Jonker Afrikaner, Klaas Afrikaner and Christiaan Afrikaner? The so-called
white Afrikaners became known as Afrikaners because they stole and spoke the language and
identity of the real Afrikaners (Coloureds and Nama). If Afrikaans means Afrikaner
language, Afrikaan as African and Afrikaner as Africaner, where do so-called white
Afrikaners (Boers) fit especially as they originate from Europe which is not related to Africa
and her peoples, much less the Southern African aboriginal Khoisan peoples? New studies
and a book by a lecturer at the Rhodes University in South Africa reveal that Afrikaans/Kleur
even entered Namibia via the Oorlam Nama, Coloureds and Basters in pre-colonial times.
Many other resources exist that back these findings up. But sadly, to this day, Swapo remains
true to their original will and intent to empower those from the North only, which is not
different from what the colonisers and earlier oppressors did with and to the aboriginal
Khoisan of Namibia. Even Ben Amathila recently said in the media that only the Owambo
suffered and fought for Namibia to effect that aim which is totally unfound, forgetting that
the aboriginal Khoisan remained and faced the enemy head-on, building this country to what
it was at independence such that when those in exile re-arrived they did not return to a
wasteland but to a moderately developing country with road and telecommunication
infrastructure, hospitals, airports, schools, colleges, postal offices, government buildings, an
established police force; military, air force and operational bases; clinics, churches, houses,
dams, businesses and many other forms and examples of development. Aboriginal Khoisan
and other racial non-Owambo races history, contribution and heroes are methodically
sidelined. What Amathila and many others imply is that we have no right to our ancestral
land and her resources and that we have no right to restoration, redress and justice, but that
others should get as much as possible and keep on plundering Namibia just because of a mere
32-year liberation struggle to which we contributed immensely too anyway, from which the
attainment of independence we do not benefit at all. What happened to social, legal, cultural
and economic justice or do they think that is farfetched too? What ignorance, what total
arrogant insensitive utter ignorance, disrespect and deliberate looking away and turning of
backs on our dejectedly impoverished people! Why?
9.
To insult us further, 54% of the Swapo party candidate list for 2014 was Owambo
(60% of the first 20 and first half, respectively). Hage Geingob (Damara) was merely used to
buy back our wounded votes; they changed the constitution at the speed of light without
consulting us because they wished to remain in power indefinitely; nothing exists to
safeguard, protect and immunise the Namibian Constitution and judicial system, looking at
things in retrospect; 60% of their candidates live in affluent areas who just smooth-talk us,
and subject us to fear, manipulation, control and deception. They got rich. They are rich and
stille getting richer till they will become the richest by 2030 as their truest vision. We are
poorer and hungrier than ever before and more of us are without homes today more than ever
before. This legacy of using and empowering one race is still the order of the day: all and any
Swapo event and at some national ones, these events are about an Owambolisation of the
nation where only their fabricated history is preached to boredom and outdated liberation
songs in one language sung and/or only artists from one race utilised to charge up the

attendees these events almost adopt the appearances of a circus. No songs are ever sung or
music played in any of the other languages or their artists invited to perform too. In which
way will we ever integrate and reconcile if one race is ber-glorified at the cost of the rest of
the nation? Swapo wins elections every time, but Namibians keep on losing out on a large
scale despite promises such as no Namibians must feel left out and One Namibia. One
Nation and Consolidating peace, stability and prosperity. Our natural resources are still
under the control of imperialist countries and newcomers such as Russia, Australia, the
Americans, Chinese and Dutch, some of whom had direct and indirect control on our natural
resources for years and who knows how long. These elections were exactly what Swapo
hoped to win with an overwhelming rigged majority in order to go into new satanic deals
with countries such as China to whom they sell the every soul of our country and nation
(News Journal; NBC1, 9 December 2014). They couldnt wait to start using Hage Geingob to
this end who was already frequenting Dubai before the elections to sell our country away to
that country too. Jacob Zuma is not the greatest criminal and thief as was alleged in the South
African Parliament recently. It is this very evil African Mafia club to which both the ANC,
Zanu-PF, MPLA, Swapo and others belong to that is even a greater criminal, corrupt,
thieving entity based on the precepts and ideologies of western imperialist and capitalist
exploitation, subjugation, segregation, exclusion and oppression. Only time will prove that
Swapo has greater plans of exploiting the masses and selling the nation short through the
Swapo fundraising company of Kalahari Holdings, 26 August, and others, but that will have
to be our burden to carry until the next round of elections by which time our eyes will have
hopefully opened and we not allow them to keep on brainwashing us such that we will only
have ourselves to blame in the end or this demonic debacle will end up in one or the other
civil catastrophe should things continue like this by which time it will be too late to try to
undo the blinded wrongs we commit today in the name of a party and her leaders that lost
their vision at independence already. If things continue for the next 5 to 10 years like this,
what is the most obvious thing for us to do? Only the Swapo old guard cartel and their
families and friends get empowered who hide behind big projects and the law to commit
corruption and steal the nation dry. We are for example aware of a few dubious procurement
transactions in the MoHSS top structures which were sure will die down without any cock
crowing about these shady deals afterward like many before them some of which we are also
aware of. But were watching them. Closely. And demand that members of the old Swapo
guard cartel resign and/or be investigated and subsequently, dishonourably discharged and
their assets get frozen. We still dont have jobs and land and it seems like Swapo has no
strategic and concrete plans of empowering the masses, the youth, the poor, the unemployed,
certain races, aborigines and senior citizens, but only throw crumbs at us. They thrive on the
ignorant, sentimental and emotive affirmative vote and on corruption (Show must go on
(sms); Republikein, 5 December 2014, Page 12). This is what I coin as the Tragedy of the
Namibian Commons and the Namibian Condition which is the sum-total of the Namibia
Euphoria, the Namibian Fantasy, the Namibian Dream, the Namibian Reality, the Namibian
Nightmare and the Death and Destruction of Namibia. It may seem like this is a political
campaign which is a tad late to some, but we have a definite strategy up our sleeve too...
History has proven over and over that no-one and no organisation is ever invincible and
indispensible such that they rule indefinitely. The Portuguese came and went (1486). The

English (18th century), Dutch (1652), Germans (1884) and white Afrikaners (1920) too
(NWR (Undated). Visitors Guide. NWR: Windhoek). Who is next to go - 1990?
10.
On the theme of origins and rightful ownership of Namibia, the San and the Khoekhoe (earlier Khoisan) are the earliest inhabitants and not just the San. Coloureds came in
existence when European colonisers, Asian slaves (Malaysian and Indonesians) and settlers
interbred with the local Khoisan (San and Khoe-khoe) who are descendants of the San|goan
who were all over Khoisania (Southern Africa), roaming her planes, hills, mountains and
valleys eons before the arrival of the invaders as said before. First to arrive here were the
negroid Damara (from West Africa) and Nguni Tswana and later on, the Bantustan groups.
The fact of the matter is that the aboriginal Khoisan were concentrated in Khoisania
(Southern Africa) and would, out of cultural practice as nomadic hunter-gathers and a need
for survival, live in the Great Lakes Region too where there was an abundance of food and
water. Small groups of Hadzabe San live around Lake Eyasi. Their language resembles the
click languages of other San further south in the Kalahari and Southern Africa. Their small
population was seriously threatened, in particular during the period when Julius Nyere tried
to introduce his Ujuma policy. The tribe resisted the forcible settlement policies of Julius
Nyere and nowadays most of their children have never seen a doctor or school - the bush
provides for all their needs and is a classroom for their offspring. Unlike the aboriginal
Khoisan who were nomadic hunter-gathers and pastoralists, the Bantu/Nguni MIGRATED to
Khoisania. We never migrated. Even early Coloureds and Basters were nomadic. That
explains why Coloureds are found as far as South Africa, Botswana, Angola and Zimbabwe
too while Basters and Bosluis Basters are found as far as South Africa too. We were nomadic
circular seasonal nomads and pastoralists. There's a difference. According to the Human
Genome project which studied and mapped world genetics in relation to origins, the haplo
group of the Khoisan differ in many aspects in genetics (DNA) from that of the Bantu/Nguni
and Negroid people. Scientific studies of haplo groupings of world populations show and
prove this, particularly through the Human Genome Project which maps population genes
and their patters and occurrence as related to history, origins, geography, archaeology and
other scientific evidence and studies. The aboriginal Khoisan have no haplo genetic relation
with them in terms of race whatsoever, rendering us unique, special and differentiated from
the rest of Africa. No known historical and archaeological artefacts and remains of the
Khoisan have been found outside Southern and Sub-Saharan Africa. But those of the invaders
have been found in the lands of their origin - west, central, north and eastern Africa. The
Pygmy also share no genetics with us but more so with the Bantu. Even aboriginal Khoisan
languages are unique to Southern Africa, whereas parts of Bantu and Nguni languages are
found in their lands of origin. Many argue that Africa is big enough for all of us to suit their
agendas. Africa is big enough for all of us, yes, provided that we all remain in our boundaries
which are cultural, political, historical and legal. If all had a right of access to all of Africa,
why don't they migrate back to where they came from? This is God's timing for the
restoration, redress and justice for the Khoisan who have been dislocated, displaced,
disempowered, excluded, marginalised and impoverished by invading Bantus, Ngunis,
negroids and Europeans and there's nothing anyone can do about it. He will return what is
rightfully and naturally ours. He will even shake the very foundations of many kingdoms for

righteous justice, because He is just and fair and able and ready and willing. Our Khoisan
ancestors' blood constantly cries out from the belly of the very earth we stand on to the
heavens, God, posterity, humanity, history and the future for justice. All empires will fall
because of us. Our eyes will show us just that. In our lifetime and generation still.
11.
The Owambo act as if they are more equal than others in independent Namibia today
where the Orwellian tragedy of the book, Animal Farm, is currently plying itself off. It is not
a question of who is more equal than the other. It's rather about who the land and all her
resources belonged to in the beginning and what happened to the owners and with their land
and resources. One can be as Namibian as you wish to till you become blue, but where are the
original home owners and whom does the house belong to now after it was broken in and
taken over through hostile means? A thieve will always know that stolen stuff will never
really be theirs. He is the new owner perhaps, just not the legitimate, rightful, real and natural
one. Can anyone come steal a house, farm and car and what else and then run around and say
that the real ownership is irrelevant just because they do not own that property anymore?
Property stolen by some-one will never belong to the thief. They will always know that in
their heart of hearts, and their conscience will always remind them of the rightful owner, thus
they will never really belong does not matter how long they stay and/or rule. In our context,
the only rightful owners of the land are the ancestral aboriginal Khoisan of Namibia. And this
is being recognised by the UN and ILO conventions on aboriginal peoples and their natural,
earth and land rights. If that is irrelevant, these international bodies wouldnt have been
fighting for our aboriginal status, earth rights and freedoms to be recognised, respected and
upheld by governments, something which the GRN has been shying away from for obvious
selfish, corrupt and greedy reasons. Are we not the aboriginal Khoisan anymore all of a
sudden just because people are afraid of the truth and of losing what they stole from us? They
argued the same with the aboriginal peoples of New Zealand and Australia... We are still
human beings. We still have a history and culture. We are still the mighty aboriginal Khoisan
of Namibia and nothing which anyone thinks, says or does or intents will negate that.
Nothing will take away who and what we are not even distortion, circumvention and
suppression of truth. We are a truly survivalist and living people. We survived Negroid,
Nguni and Bantu invaders; as well as the Portuguese, Dutch, English, Germans and white
Afrikaners. What makes anyone think or believe we will not survive Swapo and the New
Namibian Oppression? What?
12.
The aboriginal Khoisan have haplo genes different from Bantu/Nguni. Its reality, not
racism. And even if we are (supposedly) black, why do they treat us as foreigners or regard
us with disdain the same way they regard whites? Various genetic inroads were made giving
rise to the four aboriginal Khoisan families (Basters and Coloureds (Brown People, and
Nama and San (Yellow People). Genetic mapping confirms that these four families belong to
the same haplo-group of genetic classification. The reader is reminded that being black does
not necessarily equate being Bantu since there are non-bantu races all over the world such as
in India for instance. It goes without saying that just because some San, Coloureds and Nama
have dark skin complexion, they are not Bantustan necessarily as dark-skinned people are
also found naturally among the San (Hai//om), Nama (Oorlam) and Portuguese and

The Perils and Spoils of the EVMs The Death of Namibia

Malaysians and Indonesians from whom Coloureds and Basters descent too. Equally, just
because lighter skin-toned (yellow and brown and even farer) people are found among the
Tswana and other races, this does nor imply that they are Khoisanoid. Unlike the aboriginal
Khoisan, the Himba, a sub-tribe of the Herero and other non-Khoisanoid nomadic tribes have
been classified under the Bantu races as confirmed by these scientific research undertakings
and are thus not endemic and aboriginal to Sub-Saharan Africa. They hail from a nirvanautopian fertile valley known as Ruuru somewhere in north to east-central Africa but which
they just talk about in their folk tales but not know the exact location of, according to
anthropological and historical studies. There were no Bantu/Nguni in the Cape. Only
Khoisan, therefore the white invaders interbred only with the aboriginal Khoisan. As simple
as that. All other assertions are based on mere assumption and speculation and are mostly
fabricated lies. I give proof: There is no language or language group by the name of
Damara/Nama or Nama/Damara. The language of the Khoe-khoe (Nama) is Khoekhoegowab and the Damara speak the language of the Khoe-khoen as theirs got extinct.
There is a remnant of their language still spoken in the Sesfontein and Fransfontein area.
Nama is a Khoisan language and particularly called Khoe-khoegowab which translates as
langue of the Khoe-khoen (Men of men also known as the Nama). Its one of only three
indigenous languages, the other two Khoisan languages being the San languages and dialects
and Afrikaans/Kleur and its dialects and variants. Afrikaans/Kleur is the language of the
Coloureds (Brown Afrikaners) and Basters, but which was stolen by the Dutch-speaking
settlers known today as so-called white Afrikaners simply because they had the political,
military and economic power and means (resources). Of cause, by now we all know that
evolution is not science, but mere speculation, assumption and at best, a theory. Only the
deceived believe in such utter lying conspiracy. The entire sub-Saharan Africa is aboriginal
Khoisan land. We refuse to see things in simplistic black and white dichotomies. The area of
modern Zambia was inhabited by aboriginal Khoisan hunter-gatherers until around AD 300,
when technologically advanced migrating tribes began to displace or absorb them. In the 12th
century, major waves of Negroid, Nguni and Bantu-speaking immigrants arrived during the
Bantu expansion. Aboriginal Khoisan hunter-gatherers are some of the earliest known
modern human inhabitants of the area. They were largely replaced by Bantus during the
Bantu migrations, though small numbers of aboriginal Khoisan remain in parts of southern
Angola. The earliest inhabitants of the region were the San|goan, who were followed by the
Damara and Tswana and later on, mainly Bantu. South Africa is one of the most ethnically
diverse countries in Africa. It was inhabited by pastoral Khoikhoi (Khoi), the hunter-gatherer
San, followed later by the Damara (who migrated northward to Namibia again), the Xhosa,
and the Zulu races and various other indigenous tribes. Dutch traders landed at the southern
tip of modern day South Africa in 1652 and established a stopover point on the spice route
between the Netherlands and the East, founding the city of Cape Town. After the British
seized the Cape of Good Hope area in 1806, many of the Dutch settlers (the Boers/ so-called
white Afrikaners) migrated north and found their own republics. The San are generally
assumed to have been the earliest inhabitants of the region, but not entirely so as they came in
existence slightly before the Nama, but after the San|goan. Later inhabitants include the
Nama and the Damara or Berg Daman. The Bantu-speaking Kavango, Caprivians, Ovambo

and Herero migrated from the north in about the 14th century AD and established themselves
in Angola and extreme northern Namibia.
13.
Africa was not divided until the dawn of colonialism, but some form of unmarked
tribal and cultural borders existed before that time. Even countries such as Egypt, Somalia,
Ethiopia and others existed way before the Europeans and Arabs arrived in those parts of
Africa, the Bible, Quran and other texts of historical significance being cited as important
references here. I should caution that "God works in mysterious ways" and is not a white
God, Christianity not a white religion, Jesus not a white Man, and the Bible not a white Book.
The Bible played off in Africa as far as Ethiopia and other African countries too. Even
Moses attended the first university ever which was in Egypt. Secondly, the Bible gives no
account of Jesus' skin colour. He relates in terms of appearance to us in the way that makes us
comfortable with Him. There are ancient Chinese and African pictures of a "Chineselooking" Jesus and "Black Jesus" that have been found but hidden up to now by especially the
Vatican. Jesus is colourless and colour-blind and can assume any colour any time. For the
missionaries, Jesus was white because they were white and because they had ulterior motives
of politics and economics for their countries. Some were sincere in their missions though. But
today we know better. They brought us the Gospel. God chose them to bring us Truth much
like He chose the very satanic Nujoma to bring us independence - not freedom. Like him,
everyone has a purpose too though Nujoma came to strengthen previously unknown chains
such as the Illuminati and the New World Order. The Bible is the most consistent scientific
book written ever. Show me any contradiction and I will show you the opposite with
evidence and not speculation. Furthermore, linguistic, cultural and genetic evidence have it
that the Bantu/Nguni and negroid Damara share similar aspects with west and central African
black races when it comes to origin. Scientific research finds that the Nguni/Bantu and
Damara negroids migrated southwards as a result of three pushing phenomena: droughts,
tribal wars and the invasive Arabs and other push factors previously mentioned in this
document. Concrete proof exists in the form of scientific genetic experiments and
archaeological, anthropological, ecological and historical research that the aboriginal Khoisan
were the First Peoples of Southern Africa and thus indigenous to it. Our aboriginal
Khoisanoid peoples have been around long before the Stone Age, after which the Ngunis and
Bantus invaded Khoisania during the Iron Age way after the Negroid Damara arrived. Dating
techniques and archaeological excavations are proof of that. The earlier aboriginal Khoisan
tribes who came after the common San|goan ancestors were either nomadic hunter-gatherers
such as the San or pastoralists such as the Nama of which there is scientific research evidence
to proof that they were agriculturalists who farmed livestock and planted crops and who
traded with the more advanced invading Nguni and Bantu tribes in terms of mining since they
were exposed to the advanced invaders of their lands. The San were and are still nomads, not
migrators like the invaders. There is a difference. The Owambo in particular, settled in
Northern Namibia and Southern Angola because of the high rainfall and greenery there,
pushing the Khoisan from their ancestral lands. King Mandume Ndemufayo is one case in
point who was not Namibian but chose to resettle with his people in Angola where many
Kwanyama are still settled to this day. Its all about scientific biological genetic evidence
which is the pinnacle of proof, truth and fact. The Herero and Owambo understand each other

The Perils and Spoils of the EVMs The Death of Namibia

Red Elephant

to a small and limited extent, sharing similar words with different intonations and slight
variations in spelling, phrasing and sentence construction. It is the same with the San and
Nama and not very different between the Dutch and Coloureds/Basters. But the fact remains
that the Herero and Owambo are related, the Nama and San are family and the Coloureds and
Basters share one ancestry with the Nama and San which is their aboriginal Khoisan ancestry.
There are also varying degrees of relations among the Nguni and Bantu tribes. They even
share similar words with Xhosa and Zulu and other languages although they do not
understand each other.
14.
Finally, the illegal occupants also rigged the elections that would have determined
who was to rule Namibia in the independent era as was reported back then: the power went
out in two large centres resulting in the disappearance of ballot boxes with votes cast only to
be found at dumpsites and outside urban areas much later. Then there were mystery voters on
the voters role many of whom were dead. Ever since, there has always been rumours and
allegations of vote rigging and disputes between Swapo and other parties. A most revealing
and well-researched, accurate and well-sourced work on the true history of Khoisania,
Namibia and the aboriginal Khoisan is coming to the world soon which will shake the very
foundations of many nations, Namibia and Swapo.
Implementation of Swapos Approach of Creation of Superficial Transparency in 2014
15.
It was clear from the beginning that Swapo was fast losing support especially after the
last elections in 2009 when they smelt an imminent inevitable loss of votes and power with
the 2014 elections. It seems like a strategy has been worked on methodically and
systematically with specific outcomes for many years involving many technical experts and
susceptible, easily manipulated, unsuspecting, gullible, naive and ignorant persons and other
resources such as the Swapo parliamentary majority and international support:
16.
Swapo had to re-strategise and started with appointing and using the director of
Elections, Paul Isaak (Nama, religious leader and theologian) and ECN chairperson, Notemba
Tjipueja (Ovaherero and advocate), to make elections seem open, credible, fair, free and
transparent; then they had to work on leaving no traces of ballots cast which resulted in a lack
of paper trail it seems; they also had to come up with plans to make Swapo seem fairing not
well in some constituencies and for RDP, UDF, COD and other parties fairing worse than
the DTA of Namibia (For the first time in African history a colonial ruling party, DTA, made
a strong comeback though Venaani contributed a lot to it too). No wonder Hidipo Hamutenya
alleges that Swapo financed the DTA election campaign to achieve that aim? (DTA kap
Hidipo; Republikein, 12 December 2014, Page 1); they also had to inflate the Swapo vote
which was steadily decreasing with each election. Next was to declare voting day as a public
holiday to create the impression that most voters of the electorate voted and especially for
Swapo; Swapo made ample provision for election disputes and use of EVMs to rig elections
it seems. From the EVM and constitution amendment court case it seems that they even
influenced the decisions of the judge behind closed doors. Judge Kobus Millers responses
and intent were highly dubious who questioned the applicants legal representative on
persons serving on councils of the two uppermost courts, asking sarcastic questions as if he

The Perils and Spoils of the EVMs The Death of Namibia

Red Elephant

was the respondents lawyer. He did not pose similar questions to the respondents lawyer
and made objections to and dismissals of the cases of elections and the amendment of the
Namibian constitution, referring to it as an unfortunate marriage of two matters which had no
connection. He also stated that the arguments of the applicants were based on speculation and
sweeping and unsubstantiated allegations, and that the application was done on the eve of the
elections and subsequently, threw out the applications without considering the merited
connections between the different respective cases. Namandje capitalised on this and as a
final blow questioned the qualifications of the applicants legal representative, August
Maletzky, and on his technical expert knowledge of the EVMs (Nations gears for elections;
The Namibian, 27 November 2014, Page 1). It was also surprising, but not entirely so, of Sisa
Namandjes quick response and quasi thorough preparation which gave the impression that
he had prepared for this court case long before.
17.
When the first part of elections took place, election officials announced results of
missions abroad and sea personnel prematurely which would have had a decision affect on
voters of what to expect and who to support (Swapo) and where (majority) to actually cast
their votes. As far as the court case is concerned, the ECN continued with national elections
despite an appeal with Supreme Court by the RDP, WRP and NEFF which was illegal
according to relevant laws (Fresh bid to stop elections; The Namibian, 27 November 2014,
Page 1). Another superb strategy of Swapo was to send in propaganda agents in communities,
giving money and food items to potential voters such as at Okahandja, and giving cattle to
Sam Nujoma to make it seem that they still have the peoples support, especially as Swapo
had no stronghold in the Hardap Region. Virtually all printed media in Namibia turned out to
be pro-Swapo of late, considering their editorials, picture on cover face of Informante (27
November), responses/editing/censoring of letters and smses, pro-Swapo reporting and other
matters such as coming up with an election app to impress the president (Verkiesings 2014
But in order to secure their
vote and substantiate their actions and intent, Swapo pushed for a change of the constitution
at the speed of light without wide consultation (APP criticises bloated legislature; New Era,
30 September 2014, Page 6) and strategised to use Hage Geingob (Damara) whom they hate
and fear to retain the vote of non-Owambos who had long now given up on any hope for
them by Swapo. Propaganda tactics such as aggressively implementing the drought relief
programme and availing veteran bursary assistance during the campaign phase, were used
too. Many people also received Swapo smses is if they are members of the organisation
(Aanhoudend SMSe (sms); Republikein, 5 December 2014, Page 12). Then there is the issue
of delayed voting at targeted polling stations which resulted in many potential voters leaving
the polling stations without voting. On NBC, election and news presenters subtle messages
were transmitted over and over as well as over-coverage of Swapo events in 2014.
Advertising and documentaries through NBC radio services and television and the printing
press was most outstanding and remarkable as was using widespread pro-Swapo guests and
international observers (SADC observer head praises Namibia; The Namibian, 27 November
2014, Page 7) on television during voting period as well as pro-Swapo speakers at the final
results ceremony and official announcements. Nkoana-Mashabane even gave an ode literally
and spoke as a matter of fact as if she is a Namibian citizen (Verkiesings vry en regverdig, s

The Perils and Spoils of the EVMs The Death of Namibia

Red Elephant

SADC, AU; Republikein, 1 December 2014, Page 5). In the mean time, the ECN,
hypothetically, threw out those potential voters who registered more than once to create the
impression of transparency, they claim, but which the electorate, observers, media and parties
were not afforded the change to witness. And since this strategy has been a long wellorchestrated one, an act on communication, media and free speech control had to be passed as
fast as possible too, should anyone dare to ask the right or wrong questions and to subject the
nation to fear and ultimate control. They had to speak of abuse vs responsibility and freedom
of speech on social forums in the media for that purpose. Another interesting move was
appointing and using of IT Coordinator, Milton Shaanika-Louw, at ECN (Coloured/Baster) to
also contribute to the created impression of transparency, inclusion and fairness, without his
awareness (or with awareness?). The hasty passing of the electoral amendment act and a
press release/public notice on work on public holiday 28 November 2014 as appearing in the
Republikein of 27 November 2014 (Page 38), were planned well in advance, it seems too.
18.
Also very beautifully done was the splitting of targeted communities through regional
and constituency demarcations in order to disempower and alienate such communities. Still
on communities, the recent questionable polling survey on old age pensions was used to
secure those dwindling votes too. Then Swapo used Sam Nujoma as the father of the nation
in Rehoboth and other areas where votes and support are dwindling but which turned out as
an embarrassing humiliation when attendees walked away while he made his speech on
alleged development at Rehoboth by Swapo. Another strategy to be used next was bringing
homage to the recent historical figure, Andimba Toivo ya Toivo, through Mac Maharaj,
spokesperson of the South African presidency (Maharaj bring hulde aan Ya Toivo;
Republikein, 25 August 2014, Page 4) as well as donation of funds by David Namwandi used
by Ambrosius Kandji to buy tents for victims of demolishment of housing structures by the
Windhoek City Police (Geingob veroordeel afbreek van huise; Republikein, 7 November
2014, Page 4). Many do still not know that Toivo ya Toivo was a brigadier in the South
African army just like Nujoma who was a spy and informant for them too as ex-SWATF
soldiers report. Long before this Toivo ya Toivo was a serviceman in the Second World War,
rising to the rank of corporal (Swapo of Namibia (1981). To Be Born A Nation: The
Liberation Struggle for Namibia. Zed Press: London; Page 172). Why does Swapo think that
we are stupid, vacant-minded and ignorant such that we will never find out the true and real
history of Namibia?
19.
What would campaigning be without involving the City of Windhoek? City of
Windhoek was used to make a media statement on the land grabbing saga (Republikein, Page
30), Other institutions used amongst others, the Ministry of Lands and Resettlements
resettlement farm land allocation to 9 beneficiaries (Page 31) and 21 beneficiaries (Page 61),
allocation of erven to 5 and 30 beneficiaries (up to 80% of resettlement farms were allocated
thus far were given to the Owambo as if they lost land in Namibia. The rest got allocated
mainly to the other non-Khoisanoid races as if they too lost aboriginal ancestral land),
respectively, by the City of Windhoek (Page 62 and 26 September 2014, Page 63); and
project grants allocations through the Civil Society Foundation of Namibias (Page 32) call
for proposal for organising, setting up of course content and conducting of pre- and post-

settlement training for beneficiaries who got resettled from 2011 to 2014 as well as vacancy
advertisements through the Farmers Support Project and Agribank of Namibia (Pages 53,
56and 59). Invitations for quotations on supply of boer goats for distribution in communal
areas through the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry (Page 60) and Agribanks
financial assistance to the dairy industry (Back page of the National Assembly Elections
Political Parties candidate list 2014 supplement (Part two of two) by Electoral Commission of
Namibia in the Republikein of 7 November 2014, were on the campaign strategy list too.
20.
In terms of camera action, methodically planned NBC low sound quality and
deliberate camera redirection when election party panellists such as Erica Beukes of WRP
talked on the EVMs and SWATF veterans and the N$36million compensated by the South
African government and pocketed by the rulers, took place. They also had to introduce free
primary education in 2014. National conferences such as the electricity distribution industry
summit (Namibia Electricity Distribution Industry (EDI) Summit 2014 (media release)
(Republikein, 26 September 2014, Page 34), National ICT Summit (Page 40), and on land
and violence, all of which still did not show any meaningful implementation and
achievement, as well the awareness campaign on Smart Partnership for Communities
Economic Participation targeted mainly at the private sector and community members
((Advertisement) Republikein, 25 August 2014, Page 16), were next just a few months before
elections. In terms of securing votes for the future, they strategised plans for new planned
envisaged ministries for poverty alleviation and SOEs in the Hage Geingob Cabinet as well
as talks of no Namibian must feel left out by Hage Geingob. Why did it cross their mind
after 25 years of independence only?
21.
Then there is the APP controversial issue of late announcement of the date of
presidential and National Assembly elections by the president which kept the nation and
other political parties in the dark (Wanneer is die verkiesing, vra APP; Republikein, 26
September 2014, Page 3 and APP criticises bloated legislature; New Era, 30 September 2014,
Page 6). It is particularly notable how the APP was outspoken on corrupt practices before the
elections. Furthermore, Swapo also used well-known artists during Swapo campaigns
dubbing their final one in Windhoek as the Star Rally, an idea they stole from the UDF.
Apparently, these artists received N$2,5million each for their performances.
22.
Swapo also had to make a press release through the Ministry of Works and Transport
for shortlisted private pilots license students to report for training (Page 24) and
advertisements through the Ministry of Education on 2014 National Annual Reading
Promotion (Readathon) and through the Namibia Institute of Pathology (NIP) on THE PAP
SMEAR in your handbag to create the impression that government and Swapo care (Page
31). NSFAF invitations for bursary applications to study in China, Russia, Czech Republic,
SADC and Japan (Pages 32 and 65 and NSFAF (advertisement) (The Namibian, 27
November 2014, Page 17), but which benefit one racial group mainly, were send through the
printing press too. Construction of capital development projects in areas where the Swapo
vote is dwindling on the eve of elections such as the Neckartal Dam in the South, Khomas
grove Mall in Khomasdal; tarring of one low-grade street, University of Namibia campus and
shopping centre at Keetmanshoop, and pipe making factory and fish shop in Rundu (Pipe

making factory opens; New Era, 30 September 2014, Page 1 and NFCPT opens new fish
shop, Page 10) definitely had to feature on the list to smuggle with the heads of these people,
but in the end do not benefit locals in terms of involvement, tender allocations, work during
constructions and thereafter. In rural areas, using traditional chiefs to lure and maintain votes
(Thousands mark Lusata at Chinchimane; Page 3) topped the non-written campaign list. Then
there were reports of alleged abuse of positions to campaign for Swapo by some ECN
officials (APP criticises bloated legislature, Page 6). Longstanding agents used were political
analysts such as Joseph Diescho to brainwash the nation that everything is under control
ethically (Namibia can avoid the Afrikan death trap; Page 8), it appeared; as well as washed
out and whitewashed church leaders to vote for Swapo and to denounce, disrespect and
renounce Christianity and religion for the sake of the new Swapo religion and foreign
religions such as Islam (Ek hoor op Kalkrand (sms); Republikein, 27 November 2014, page
10, Swaarder oordeel op sekere leiers....!; Kairos Koerant, 26 September 2014, Page 1 and
UPM wil Christelike waardes terugbring; Republikein, 19 September 2014). Meanwhile,
Swapo made sure to have a significant financial advantage over other parties when
conducting election campaigns (Tight budgets hamper smaller political parties; The
Namibian, 27 November 2014, Page 7 and Elections advertising: Hits and misses; Page 7).
Their (Swapos) elaborate campaigns, public meetings, campaign busses draped in party
colours; ability to conduct mass campaigns all over Namibia, elaborate electronic billboard
and mass media advertising, and the fact that they used government resources in their
campaigns give evidence (APP criticises bloated legislature; New Era, 30 September 2014,
Page 6). There were countless other strategies, approaches and methods Swapo harnessed
optimally to secure their dwindling and lost vote.
23.
Finally, though I may me wrong and unless I am mistaken, I noticed that the final
official results figures released by the ECN on NBC Television differed slightly from those
published in the Republikein of 2 December 2014 which may also differ from the provisional
results reported by the NBC: ECN result (COD 3 404, DPN 1 131, NUDO 17 942, SWANU
6 355, UDF 18 925 vs Republikein result COD 3 402, DPN 1 132, NUDO 17 041, SWANU
6 354, UDF 18 945). This brings up questions of accuracy in terms of final figures
communicated to the media (Uitslae; Republikein, 2 December 2014, Page 1). I also heard
the NBC Television presenter saying on Sunday night, 30 November 2014, that the DTA had
a phenomenal jump from +3% of the total final official vote in 2009 to +30% in 2014 of the
provisional vote published on air. If that is the case, what possibly happened between Sunday
night, 30 November 2014 when it was announced that the final official result would have
been announced sometime during the next day and Monday night when the final official
result got announced finally? Is this the 24 hour blackout NBC presenters referred to?
On Why Inflated Final Swapo Voter Results were Simply Impossible

(Caprivi-8 hou vol hulle is ontvoer; Republikein, 19 September 2014, Page 3) simply could
not have allowed for inflated votes in Swapos favour. Splitting of Kavango region, no free
housing despite mass housing project, inflated housing and land prices (Namibia records 2 nd

Only 71.79 % (up from 63% reported by NBC Television on 30 November 2014) of
electorate voted despite the proclamation of the public holiday and the low voter turnout
during 2014 by-elections such as that for the Windhoek-west Constituency and only 64.16%
for Bukalo Constituency (Bukalo verkies eerste, plaaslike owerheid; Republikein, 25 August
2014, Page 3) (this is proof of the loss of trust of the electorate in the voting process and
election system). This percentage has been steadily decreasing from 97,04% in 1989, 76,05%
in 1994, 61.57% in 1999, 84,81% in 2004 and 68,63% in 2009 (Weghol-oorwinning and
Uitslae: 1989 tot 2009; Republikein, Page 6). It appears that the very long wait for and delay
of final and official results gave Swapo ample opportunity to rig results such that the nation,
voters, the electorate and international community were deceived that voter turnout as well as
the final Swapo sum-total figure increased (Uitslae; Republikein, 2 December 2014, Page 1).
Swapo thus gets the winning vote from a mere simple majority electorate vs a two-thirds
majority vote which is unfortunate. In other news, the fact that Swapo won with +2 000 out
of +3 000 votes in the 2014 Windhoek-west Constituency by-election does not imply victory
since +24 000 out of +27 000 registered potential voters did not vote. About the same turnout
was anticipated for the national elections in that constituency. That means that those residents
and voters are greatly frustrated and de-motivated having lost trust in the powers that be and
subsequently view voting as a waste of time, money and energy. Furthermore, many potential
voters went home from the two polling stations in Khomasdal after EVMs broke down. This
resulted in them losing trust in the workmanship and reliability of the machines and
consequently, did not see the need to go and vote in the national elections. Did Swapo
perhaps know that the greater majority of voters there got tired of Swapo? +2 000 votes
should not be regarded as representative of the populace there. In addition, the voters there

Red Elephant

could not identify with the Swapo candidate, George Trepper, who does not live there, does
not know the challenges and problems of the community there and who does not even speak
their language, Afrikaans/Kleur of the local population. The erection of a museum and statue
of Sam Nujoma on aboriginal Khoisan of Namibia and Ovaherero holy ground, most possibly
did not secure a majority vote from these cultural groups (Not the leader who was elected (S
jou s); Republikein, November 2010 (exact date and page number unknown)). The removal
of Khoisan and Ovaherero history by removing the Reiterdenkmal and changing names of
places such as that of Zambezi Region were not well-received too and subsequently would
not have opportunised and capitalised on the vote there but instead should have capitulated to
a non-vote or should have led to transfer of votes to other parties.
26.
Other factors which were forecast to deduct from the Swapo vote were inflated capital
spending on the new Statehouse, procurement of the Mercedes Benz fleet to accommodate fat
cats (literally!) and other non-projects running in the hundred millions; recent land grabbing
activities involving the City of Windhoek and the Agnes Kafula saga which involved her son;
the Dellish Matthews land saga (Rooi gesigte in Swapo oor grondgrypery; Republikein, 7
November 2014, Page 2 and Skors die hele stadsraad, versoek Kandorozu; Republikein, 14
November 2014, Page 8) and Job Amupanda, demolishment of housing structures by
Windhoek City Police (Rooi gesigte in Swapo oor grondgrypery; Republikein, 7 November

UDF; The Namibian, 27 November 2014, Page 13); communities in Gibeon, Aus and
Swakopmund who vowed they will not vote because of lack of housing and other issues;
lewe skenk; Republikein, 14 November 2014, Page 10); the critical shortages of medical
doctors (Doctors standards to remain high; New Era, 30 September 2014, Page 7); dirty,
smelly and pest-ridden hospitals especially the Katutura and Oshakati intermediary hospitals;
high infant and mother deaths (Not the leader who was elected in state hospitals (S jou s;
Republikein, November 2010 (exact date and page number unknown); inflated medical
prices (Besluit oor mediese maatstaftariewe kom later; Republikein, 25 August, Page 2);
Swapos refusal and downplay to accommodate the proposed BIG that would have uplifted
the living standards of the poor; lack and refusal of sufficient increment of old age pensions;
increasing discontentment with Swapo and government supported influx of Chinese,
Angolans, North-Koreans, Indians, Brazilians, Congolese and Cubans; the newly planned
envisaged private hospital in the name of the first lady; the fact that no state hospitals were
constructed by Swapo in all these 25 years of independence; the fact that 60% of the Swapo
party list candidates live in affluent neighbourhoods thus providing proof of their elite status
(National Assembly Elections Political Parties candidate list 2014; Supplement (Part two of

widespread violence (De Klerk tree n twintig jaar af; Republikein, 25 August 2014, Page 5);
the high national unemployment figure of 37% and 52% as reported in the Informante of 27

fulfilment of promises of employment creation, free and quality education across the board,

many others; the overemphasis on Swapo liberation struggle and Swapo heroes (Namibia can

heroes of other racial groups and previous resistance and liberation struggles (Heroes Day

moet oormag stuit (documentary); Republikein, 19 September 2014, Page 12 and ACC a
toothless dog UDF; The Namibian, 27 November 2014, Page 13); the fact that visas were
issued to P-Square for a music concert slated for Namibia by the government despite
widespread fears of Ebola (P-Square kom beslis Namibi toe; Republikein, 26 September
2014, Page 3); and increased discontentment of third party service providers such as for
Erongo Red at the Coast and NHE nationally. Is this the reason why President Pohamba
stepped in to save the day on the eve of the elections (I am angry with you, Pohamba
tells Hailulu; The Namibian, 27 November 2014, Page 3)?
27.
Further factors that couldnt have Swapo secure a two-thirds majority vote include:
ignorance and disrespect of Namibian labour act and abuse of Namibians by Chinese
nationals imported by Swapo and who are allocated Namibian resources (mines), jobs and
building tenders (Not the leader who was elected (S jou s); Republikein, November 2010
(exact date and page number unknown and Vaar uit teen verdrukkers (sms); Republikein, 12
December 2014, Page 12); countless daily complaints by members of the public in
newspapers, radio and social media about governments unfair allocation of tenders, bad
public services, unfair and non-equitable distribution of resources; discrimination and
exclusion based on race and tribes; high road accident rates and reckless and dangerous taxis;
poor public transport; dirty and smelly unhygienic towns such as Okahandja, Rehoboth and
Usakos (Not the leader who was elected (S jou s); Republikein, November 2010 (exact date
and page number unknown)); widespread escalating crime and violence; empowerment of fat
cats and elite and their families and friends and many other poor public service delivery to the

detriment of the poor masses and progress; Swapo and government misdemeanours; recent
nationwide teacher strikes and strikes in the mining and fisheries sector as well as by
Namport and Air Namibia and other SOE personnel (Namport strike finally resolved; New
Era, 30 September 2014, Page 1 and Unhappy mine workers threaten not to vote; Page 10);
closure of employers and businesses such as Ramatex; inflated taxi and bus fares introduced
by NABTA despite the steady drop in international and local crude and processed oil prices
since July 2014 (Brent Crude Oil; Die Mark, Republikein, 27 November 2014, Page 49 and
Brent steadies around US$78,40. This drop in international oil prices has not led to a decrease
in food prices and other services and commodities too; The Namibian, 27 November 2014,
Page 21); the fact that Omulunga residents refused to be relocated from their land for reasons
of infrastructural development (Omulunga residents delay project; New Era, 30 September
2014, Page 5); the fact that there seemed to be in-fights and political differences in the Swapo
party structures based on factions such as the Tanganyika Group and Omusati Clique, rich
and employed vs poor and unemployed factions, and old guard vs youth factions (SPYL,
struggle kids and born-frees); tenderpreneurship at the expense of the poor; skew favourable
representation of Swapo entrepreneurs, investors and shareholders; SOEs, large companies
and elite vs the poor masses; racial, status-oriented and tribal politics (Not the leader who
was elected (S jou s); Republikein, November 2010 (exact date and page number
unknown), Mbumbas slip of the tongue; The Namibian, 27 November 2014, Page 14 and Oil
and vinegar dont mix (opinion), Page 23); other splinter groups which led to break-away of
prominent leaders and their followers in the past just to establish other parties such as the
Swapo-D, COD, APP and RDP (Swapo sal veldtog-taktiek ondersoek; Republikein, 19
September 2014, Page 2); and grave mistrust, backstabbing, finger-pointing, fear and worries
among the Swapo cadre of backstabbing and incarceration. It seems like they fear and hate
one another, they fear The Hague, they fear a truth and reconciliation commission, they fear
the opposition, they fear the increasing disgruntlement of the masses; they fear truth,
information, knowledge and intelligence; they fear Christians, Christianity, the Bible and the
Church; they fear loss of power, they fear their allies abroad, they fear their perceived
enemies, and they fear their own laws, Constitution and systems. They fear their own
shadows and skeletons.
28.
Additional factors among many others not cited here, include the alleged gay list
implicating some senior officials in the Wendelinus Hamutenya saga and public sex scandals
involving many senior male officials (Seks stel paartjies se lewens in gevaar; Page 4);
inflated procurement of weapons and militarisation of Namibia through NDF, NamPol, City
Police, private security firms and National Youth Service despite increasing international and
domestic denouncement of trade in weapons and militarisation of governments of which
Namibia is a signatory to the Convention on Weapons Trade (Pohamba vir oulaas by VNvergadering; Republikein, 19 September 2014, Page 5); separatism and neo-colonial
apartheid instigated by the New Namibian Oppression (Ook maar apartheid (sms);
Republikein, 19 September 2014, Page 10 and They dont deserve my vote; The Namibian,
27 November 2014, Page 16); and the rumours that many Owambo vowed not to support and
vote for Hage Geingob in the 2014 presidential elections. Compared to the final statements of
the ECN and SADC, that of the AU observers (Ambassador Fatuma Ndangiza) was more

The Perils and Spoils of the EVMs The Death of Namibia

Red Elephant

credible and objective. His observations agree totally with the points of August Maletzky in
court and dispelled the pronouncement of Judge Kobus Miller that the applicants argument
were baseless, sweeping and speculative (Verkiesings vry en regverdig, s SADC, AU;
Republikein, 1 December 2014, Page 5). Finally, many voters were disillusioned, pessimistic
and had no hope for themselves and the future seeing as they were disappointed by the empty
promises of Swapo in the past (Suiderlanders stem getrou; Republikein, 1 December 2014,
Page 7).

A Final Return to the Electronic Voting Monstrosities

29.
The public learned and was informed and educated that election results were to be
automated. Considering this, why did it take so long for the ECN to reveal the final results?
The ECN elections director even said that announcement of the final results would possibly
have taken up to three days up to Sunday, 30 November 2014, yet final results were only
revealed on Monday November 2014 which gave Swapo and the ECN ample time and
opportunity to rig the results it seems. Whatever happened to same day announcement of
results anyway considering that Namibia is a small population, that the electorate is even
smaller, that the number of actual voters is smaller still and that results were supposedly
automated? The public also learned and was informed and educated that election results were
to be verified and audited. What was there to audit and verify without a paper trail seeing as
only personal information and number of voters in a constituency could be verified and that
voters and parties were unable to verify such final results (Nation gears for elections; The
Namibian, 27 November 2014, Page 1)? Dictum has it that where there is smoke there is or
might be a fire: rumours, talks, referral to and speculation of results manipulation through
remote control and unwanted access that could have led to the possibility of identification of
which voters voted for which party if this is true, this may have dire consequences for
democracy and voters especially so as voting in many constituencies took place in corridors
and semi-secure structures like tents. There is also the possibility that machines could have
been programmed to track voters by comparing data in the biometric verification machines
with that on the signed forms and the sequence of voting on the EVMs which possess
memory. See where this could go?
30.
Additional problems: many polling officers reported problems with biometric
verification and voter identification machines in the media. The overwhelming majority of
police officers, presiding officers, election officials, polling officials, regional coordinators
and officials in the top structures are of one race in a multiracial and multicultural country
where such deliberate racial imbalance should have been buried in and with the Apartheid
Coffin at independence which no one knows what happened to it. Furthermore, we have yet
to see what the role of widespread advertisements of the Namibia Institute of Pathology (NIP)
on their services and tenders during the election period and their subsequent congratulation of
Hage Geingob was (Omake! NIP Team (advertisement); Republikein, 1 December 2014,
Page 25) seeing that Swapo has build a legacy and reputation of diverting the nations
attention and focus to trivial matters while planning and/or implementing questionable

The Perils and Spoils of the EVMs The Death of Namibia

Red Elephant

programmes, policies and activities elsewhere so as not to draw unwanted attention. The
issue of delayed voting at many polling stations by hours due to shortage of election
personnel as a result of payment and appointment issues, substandard voter education in some
parts of the country, slow voting process which was not faster than the conventional system,
as well as shortage of vehicles and accompanying police officers for security purposes as is
revealed of late despite the promise by ECN that all systems were ready and able to deliver
competent services, was worrisome and frustrating (Nation gears for elections; The
Namibian, 27 November 2014, Page 1 and Oshikoto polling officers refuse to sign contracts,
Page5 and Verkiesings vry en regverdig, s SADC, AU, Republikein, 1 December 2014,
Page 5).
31.
From this piece it should be clear to all that the Indian manufactured EVMs and their
use during the 2014 national and local authority elections were and are not legal by any and
all standards. The Supreme Court, International Criminal Court and international court of
justice (World Court) thus have the moral and just responsibility and mandate to declare the
EVMs, 2014 Local Authority by-elections and National Assembly and Presidential Elections
as not having reliability and verifiability and because they are illegal based on factors such as
the court appeal (Nation gears for elections; The Namibian, 27 November 2014, Page 1), the
findings on irregularities of political analysts, political observers and AU observer
(Verkiesings n ramp; Republikein, 1 December 2014, Page 1 and Verkiesings vry en
regverdig, s SADC, AU; Page 5 and Suiderlanders stem getrou; Page 7)); and void of
freeness, transparency, openness, credibility and fairness (Vote-counting must be publicly
verifiable (letter); The Namibian, 27 November 2014, Page 15). This declaration should be
made by the Supreme court and international court even if no disputes are lodged seeing as
legal and court fees are simply unaffordable to parties and the deceived electorate. These
legal and judicial bodies are thus reminded of their ethical duty and called upon to investigate
the entire election process, system, laws, approach, policies, bodies and activities by means of
independent and credible technical expert commissions. Wouldnt this first of a kind
intervention in the Namibian context be something or what!? These bodies are reminded that
the EVMs were banned in India and other major western democracies such as Germany,
England and USA which drew heavily on independent and credible expert and technical
knowledge. In addition to declaring the elections and EVMs as illegal, the courts have a
moral duty to declare the ECN, ACC, GRN, SOEs, laws, policies, systems; systems of
governance (executive), legislature and judiciary; and other institutions as illegal and
subsequently, dissolve such institutions which infringe on the earth rights and status of the
aboriginal Khoisan of Namibia. The question now is whether the applicant political parties
will continue with the court case now that they have seats in Parliament and even if they
have, they should still run with the vision of freeing Namibia from Swapo political
enslavement and oppression by going ahead with the appeal case and lodging a dispute case
as far as the final results are concerned which differed from those previously announced on
NBC Television (Weer n middel tot n doel (sms); Republikein, 5 December 2014, Page 12).
Should they not do so, it will be undeniably clear that they went to election for personal gain
only such as in the case of the alleged retirement of Hidipo Hamutenya from politics after
having run for presidency (HH is uit; Republikein, 5 December 2014, Page 1). All candidate

The Perils and Spoils of the EVMs The Death of Namibia

Red Elephant

opposition parties whether or not they received seats should join this most moral race and
fight this time around, but how will they if they start pointing fingers at each other?
(Koalisievorming nou al hoe moeiliker; Republikein; 12 December 2014, Page 3). It is most
worrisome that the applicants did not do a very good job with the election court case. They
could have easily won the case had they done more thorough research, followed court
procedure, study previous similar cases and the responses, attitude and behaviour of Sisa
Namandjes who seems not to be much intellectual competition and an arrogant (as stated in
the article on his alleged bragging: Fresh bid to stop elections; The Namibian, 27 November
2014, Page 1) mind-playing lawyer as well as Judge Kobus Miller who seems easily swayed,
nerve-wrecked and persuaded by pressure, deception, eloquent words, non-contextual
references to law and legal cases, and mind games.
The Ultimate Goal?
32.
Considering political historical and post-independence accounts, actions, attempts and
events on the part of Swapo, Hage Geingob is advised to be extra vigilant and cautious since
Swapo proved over and again that they are backstabbers who cannot be trusted at all. He
should be reminded that he is merely used for ulterior motives and agendas by Swapo who
has long been not his ally as much as he may deny this. Many questions thus come to mind of
why they nominated, campaigned for voting for him as the Swapo candidate and voted for
him in the national elections. Why was he not on the National Assembly candidate list as
opposed to how other parties did? Why was a vice presidency created so haphazardly?
Geingob must remember that he knows many secrets of Swapo such as the dungeons, his
incarceration and torture in the dungeons (http://observer24.com.na/national/1196-lubangodungeons-got-out-of-hand) and Anton Lubowskis murder seeing that he was with Anton
Lubowski on the night of his murder allegedly and others. Why else was he demoted and
fired as Prime Minister but brought back into office again after some time? Geingob should
be reminded that Swapo is greatly indebted to him in order to protect their interests and dark
secrets and skeletons in the Swapo closet. Should we be expecting something sinister in the
near or distant future?
33.
Everybody, even Swapo members, supporters and sympathisers themselves know
Swapos grave fear of losing power as well as their fear of truth, justice, empowerment of the
aboriginal Khoisan of Namibia and the Ovaherero for compensation by the Germans and
other countries, their own evil foreign allies, members, supporters and sympathisers;
formation of a truth and reconciliation commission, and prosecution and possible
incarceration for crimes against humanity and corruption. The 2014 election exercises will go
down in history as one of Swapos criminal attempts to rig election results for the umpteenth
time including their own inner elections of candidates on various structures and bodies.
34.
In order to secure the swayed Swapo vote for a last time, the results announcement
got extended by a day on 30 November 2014 at 21H20 on NBC Television by Professor Paul
Isaak which we all saw was a deliberate and well-planned delay. When he did so, he seemed
nervous and pressed for the right words. The man standing behind him said something to him
that the statement he (Reverent Paul Isaaks) was sufficient, giving the impression that he

The Perils and Spoils of the EVMs The Death of Namibia

Red Elephant

(Professor, Director, Former Dean and Reverent) was put under undue pressure but which the
man did not know we overheard. In his announcements Isaak cited long qeues, great voter
numbers, long counting and verification based on facts and auditing of results (that) take
long times. In his statement he also mentioned that the final results would be announced in
the course of the day the next day no specific time was given to announce the final results.
He confirmed this when he said that he cannot give time at the moment of his statement. He
furthermore stated that results they have are from all 121 constituencies and that they are
automated results. But why the delay then? He stated that they had to reconcile results and
verify them after printing them on a paper. How were the results going to be verified and
what did he mean by after printing them on paper? When Isaak was interviewed by Israel
Zemburuka right after the statement, he cited that the voter turnout was quite in good
numbers, but neglected to say the average turnout of voters only two estimated ones for
individual constituencies, respectively. He also promised that they (ECN) will have credible
elections and final results and that they do their best to earn the trust of Namibians, but how if
the results could not be audited by means of a paper trail? Isaak indirectly apologised for not
meeting and honouring the cut-off time at 7pm that day, but which was not realised. Asked
about premature celebrations, Isaak cited that celebrations are based on projections that are
based on results already released and were verified and stood the test and that he would not
say to people to stop celebrations. What test was he referring to and why then a further delay
of announcement of the final result? Isaak also stated that they are not sleeping but working
continuously. On what were they working if all results from all 121 constituencies were in
and verified and stood the test as he stated? Shortly thereafter, new incoming results were
announced by the second presenter after Isaak said that all results are in from all 121
constituencies which was highly questionable and austere. This presenter shortly thereafter
drew viewers attention to the screen showing statistics of more incoming results and
outstanding (pun intended) results of the one Kavango region stating that that region was
problematic which gave the impression that Swapo and the ECN was buying time to rig the
elections, as well as announcing that results were still outstanding in other regions and
constituencies. This presenter also eloquently and merrily stated that the results for Daures,
Aminius and Opuuwo may not be as promising as some may believe and that Swapo took the
majority of votes there. This was a critical time where vote rigging could have been possible
seeing that the final results did not correlate with the provisional results announced on NBC
Television which were posted by election officials on the ECN website and NBC social
forums as assured by the presenters and the results touch screens. It was also interesting that
Zemburuka gave false hope to small parties by stating that they may make it to Parliament
despite their low figures but which was not the case at all. Lastly, it was also remarkable to
note how the camera is redirected and results shown for fleeting moments where the
opposition fared well.
35.
The election coverage by NBC Television would have been for three days only as
planned and revealed by the reporters. It took almost a week till one day after the
announcement of the official result though. This seemed to be the consolidating phase (after
the official results were announced) of the NBC and Swapo. Is this what Swapo refers to as
consolidating peace, stability and prosperity? From the long and extensive discussions on

The Perils and Spoils of the EVMs The Death of Namibia

Red Elephant

television during this time as well as the multi-repeating of propagandist statements by

reporters, panellists, guests and presenters, one can only notice how fraud and lies were
combined, strengthened, affirmed and secured which are synonyms for consolidated using a
wide audience, experts, analysts, observers, leaders, commentators, reporters and the like.
This was the last stage to consolidate the entire election process.
Juri Viljoen A Most Brilliant (Unconvincing) Tool
36.
Juri Viljoen (white man) who was allegedly part of the parliamentary team that was
delegated to India to visit the EVM factory neglects to mention that he and the other
delegates were not software programme experts who had no technical knowledge and ignores
to mention whether the EVMs were tested for manipulation and rigging, but only talks about
dust and shatter-proofing testing of such EVMs (Nie bekommerd oor elektroniese stem
(letter); Republikein, 26 September 2014, Page 11). He mentions in his short letter that they
saw every possible part and how they (the parts) were subjected to rough physical tests as
well as how the EVMs work. No mention is given, however, on the testing of the software
programme in the ROM chip specifically, which is what this whole issue is about in addition
to the lack of a paper trail, the discard of some parts of the electoral act and the amendment of
the Namibian Constitution. Instead, his letter was rather subjective and opinionated and
seemed as though he was merely used to defend the use of the EVMs. He states that
Parliament which delegated them, neglected to report fully on this mission and its outcomes
probably because they saw the same loopholes in his views, as stated here. He seems to be
defensive in a projecting, politically distancing and finger-pointing preventive way which
leaves one with many questions. One can only wonders what interests he has to protect seeing
that he (?) gets mentioned in the article, Herman van Wyk: Sakeman, uitgewerk en
mensevriend ((Documentary); Republikein, 26 September 2014, Page 12). Viljoen is hereby
reminded of the law of GIGO which The Namibian supports through their statement in its
editorial: No expert will ever be able to convince anyone that there is a computer that
cannot fail... (Courts must defend democracy, 27 November 2014, Page 11). Juri Viljoens
word and assurance does not hold water, as a consequence. And just because the courts
dismissed the RDP and WRP cases, it does not mean that the public had no reason to doubt
the competence of the EVMs other than what Professor Paul Isaak fed the nation (Nation
gears for elections; The Namibian, 27 November 2014, Page 1), seeing that EVMs were not
tested in court to dispel all and any fears, suspicions, uncertainties and worries and solve
disputes for once and for all. A random selection of say 30 EVMs in a secure environment by
2 or 3 independent and applicant expert and technical testers for testing in court would have
done the trick, but which all parties neglected to request for. It should be reiterated that it was
not that we did not want EVMs we just did not want the Indian-made EVMs which were
not tested independently and looked and sounded rather low-grade, of which the nature of
their software programmes are not known by the Parliament, ECN, the parties and the
electorate; and they could not produce a paper trail for verification and auditing purposes.
How could they since the voters could not see their own physical result the moment they
voted and since party representatives and independent (including foreign) observers could not
see how the ballots were tallied during the counting process (Courts must defend democracy;

The Perils and Spoils of the EVMs The Death of Namibia

Red Elephant

The Namibian, 27 November 2014, Page 11); their unknown levels of immunity and security
against programmatic, manual and remote manipulation, and which were banned in other
countries because of these reasons (Courts must defend democracy (editorial); The Namibian,
27 November 2014, Page11). More creditable and credible or even modified and
independently well-tested EVMs would have been welcome. We thus agree with the editorial
above that the case cannot be simply dismissed as lacking merit. As August Maletzky said in
court: We dont want somebody in India who programmed these machines to decide our
future. (Notable Quotes; The Namibian, 27 November 2014, Page 4). Why were allegedly
rigged election votes cast in the past not recounted in court too to settle disputes more fairly,
objectively, evidently and concretely since courts are institutions where independent proof is
sought like King Salomon would have done in the Bible to whom disputes were brought for
fair judgment? There is thus no plausible reason to trust Parliament, the ECN, Swapo, the
Electoral Court, Judge Kobus Miller, the justice system of Namibia, the manufacturers of the
EVMs, the 30 or so Indian experts, IT technicians, independent expert who allegedly tested
the machines, Juri Viljoen, government, Paul Isaak, polling officials, senior election officials,
observers, the police, NBC reporters and presenters, those who provided their vehicles for
transport and even the EVMs themselves. Elections are about the credibility of the process
and the outcomes as stated in the editorial (Courts must defend democracy; Page 11). By the
opposition party voter figures it should now be abundantly clear that no-one knows exactly
how many followers parties have seeing as these machines contributed to the fact that many
stayed away from polls (28.01% to be exact down from 37% as calculated and based on NBC
provisional figures), Charles Namoloh as the 16th respondent is thus incorrect when he states
in the article above that the applicants had very few followers only. This is again another
proof of baseless Swapo mind play which they are notorious for. I suggest that he goes to
party offices and acquaint himself with (registered) membership figures as well as not to
forget that parties have to have a certain quota of followers in order to be registered with the
ECN. Money (wealth, power, status,
fame, envy and sex) is not everything. Swapo has an insatiable quest, love, enthusiasm, lust
and hunger for money as everyone knows by now without realising that the fall of great
leaders is through amassment of the three Gs (Gold (money), girls (sex and lust) and
greatness (pride, arrogance and envy). The Bible states that the love of money is the root of
all evil including lies, deception, murder, corruption, crime, torture, distortion, destruction,
exclusion, apartheid, racism, backstabbing, tribalism, oppression, rigging and theft values
and ideals Swapo has demonstrated to harbour over the years as far back as its formation. It is
sad and tragic especially considering how parliamentary debate standards have fallen at the
cost of the nation as reported on page 6 of this newspaper. Do also read the column, Edu
Oletu (Atusheni) (The Namibian, 27 November 2014, Page 16) and comment, Philosopher
kings versus philosopher presidents; (Pg B7). Johny Allen Hendrix (1942 1970 once said:
When the power of love overcomes power, then the world will know peace (Notable
Quotes; The Namibian, 27 November 2014, Page 4). The saddest of it all is that the electorate
will never know whether the vote is an affirmative one in favour of Swapo or a thoughtful
one in favour of the opposition or a protest vote against the powers of the day.

The Story behind the Story of Zambezi Region

37.
It became clear that the renaming of the Caprivi Region to Zambezi has been planned
a long time ago (Upper Zambezi Regional Development Initiative (Undated). Upper Zambezi
Regional Tourism Directory The complete guide to work and play in the Upper Zambezi
Region. UZAREDI: Harare). The Upper Zambezi incorporates Kasane in Botswana, Katima
Mulilo in Namibia, Livingstone in Zambia and Victoria falls in Zimbabwe. The publication
was sponsored by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, a German NGO active in the fields of
political, social and economic development, civic education and regional integration (they
forgot to mention, exploitation), in about 80 countries worldwide (Page 3).
38.
Due to the connotation of the name to Germany, Swapo had to get rid of it on the
request of the Germans to get rid of the legacy of their history in Namibia from whom they
receive ample foreign aid. Other things to follow were the renaming of Lderitz and
removal of the Reiterdenkmal but also construction of a monument for Swapo in Bremen in
Lderitz Street as if they were part of that history of Namibia. All was done in favour of the
Germans who wish not to compensate the aboriginal Khoisan of Namibia and the Ovaherero
for looting our land, genocide, rapes, incarcerating, starving, torturing, kidnapping of our
people, and exporting them as sex and work slaves and prisoners of war to Togo, the west
African slave coast and to far-off lands and many other horrific events such as many of our
people who eventually ended up in Belgian human zoos as tourist attractions. Swapo also
received the aid on condition that they would remove and destroy other evidence such as
mass graves, bones of the dead in the desert and on off-shore islands, other monuments and
names and items of historical importance such as monuments, museums, reading materials
and the like. In order to achieve this, Pohamba and Geingob were to succeed Nujoma to do
his dirty work on his behalf. The blue book was propaganda (Versailles Treaty in mind) but
that does not in reverse imply that its content is wrong. Thousands perished in the camps,
women were used as sex slaves or harnessed in front of ox wagons to move goods from the
Swakopmund harbour, human remains were taken, prisoners were sold as slave labourers to
companies, all land was expropriated, the Witboois, San and many Basters and Coloureds
were deported to Togo including women and children because they posed a 'security risk', all
documented in German sources. All happened after Von Trotha withdrew his 'extermination
order'. Research, personal journals, unmarked and marked graves, and ruins increasingly give
evidence of the genocide of Coloureds, Basters and San at many places in Namibia at the
hands of the Germans too, parts of history which were deliberately left out and distorted. The
accounts on the battles at Gari, Warmbad, Lderitz, Shark Island, Hamakari, Sam !khubis and
many others give witness of these exterminations. Only a few instances of extermination of
the Herero and Nama are cited by the Germans as well as the Swapo government, while these
families of people were killed in greater numbers in a number of skirmishes, prisons and
concentration camps virtually all over Namibia too. Examples are Shark Island, the Namib
Dessert (where remains lie strewn!), Waterberg, Hamakari, Okahandja, Windhoek,

Swakopmund, and others. The Germans had far more sophisticated weaponry and superior
warring skill, and technique as a result of training, exposure, experience and support from
others. Remember that the likes of Von Trotha and Von Francois fought in other battle fronts
elsewhere in the world before being dispatched to Namibia. Numbers are thus secondary
when it comes to considering just the types of weapons used to wage battles alone. How can
one ever compare spears, bow and arrows, stones and sticks with the superior weapons the
Germans had at their disposal? The German soldier envoys totalled about 4000 which were
way enough to achieve their targets considering their superior weaponry and the geographical
spread of our people. The facts speak for themselves and is not imaginary fabrication unlike
the distortions of the Germans, white Afrikaners and the Owambo. There were unnecessary
Khoisan and Herero deaths in Namibia on the land of our aboriginal Khoisan ancestors.
Those few Germans who died, died on our land and not theirs. They were invaders and so
disserved to die though their extermination would have been ideal. And still they live a lush
bountiful peaceful life in the land of our ancestry supported and protected by Swapo and
Nujoma while we go hungry.
39.
The Caprivi Region appeared first in alphabetical order as far as the names of regions
are concerned. This name had to be changed to occupy the last place in the alphabetical order
and preferably starting with the last letter of the alphabet which is Z, hence Zambezi. This
seems like a form of punishment. The almost same fate befell FCN and the Hans Diergaardt
who campaigned for their right to self-determination based on factual historical accounts.
40.
The word Zambezi is a non-Namibian name meaning Great River in Tonga, one of
the indigenous tribes of Zimbabwe. Its a shame that a region in Khoisan Namibia is renamed
after a word of a people bearing no historical connection with Namibia. Swapo must have
something sinister in the pipeline for this region, seeing that they easily sold island parts of
the region off to Botswana without effort in the past already. It has also come to light that
Swapo plans on giving the Zambezi region away to possibly Zambia and/or Zimbabwe and/or
Botswana some time in the future, that is if this strip of land has not been sold already.
41.
This region is also the one that gave Swapo many headaches in terms of the Caprivi
Saga and attempts of secession, the former Caprivian and DTA leader, Mushake Muuyongo,
whom they forced to flee and go in exile (we learnt sometime that he allegedly died
mysteriously in exile in similar fashion to the mysterious and unresolved deaths of wellknown figures such as the late Moses //Garoeb, Anton Lubowski, Carla Gertze and others),
and a call for a federal system of governance from some political quarters in Zambezi.
42.
Swapo also created a need to do away with the name Caprivi Region because it
reminded them of the secession saga in that the name of this region referred also to the
Caprivian people which gave the impression that it was the land of the Caprivians,
something which was undesirable to them. This is particularly important to notice
considering the fact the no region exists by the name of Owambo Region as well as the fact
of fears that the Caprivians would lay claim to the region in future with the international court
in terms of self-determination and independence, thus secession from the rest of Namibia.
This is thus prevented since the Caprivi has a vast resource base of wooden forest, wild

Red Elephant

animals and water which Swapo can use to sell off in tourism, forestry (timber),
conservancies, game parks and other economic activities concession bids.
43.
Closely connected to this is the gradual re-takeover of Namibia by Germans, the
Americans, Russia, British and Chinese whom all give aid to Namibia, their main television
news networks featured on NBC television and on One Africa (Deutsche Welle, CNN, RT,
BBC and CCTV); they all send their modern-day missionaries to Namibia right after
independence to pave the way to tighten their economic, military and political grip on
Namibia as a result of promises made to them by Swapo and Sam Nujoma years before
independence. The missionaries came this time in the form of German, English, Russian and
Chinese high school language teachers and tertiary level lecturers as part of cultural
programmes to subtly prepare the minds and hearts of Namibians and to make them receptive
to the ideals, aspirations, programmes, ideologies and policies of these nations of exploiting
our ancestral land and natural resources. Then came military support and training and
increasing aid, followed by re-settlement of families from those countries and securing
mining and land rights and other economic and political activities. They had also diplomatic
and cultural foreign missions established to establish permanent presence in Namibia.
44.
In order to accommodate Cuba, Angola and Brazil, they were afforded airtime on
private radio stations such as on Radio 99 where programmes in Portuguese and Spanish
were broadcast for some time. These languages together with French got also introduced
through the distance teaching centres of the two state-run universities (Polytechnic of
Namibia and University of Namibia) as well as programmes of some private colleges which
mushroomed in the capital and in the North. The Voice of America (VOA) and BBC also
broadcasted through these radio stations. Their missions and aims were thus three-prong
based on pre-colonial invasions: send missionaries to prepare the way through cultural
programmes (religious in the pre-colonial era), military support and training (military
invasions in the pre-colonial era) and lastly establishment of their families and businesses in
Namibia for reasons of economic, environmental (such as donating144 endangered and
threatened wildlife animals to Cuba, poaching by Chinese foreign nationals (Trade in illegal
animal products runs wild online; Republikein, 5 December 2014, Page 49) and
overexploitation and destruction of marine resources by countries such as Israel and Spain
(Diamante ingesleep by fosfaat-oorlog; Republikein, 5 December 2014, Page 1 and Book on
Jewish life in Namibia; Page 50)) and political exploitation (exactly the same as in the precolonial era).
45.
Cultural centres such as the Goethe Centre through the DAAD and NamibischDeutsche Stiftung, Friedrich Adenauer Stiftung, Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, all from Germany,
came, followed by the GIZ which operates on purely economic and political agendas. The
British established the British Council while the Americans set up the American Cultural
Centre and American Centre for Tertiary Studies as well as TUCSIN colleges. In the mean
time, Illuminatist organisations such as the Lions Club, Toast Masters, Freemasons and
Round Table got added to the pie to influence and brainwash the nation in very subtle ways.
The aid in the form of bursaries, study opportunities abroad, donor funding, free construction
of certain structures and infrastructure, livestock, doctors, engineers and other forms of aid

The Perils and Spoils of the EVMs The Death of Namibia

Red Elephant

had thus to come at a great price. Namibia thus got gradually and unseeingly sold to these
bidders piece by piece such that there is no land left for resettlement as most land was
earmarked for foreign concessions such as forestry, mining, fishing, tourism, and resettlement
of foreigners through government support and other activities. This is the reason why Swapo
finds itself in an embarrassing debacle where they can only diplomatically institute the
willing buyer willing seller policy especially involving so-called white Afrikaner
Dorslandtrekkers from Angola and South African settlers as their soft target so as not to
offend these nations as well as the Namibians. For this reason Swapo hurled strong
sentiments by means of hate speeches at the white Afrikaners as ordered by especially the
Germans who had a long history of warring with the white Afrikaners.
46.
Lastly, the great state-funded and supported influx of foreign nationals took off giving
rise to these foreigners having a stronghold in Namibian governmental and economic affairs
such as on the mining, fisheries, tourism, business and construction sectors. They then send
other missions such as the CDC and USAID (USA) through the US PEPFAR programme and
the US Peace Corps. Other African countries such as Nigeria, Angola and DRC followed suit
who provided their missionaries in the form of teachers, clergy and other professionals who
brought with them the religion of Islam to Namibia which is largely a Christian nation,
something which was not ideal for the ideals and aims of these countries. This led to Swapo
removing religious programmes from NBC Television and the subsequent separation of some
church denominations as recognised and accredited at the cost of especially the
independent church movement. In the mean time, the Australians and Dutch could not afford
to resist this lucrative country to whom mainly mining rights were given too. In order to
control and keep the Owambo pliable to whom Swapo is most indebted for votes, they threw
the Chinese expatriates and criminals at them to accommodate them in construction of huge
structures and infrastructure by giving them jobs and training, not reckoning with the ill
intent of the Chinese, the abuse of the locals and utter disrespect of the labour laws of the
country by them. All in all, these countries negatively influenced property (housing, cars and
land) prices through their South Africa banks such as Standard Bank, Nedbank and FNB
thereby causing urban, farming and rural land and house prices to inflate to impossible levels
such that no Namibian can afford them steadily as from independence till today. The end
result is informal dwellings and business to make ends meet.
47.
In order to maintain their grip on Namibia and its resources these countries supplied
military support and training such as naval training by Brazil, soldier training by the Germans
and military logistics by others. It was thus agreed and recommended that Namibia strengthen
its military prowess and power through NDF, NamPol, City Police, private security firms and
other metropolitan policing services, and through the National Youth Service which got
militarised as a bridge institution that would prepare recruits for uptake in the NDF and
police forces. This recommendation was given to prevent and curb possible national and
regional uprisings, clashes, riots and war seeing that Namibians and especially the aboriginal
Khoisan of Namibia have a long rich history of resistance and warring which always led to
the withdrawal and defeat of enemy forces in the end to the detriment of foreign plans and
ideals. And to even further strengthen this strategy, Swapo through Sam Nujoma, pushed for

The Perils and Spoils of the EVMs The Death of Namibia

Red Elephant

a regional military agenda involving what I coin as the African Mafia which is a club and
consortium of African first presidents to prevent, abate and curb national revolutions such as
in the case of the Caprivi Saga and Baster Self-determination Campaign; the recent youth and
nationwide teachers protests and any other that would take shape in future especially as
regional Khoisan awareness grew in recent times of their aboriginal first nation status and
earth rights which could lead to a potential Khoisan renaissance and revolution as the
aboriginal Khoisan is known to be a resilient tough non-defeatist people who resisted and
survived all and any invaders, attackers, illegal occupation and oppressors right from the first
African (Negroid, Bantu and Nguni) invasions up to the European invasions (Portugal
(Kaapkruis: Die lokstem van wit goud (documentary); Republikein, 17 October 2014, Page
12), Dutch, English and Germans), right through to the last white Afrikaner invasion and
illegal occupation of ancestral land (Mutorwa veroordeel Neckartal-betoging; Republikein, 5
December 2014, Page 3 and Vergadering Sondag om 4-uur (sms); Republikein, 5 December
2014, Page 12). As a start, the Swapo government simply refused to ratify international
conventions and treaties on indigenous people as a consequence. Moreover, Swapo was
recommended to prepare for widespread unification of the Khoisan of Southern Africa
(Khoisania), international condemnation of their illegal occupation of Namibia at the peril of
the aboriginal Khoisan, international support of the plight of the aboriginal Khoisan and
possible attack by foreign pro-Khoisan forces. This is very significant when one considers the
fact that Swapo and Namibia do not have enemies in the region and globally to substantiate
their increasingly inflated spending on military power and weapons.
48.
It should be clear without any doubt how satan has been strategising and restrategising the plunder and exploitation of the aboriginal Khoisan (Basters, Coloureds, Nama
and San) of Namibia through phallic Illuminatist organisations such as Swapo and in the past,
the DTA of Namibia, and I am not so sure, the RDP, should they ever get an opportunity to
rule Namibia. The DTAs latest request to Hage Geingob for better cooperation between the
opposition and ruling party in future make us edgy as it seems like they plan to cooperate
with Swapo on matters such as not recognising the status and earth rights of the aboriginal
Khoisan of Namibia. (Weghol-oorwinning; 2 December 2014, Page 1). This has forever been
a spiritual battle and masterminded strategy born in hell to subjugate, impoverish, disown,
dislocate, displace, oppress and alienate the aboriginal Khoisan through fear, intimidation,
silencing of them, ignorance, disunity, denial, segregation, apartheid, racism, debt, addiction
(brought about as a result of the tot system introduced by the Germans and so-called white
Afrikaners created to drive the aboriginal Khoisan into satanic strongholds. The tot system
(dopstelsel in Afrikaans/Kleur) was the systematic custom to provide a ransomed portion of
wine a few times a day to farm workers. Wine and drugs were used to control and keep them
pliable, subjugated, dependent and poor), manipulation and distortion, circumvention and
denial of history. Everyone out there in the international arena wanted and still wants a piece
of the Namibian and ancestral aboriginal Khoisan of Namibia pie from which they just take
and steal and take and steal and take and steal and take and steal and take and steal and take
and steal and take and steal and take and steal and take and steal and take and steal and take
and steal and take and steal and take and steal and take and steal and take and steal and after
taking more, they still wish to take and steal and take and steal and take and steal from us.
That is why it is of imperative life-saving self-preserving importance that not even one
aboriginal Khoisan and any other person who loves and supports Namibia and her peoples be
identified with this satanic organisation called Swapo, and to earnestly start to unite and form

The Perils and Spoils of the EVMs The Death of Namibia

Red Elephant

our very own political parties towards self-determination, independence and emancipation
from the said and other governmental, political, economic and military forces of the world to
which Swapo so smilingly adhere to. Swapo is their protg for reasons of cultural, military,
political, diplomatic and economic exploitation through which they wish to further expand
their empires. If the aboriginal Khoisan of Namibia and Namibians in general dont do this,
the only piece of land the vast majority of us will ever own is that little patch of land called
our graves when we are dead which will be removed and replaced for other purposes in later
years anyway.
49.
With a bitter taste in the national mouth and bitter feelings in the collective gut (pun
intended), we congratulate Swapo on their rigged victory, but most of all to the DTA of
Namibia and the opposition for their phenomenal achievement, progress and performance!
We congratulate all Namibians and the electorate with love and pride in our hearts for you
all. Special congratulations go towards the two aboriginal Khoisan-led political parties of
UPM and WRP who made it to Parliament. The New Namibian Revolution is begun. As
representatives of your peoples, you have the mandate and moral responsibility to fight for
the rights of the aboriginal Khoisan of Namibia and the rest of all Namibians for fair
recognition, treatment, inclusion and empowerment. Your victory is certain the next time. All
Khoisan are kindly urged to support these parties as well as other pro-Khoisan parties that
may follow in future. Finally, I would like to mention that my prediction and prophecy was
correct after all that Swapo would win but with lesser support by diehard fans. This will go
on till this party is completely erased from human memory by God Himself who saw the tears
and heard the cries and lamentations of the aboriginal Khoisan of Namibia for crimes against
them by Swapo and the world. Swapo and Nujoma is once again reminded God is still in
control of the universe, the world, Namibia, Namibians, the aboriginal Khoisan of Namibia,
Khoisania, Swapo and himself as so-called father of the nation. You are reminded that the
God, who instituted the sinful King Saul as king of Israel in the Old Testament, is also the
very same God who dethroned and replaced him with the moral King David. Let me refresh
your memory of how the mind of the eternal living omniscient, omnipotent and omnipresent
God works: When He appointed King Saul as ruler over the Israelites, He did it because the
man had huge potential, but unfortunately that same man fell in sin and failed the God who
instituted him as well as the nation of Israel. The same God who put him in power, removed
him from there because the man became a dictator and oppressor of the people of God and so
led the people of God to sin against God. God replaced him with a man of integrity who is
King David whom King Saul hated with all his heart, mind and might. He even tried to kill
King David, but God protected him wherever he went. The same way God delivered the
people from Namibia from the killing hands of previous dispensations such as the
Portuguese, Dutch, English and Germans by bringing a new ruler for us - the South Africans.
But they (white Afrikaner supremacists) sinned gravely against God and humanity too by
oppressing our peoples in ways unseen before. Then God send out Sam Nujoma and
protected him until he became ruler too. But what is happening now? Just a repetition of
history since he never removed apartheid but merely modified it to benefit his people alone,
forgetting, excluding, disempowering and impoverishing the rest of Namibia, especially the
aboriginal Khoisan races. Where is the justice in that? Now the people of Namibia are falling
in moral, social, economic, spiritual, emotional, psychological, political and legal decay and
sin. Judging from how God operates, what do you recon will happen next? If you were a real
Christian you would have regarded our needs as important, valuable and urgent too, but
which you're not doing. Instead you take every little opportunity and resources in the land for
yourselves and afterward call us liars, trouble-makers, haters and all those names you give to
the seeing, thinking and hearing. Go around the country and go see who are in control of all

The Perils and Spoils of the EVMs The Death of Namibia

Red Elephant

key sectors and institutions mostly your people, and who exactly live in abject poverty in
squalor conditions mostly the aboriginal Khoisan of Namibia. Also go around the country
and see with your own eyes who the richest people apart from the whites are. You don't fool
us and were not moved and will keep on speaking out against all this discrimination,
exclusion, oppression, economic, cultural and political genocide, emotional blackmail,
violations of our human rights and freedoms and the like against us. And we will continue to
cry out to God to send us a new saviour with integrity and justice in his or her heart for good,
this time from among our own ranks. The little your government did for our people we
appreciate but its nothing compared to what government does for your people. You take and
take and take and take and take and take... and we get poorer and poorer and poorer and
poorer and poorer and poorer... The new president is not Khoisan, but also of negroid origins.
Where are the descendants of the aboriginal Khoisan of Namibia in your holistic picture?
What are your plans for them? Where are you and where are we now? Lastly, we would like
to ask you what your plans are with broadcasting documentaries on the Zambezi Region and
interviewing strange foreigners on the past national elections? What mysterious surprises are
you planning behind closed doors? Of cause you know what we mean...
50.
It is moving and encouraging that our diligent work of educating and informing our
people on the ground, though greatly unnoticed and non-politically affiliated, did great
wonders thus far. God is slowly but surely making a way for the aboriginal Khoisan of
Namibia using Swapos very policies and systems whether they want it or not. He is slowly
but surely opening our eyes and ears. Swapos victory is not an overwhelming one indeed,
from the look of things. We may have only five to ten more years to go or even less... A last
reminder: We have been entrusted with a task much greater than our desires Noah
(movie; 2014).
Illuminism in the Greater Scheme of Things
51.
Definition and explanation of the Illuminati: As much as many dismiss this truth as
fantasy, conspiracy theory, stereotype and myth, an international secret society and body
known as the Illuminati exists that infiltrates and influences governments and organisations
through their agents (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Illuminati). It consists of various secret
societies that conspire and closely cooperate to control national and world affairs by
masterminding events and planting agents in governments and corporations to establish a
New World Order and gain further political, military and economic power and influence. Our
leaders, while in the Diaspora in exile, sat on the same tables, slept in the same beds, partied
in the same courts and parlours and had agreements to this day with these societies, selling
the very soul of Namibia in the process. Our country is being slowly killed by this
transnational organization and its agents, many of whom are Namibians and very ordinary
citizens too. This is perhaps the best tool by far Swapo has to their disposal to alienate the
nation from herself, her true identity and resources. The signs of their infiltration are virtually
EVERYWHERE. The Illuminati is just but one of many secret societies around the world
(http://listverse.com/2007/08/27/top-10-secret-societies/).

economic cronies which I refer to as the African Mafia. So powerful is its infiltration of
systems, they are observable to the well-trained and informed eye in governments, other
religious institutions, business, civil society organisations, the entertainment industry and
even in educational institutions, curricula and systems. Members are virtually everywhere
some of whom could be your very family. They range from prominent, powerful and rich
figures to the ordinary girl on the street. These are people who sold their soul to the devil and
the organisation in all respects and could be extremely dangerous and life-threatening if
threatened.
53.
There are common tell-tale signs that betray its presence, modus operandi and
operations which are kept well secret at all cost, even if it means the difference between life
and death. For this reason, members as protgs swear lifelong anonymous allegiance,
secrecy and loyalty, always putting the organisation above their own interests, but who are
generously protected and provided for by capitalist and political agents of the organisation.
Whoever dares to leave the organisation or betrays it or even discloses or exposes members,
operations and the like, is destined to die unless protected by God. Their system of espionage
and intelligence is highly organised, ordered and structured, thus one simply stands no chance
against them. Their stratagems and tactics to protect their agenda are as varied as there are
members, the main one being down-casting knowledge about them as mere theories of
conspiracy. Members constantly live in fear of losing their lives, wealth, power and fame, and
do more and more to keep the organisation content with their contributions towards ultimate
world rule as subjects of the coming anti-Christ (http://grailmessage.com/en/volume-one/theantichrist?gclid=CNeW3oWGzcICFQQOwwodOaUACw).
54.
Signs that give them away are: The Eye of Providence which is an eye in a pyramid;
their main logo and appearing on US dollar notes as a sign of their ultimate power over all
economies of the world (refer to Figure 2). For this reason, all other currencies are weighed in
value against the US dollar which is well-kept stable systematically, methodically and
deliberately by patrons and proponents of the society. Even the US dollar sign which has its
origins in the Portuguese peso (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dollar_sign), but of which the
notorious vertically stroked through letter s as in $, denotes the first letter of the name, satan,
as the head (Mammon), is symbolic of their presence the world over, the stroke possibly
reminding and signifying silence on their existence, presence, operations, modus operandi
and the first letter in the name, Lucifer. A double stroke () is merely an intensification of the

symbolic meaning, but also reminding of an erect penis as a symbol of power. It follows that
countries using the same symbol in their economic systems or those based on the same idea
have strong agent ties to this organisation such as (Euro), (British Pound) and (Yen and
Yuan) and others. In addition to this, smaller national organisations as affiliates have their
own logos and symbolic colours connecting them to the major symbolism in one or the other
way.
55.
Another major symbol of Illuminism is the obelisk which denotes the erect phallus of
Azazel engaging in sexual conduct with the Greek mythological god, Eros (god of erotic
love) and Aphrodite (goddess of erotic love, beauty, fertility, lust and the sea daughter of
Zeus and Dionne) (Van Eeden and Hammann; 1993) (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aphrodite)
as well as other mythical and idolatrous gods such as Ares and men in the skies (refer to
Figure 3). This symbol is observable virtually everywhere, from the site where the US
Whitehouse and Capital Buildings are situated, such that, interestingly enough, it forms a
triangle with the Whitehouse and the Capital Building in remembrance of the Eye of
Providence pyramid, to male genital-shaped structures such as the Womens Monument in
South Africa (refer to Figure 4) and many others around the world, including obelisks in
cemeteries, memorial places, churches and monuments such as the one at the Swapo-erected
Heroes Acre and German-erected one in the Zoo Park (refer to Figure 5) in Windhoek. The
Eifel Tower in Paris is one such structure in which the phallic design, triangular shape and
pyramidal design are well integrated, as one example in point (refer to Figure 6).
56.
Similarly, many structures, such as the Swapo-erected Cuito Cuanavale monument in
Angola (refer to Figure 7), exist around the world in triangular and pyramidal shapes, much
like the five-sided Pentagon (refer to Figure 8) which is modelled after the shape of the centre
of the five-pointed star of Azazel (refer to Figure 9). Around this structure, there are five
other ones at a distance, forming a five-pointed star as a whole, the five-pointed star being a
symbolic satanic seal as we all know by now (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pentagram). The
American national flag screams of this five-pointed star on which there are 50 stars in the
upper left corner representing all 50 lower states of the Union. Stars also feature on some
lower state flags (refer to Figures 10). This same five-point formation is traceable on the
official US presidential seal, on their currency notes and in many of the logos of Illuminatist
organisations. Could this be coincidence at all?
57.
Illuminist dogma is also strongly infused in even architecture of certain governmental
buildings particularly those of courts of law (refer to Figure 11) and around university
campuses (refer to Figure 12) around the world. There is a similarity about them all which is
quite striking (refer to Figure 13). In addition to this, these mostly famous buildings are
generally situated on hills overlooking cities and communities as a symbolic reminder of the
perceived elevation, superiority and power of the lord of the underworld. These designs and
ideas of elevation are borrowed from those of pagan, Roman and Greek cultures and religious
institutions.
58.
The burning torch such as the one characteristic of the Olympic Games and
Commonwealth Games is part of Illuminism symbolism too (refer to Figures 14). It

The Perils and Spoils of the EVMs The Death of Namibia

Red Elephant

represents victory, strength and power over other forces and nations of the world. The idea of
perceived freedom is strongly emphasised by this symbol too. These two meanings stand in
direct contrast to each other in that western victory and power also means conquering other
nations and annexing them in colonial and imperialist, and neo-colonial, capitalist and subimperialist forms of slavery and exploitation. Their victory, strength and power is the
victimisation, weakness and subjugation of others; their freedom being the bondage of other
nations. Lady Liberty, which is an image of the Greek mythological goddess, Aphrodite (Van
Eeden and Hammann; 1993) (refer to Figure 15) and Justitia, Roman goddess of justice (Van
Eeden and Hammann; 1993) with the scales and sword in both hands (refer to Figure 16),
have striking similarities with the statue of liberty in the US in terms of the spiky helio-crown
design on their heads and their attire (refer to Figure 17), is a perfect example of such
symbolism which is in reality heralding western and American dictatorship, power over and
subjugation of other nations. At the same time, the crown as co-symbol portrays imperialist
rule which is recognizable in many logos and national coat of arms, such as in the Scottish
coat of arms, pointing towards the extension of indirect imperial (sub-imperialist)
monarchical rule to all nations of the world. In Africa many nations and political parties
contain these symbols in their logos and coat of arms too, well-disguised and given different
meanings to what they actually stand for. The Swapo Mannetjie extending his fisted arm in
the air is reminding of the erect penis, while the torch on their earlier flag, is a promise of
sub-imperial rule over a nation marred by many imperialist, Asian and continental invasions,
take-overs, subjugation, exploitation and disempowerment. Even Namibias national flag
contains triangular shapes such as in many other flags of countries around the world. The
golden sun on Namibias national flag and the sun on the faces of her currency coins are
indicative of these helio-crowns and is in fact a symbol of imperial power as borrowed from
the Greek god of the sun and light, Helios (Eeden and Hammann; 1993) (refer to Figure 18).
As a result of promises made by Sam Nujoma, Namibias founding president, and his cohorts
to imperialist forces before independence behind closed doors, Namibia and her nation and
resources were in actual fact sold to these forces long before independence, reducing her to
actual property of imperial and satanic forces of the Occident (Europe, Cuba and America),
Orient (Russia, Japan, North Korea and China), Middle East (Israel) and South America
(Brazil), to name just but a few. In turn, he enjoys their constant protection, hospitality and
empowerment.
59.
As far as tertiary education institutions academic proceedings, rituals, credos cited,
music (which is in Latin), etiquette rehearsed, attire worn, titles bestowed and ceremonies are
concerned, these too are deeply entrenched in Illuminism (refer to Figure 19). Observe their
religious overtones and symbolism, and one will realise quickly what exactly is meant by at
a congregation of the University and the presiding chancellor or rector appearing as some
sort of high priest, their vice-chancellors, pro-vice-chancellors and faculty deans as
hierarchical priests in that order, and the graduates as their poor lowly subjects and
congregants. The entire business is religious-like.
60.
Equally, as most proponents of the theory of evolution are affiliated as members to
this allegiance, this deception is offered as a field of study in virtually all disciplines even

The Perils and Spoils of the EVMs The Death of Namibia

Red Elephant

though it has been proven time and again to be based on nothing else but speculation and lies.
This fallacy is used to indoctrinate young people on the principles of Illuminism, no wonder
even the smallest of kids are aware of the tenets of evolution nowadays
(http://henrymakow.com/2013/08/Darwinism-is-an-Illuminati-Scam.html).
61.
A very prominent symbol of Illuminism is chequered black and white floor designs in
government office buildings, businesses and homes of members much like the chequered
design of the flags at motor racing events such as the front stoep design of O Pensador
Restaurant in Windhoek close to the Railway Station, some of which are slightly changed in
colour and layout of tiles (refer to Figure 20). This concept is borrowed from the ying-yang
sign (refer to Figure 21) which depicts 50/50 good vs evil and how the two hemispheres or
poles, if you like, influence each other inevitably, blurring the line between good and evil and
subsequently marrying the two in a deceptively abominable fashion. The idea is that there is
good in evil and in all of us, and evil in good and in all of us, contradicting scripture where it
states that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23), directly stating
that we have no inherent goodness about us and are in dire need of salvation to attain such
goodness through Gods justification through the Blood of Jesus. This brings me to the point
of sacrifice in Illuminism.
62.
Sacrifice is central to this religion of self, first and foremost, family and possessions
and ones life in general. For this reason one is expected to make a pact with the organisation
and with satan indirectly and in some terms, even directly. Swearing allegiance, secrecy and
lifelong loyalty are thus vital in becoming sworn in as members. This sacrifice is sometimes
coupled with sacrificial rituals where animals, humans, sexuality and even babies and
foetuses are offered to Balak, an ancient pagan god (Zechariah, Old Testament, Bible) and
even eaten afterwards. Blood and the colour red are symbols by implication, where members
are expected to drink it and/or eat raw flesh in honour of this pagan god. Could there be any
relation between the names Balak and Barack? It therefore comes as no surprise when
members are expected and requested to kill and sacrifice even their own to demonstrate total
commitment.
63.
The main aim of the Illuminati is to infiltrate governments, civil society and
businesses, operating in and through their institutions, systems, policies and laws,
transforming these to pro-imperialist forces at which the Queen (the Crown) and the Pope
(Vatican) is at the realm of their existence. Note therefore the cross as a deceiving and
propagandist symbol of the Vatican and the Queen in their coat of arms! This cross also
appears on many European national flags and lower state flags of the US. But the ultimate
leader behind these two extremely powerful and wealthy famous world leaders is what some
refer to as the Black Pope which is Beelzebub, Satans second in command and angel of
darkness of war (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beelzebub). He is the primary driving force
behind the warmongering and thirst for blood for western nations to obtain power and control
over them. The Pope is rumoured to have direct and readily access to the Black Pope
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Pope).

The Perils and Spoils of the EVMs The Death of Namibia

Red Elephant

64.
One other symbol of Illuminism, is the lion. This symbol appears and features on
some national flags, German federal state flags, national coats of arms, and even on national
currencies around the world, as well as being infused in the logos of many international
conglomerates. The real meaning of this symbol is tragically interesting as it reminds of satan
prowling like a roaring lion to devour weaklings (1 Peter 5:8). Two other illuminist
animalistic symbols are those of the snake and dragon. These appear on some international
flags, currencies and in logos and coats of arms too. The snake and dragon represents satan
(Revelation 12:7). Two more symbols of Illuminism include the Greek braided leaves worn
on the head in the Roman era (http://www.ancient-symbols.com/greek_symbols.html); and
globe as featured in many UN and other logos and on some national flags.
65.
Slogans such as God save the Queen as part of the British national anthem, Soli
Deo Gloria which was on the face of pre-apartheid South African one-rand coins, the usual
God bless America of US presidents, and insignia, In God we trust on US dollar notes,
are just eye-blinding brain-washing of the masses. The gods mentioned here are the
Queen/King, Pope, Black Pope and satan who are revered as the ultimate rulers of mankind.
They might just as well read: God save the Pope, Soli Azazel Gloria, Satan bless
America and In Beelzebub we trust. Not everything is what they seem.
66.
There is also an interesting pattern and observation when it comes to non-verbal
symbolic signs such as the peace sign, vulgar sex sign where the thumb is inserted and
clamped between the index and middle fingers, the very vulgar middle finger and pointing
index finger denoting an erect penis, triangular sign made with both thumbs touching at the
tips to form the base and index fingers touching at the tips and raised to demonstrate a
triangle the way many international artists do on stage. It therefore comes as no surprise that
proponents maintain that the equilateral triangle is the most stable and strongest of all shapes
since all angles are the same and the forces and lengths of the sides equal to one another. The
origins of this triangle lies in the six-pointed Star of David as appearing on the Israeli national
flag which consists of two triangles, one being inverted and a mirror image of the other which
is upright. The six-pointed star is therefore also a prominent symbol of Illuminism,
particularly observable in satanism where it is borrowed from (refer to Figure 22). But
another shape which is symbolic of this religion is the circle as in the circle of life which is
also part and parcel of the ying-yang sign (refer to Figure 23). Proponents argue that the
circle is the most perfect shape since it has no beginning and end denoting that one life leads
to and supports the next as far as biodiversity and the food web, and reincarnation which is a
central believe of eastern religions such as Hinduism. The peace sign in which there is an
inverted crooked cross like a birds claw in a circle is a marriage of the cross, but inverted as
sign of utter disrespect to the Cross of Jesus, and in reference to the way Peter, a disciple of
Jesus, chose to die upside-down on a cross, and the Circle of Life. Together these two are
symbolic of peace, believers argue. The birds claw may very well be representing the eagle
of US and German national symbolism as an animal symbolising pride, power, far vision,
bravery, strength and wisdom, all of which are actually direct opposites or different in
meaning than peace; imitating God who is sometimes referred to as the Wise Eagle (Jeremiah

The Perils and Spoils of the EVMs The Death of Namibia

Red Elephant

48:40). This eagle symbolism as well as the crown mentioned earlier feature on the Namibian
coat of arms too. The horse and unicorn are other symbols of the Illuminati too.
67.
Still on the subject of non-verbal hand cues, the Eye of Providence and circle of life
and 666 is demonstrated by touching just the tips of the index and thumb while extending the
other three fingers in the air away from each other as in the OK or perfect sign in some
cultures. Here I would like to call to remembrance the fact that Toyota had this sign as a logo
in early years. The Eye of Providence is still noticeable in their new logo. At closer
inspection, one will notice how these symbols are subtly infused in the logos of a huge
number of international conglomerates with particular reference to those transnational
companies with red, white and blue colours in their logos such as the Pepsi logo. The world is
full of them.
68.
A final hand sign as symbol of the Illuminati, I will discuss, is that of the varied ways
of the demonstration of the goat head of Azazel at especially rock and heavy metal concerts
and events. Some fold the three middle fingers, just extending the thumb and pinkie away
from the other fingers either keeping the entire hand horizontally or vertically, changing the
meanings of such signs slightly with both positions. When the thumb is in the air, it may
denote the one is on top of things and opponents which is symbolised by the lower-situated
pinkie. When oscillated to and fro, from left to right, this sign may mean be careful, but
with sexual undertones. The two extended fingers denote the horns of Azazel while the rest of
the hand represents the head and the rest of the fingers, 666. There is a slight variation
between that sign and the one where also the index finger is extended through which the
pinkie and index finger represent the horns, the two folded fingers and hand, the head, and
the thumb, oneself and even Jesus or satan himself as the thumb is the strongest, most
dextrous and flexible of all fingers. Now raise the two folded fingers slightly and bend the
thumb to meet and touch each other at the tips and you have the perfect symbolisation of the
goat head, even in form! Note the Eye of Providence when the touching fingers are slightly
extended and the Circle of Life when they meet in a more perfect circle disguised in the logo
of Playboy (refer to Figure 24) It still has basically the same meaning when the thumb presses
down on the two fingers against the palm as if subduing something yet still obscure. The
same goes for the down-pressing of the pinkie and the ring finger when making the peace
sign. The more universal OK its right sign of the extended powerful upward thumb is
reminiscent of the erect penis but also of the number six of 666. It is also presiding over the
rest of the fingers showing ultimate rule of the antichrist and 666. There are many such other
symbols, but these are the most prominent and most-used ones.
69.
After considering all these very complex facts and how interrelated world religions,
systems and institutions, and sub-imperialist, capitalist and imperialist governance are, one
has no other choice but to agree with the Bible when it says that satan is indeed the overlord
and ruler of the world we live in (2 Corinthians 4:4), because he has his claws in all things,
institutions, systems, policies, governments, laws, business, events, the entertainment
industry and even the arts and the like. Satan is undeniably the ultimate master of disguise
and deception (2 Corinthians 11:14) and lord of evil dark principalities in the skies as

The Perils and Spoils of the EVMs The Death of Namibia

Red Elephant

scripture holds (Ephesians 6:12).We can thus never be part of the world (John 17:16 and
Romans 12:2
70.
An analysis of some anthems reveal their actual meaning and intent. If you do this,
the reader may see the underlying symbolism of Illuminism infused even in countries
national anthems and in areas not expected to occur at all. A common trend of symbolism
will soon be evident for the reader too.
71.
The Illuminati at work in Namibia: If one is a member to the Illuminati, you are an
agent a clone. It is as clear as day and night. And the funny thing of it all is that they exhibit
all behaviours knowingly and subconsciously. They are a typical subject of the chief
proponents - a project, in Namibia. Its very tragic that they do not realise it, because the
Illuminati is much more than just a social club, consisting of still more sub-social clubs of
people, around the world. It has evolved into a religious movement as a sect and cult. It is an
offshoot of satanism. The reality of the occult and this sect is recognised by the humanities
and social sciences such as psychology, sociology, social work, religion, psychiatry and
theology. It is therefore not very bright to wish to prove (or disprove) the existence of this
organization through empirical research simply because the natural sciences question
anything studied by the "soft Sciences" as well as the spiritual. It has however been proven to
be greatly involved in the political, military, social and economical issues of countries
through various sects, cults and social clubs such as the Rotary Club, Lion's Club, Toast
Masters, KKK, Nazis, Freemasonry and many many others. They are working in and with
churches (refer to Figure 89), the government, businesses, and even the music industry
through which they lure millions of followers and fans the world over. They swear allegiance
to the society and so sell their souls to the devil which is a reality too. The symbols of the
Illuminati are seen virtually everywhere in Namibia too.
72.
The Illuminati is no more just about ten rich, powerful and/or influential people ruling
the world. It has become the embodiment of human evil and is the highly organised global
sum-total of spiritual, political, military, social, economic and cultural forces and agents at
work through institutions, governments, systems, policies, methods, activities, networks,
organisations, clubs, powerful families and individuals. Its hierarchy is highly structured,
ordered, organised and planned: Evil spiritual supernatural world: Azazel (satan), Beelzebub,
arch demons, demons; The New World Order (NWO): UN, NATO, EU, IMF. World Bank,
Interpol, CIA, FBI, CDC, imperial nations, Dynasties, Muslim Brotherhood, Vatican, the
Pope, the British Queen and Crown, AU, SADC, most universities, ICC, etc.; Governments
of the world, most national policies and most ruling parties; Banks (refer to Figure 90),
transnational conglomerates and financial markets (stock exchanges); Organisations and
clubs: African Mafia, African First Presidents Club, Italian Mafia, Russian Mafia, terror
organisations, etc.; Systems: New Oppression, sub-imperialism, capitalism, communism,
democracy, anti-Christ, ungodly religions and world view, etc. Satan is indeed the ruler and
master of the world as the Bible teaches. He works his magic through the Namibian Dictator,
our rulers, Swapo, some opposition parties; many organisations, institutions, systems, laws
and individuals. His presence is virtually everywhere through his human agents - at home, in
our communities, in the business world, at church, at school, at work, at your local mall, on
street everywhere. They work unseen, secretively, determined, goal-directly, targeted and
quietly. You will not even know when one hits you in the face. But they are most effective
and efficient, extremely successful, powerful, influential, dangerous and prosperous. But by
their actions and fruit thereof, which invariably and inevitably come out, you will know them.
Their first and primary human driving force is their insatiable love for money and greed (1

The Perils and Spoils of the EVMs The Death of Namibia

Red Elephant

Timothy 6:10). They could be the most ordinary person as much as they are leaders,
managers, administrators and makers. They are constantly busy enlarging the territory,
kingdom and empire of satan without many even aware of doing so. But they are restless,
fearful and always vigilant and watching and capable of doing almost anything to reach their
goals and getting rid of obstacles and persons and organisations standing in their way or
exposing them. They hardly sleep good at night and know no real peace. Their love of money
is perpetually their final demise, death and doom which they regard greater than human life.
Many of them hate God and deny that he exists. There is no escape from them, but we are
freed from their power and stronghold by the Blood of Jesus alone Who came to destroy the
power of darkness, sin and death; set the captives free and give us life in abundance eternally
(John 10). Jesus has power and authority over the Illuminati. He is in ultimate control and
they know and fear that. He will judge all.
A Message to the Aboriginal Khoisan of Namibia
73.
To all aboriginal Khoisan (Basters, Coloureds, Nama and San) of Namibia wherever
you may be: Di probleem is 'n baie lang ingewikkelde een wat sy oorsprong in baie faktore

Dis mos ons eie medisyne of hoe?
Jy maak saak. Jy is goed
vir God soos jy is. Jy moet hier wees. God het jou hierdie land gegee. God gaan jou trane
afdroog en jou in jou eer en reg herstel. God gaan ook baie hard slaan. Hy is harseer en siek
in Sy hart en sat en sommer baie kwaad en teleurgesteld.
74.
Daai was
So s die Here.

Nou vra ek jou: watter rede
Jy ondersteun hul besighede, was
jou kar by hulle wasserye, koop by hul winkels, skeer of doen jou hare by hul salonne of
Net jou geld is goed en goed genoeg nie jy of jou kind of jou
vriend of jou esel nie.
1. Ekonomiese Bemagtiging
79.

Ons dring aan dat

(i)

(iii)

ons 50% ambagswerk tydens konstruksieprojekte in Namibi verkry;

voorgenome besighede;
vervolging en inmenging;

besighede mag besit nie;
(viii) plaaslike besighede hul sosiale verantwoordlikhede teenoor ons gemeenskappe
nakom;
in die Grondwet van Namibi en die Arbeidswet, (Wet 6 van 1992);

maak;
Ekonomiese Groei). Hierdie is regeringsbeleide wat voorheenverontregtes
ekonomies bemagtig deur hulle die nodige steun te bied;
(xiii) alle inheemse Khoisan kulturele and intellektuele kennis, vaardighede, items

mediese kursusse wanneer ons aansoeke rig;
(xv) ons studiebeurse, -lenings en hulp vir besighede bekom;
gemeenskappe vir ons kinders wat behoeftig is;

besig hou, opgerig word;
soos Dawid Bezuidenhout, Ella du Plessis, Andrew Kloppers, Eerwaarde N.C.
Christians, Ottilli Grete Abrahams (N Schimming), Dr. Kenneth Godfrey
Abrahams, L.J. Barnes, M.H. Greeff, Sharon van Rooyen, Liz Eehlers, Willem

Fredericks, Burton van Rooi, Oude Ram Afrikaner, Jager Afrikaner, Jan
Jonker Afrikaner, Klaas Afrikaner, Christiaan Afrikaner, Koningin Sofia,

en bekamp word;
versoening, stabiliteit en groei;

gestaak word;
(xxv) ons by besluite wat ons raak, aktief, positief en doelgerig betrek word;
Khoisan-gemeenskappe geloods word;
vergoedingsprogramme, -skemas en -projekte van die regering;

hoofbegunstigdes moet wees;
verdeling van ons gemeenskappe ten gevolge het, die hoof te bied;
op alle regeringsvlakke wat hulle belange beskerm en hulle verteenwoordig;
eienaars permanent bemaak word sonder enige verwyl of verbintenis;
herroep en geskraap word sonder enige voorwaardes according to the
Namibian Constitution which ensures the right of each person to enjoy,
practice, confess, uphold and promote their culture, language and tradition
(Kultuurgroep op Gibeon gestig; Republikein, 12 December 214, page 4);
gestuur; Republikein, 12 December 2014, Page 5).

betreders is.
Enige ander
Dit begin by
Dit gaan oral in Namibi so. Ons moet iets
maak. 25 jaar is t lank. Dinge sal net vererger as ons stil
is.

The Perils and Spoils of the EVMs The Death of Namibia

politieke veldtog of rasse-aanval is nie alhoewel dit politieke elemente bespreek.
In Conclusion
88.
As a final word, I wish the reader to imagine the following picture: Five to ten more
years of corruption, poverty, hunger, unemployment and low salaries, homelessness,
landlessness, disempowerment, displacement, dislocation, exclusion, lack of or minimal
development, skew distribution of resources, escalating crime and nationwide violence and
suicides, the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer, self-empowerment of fat cats and
elite and their family and friends; selling, looting and destruction of our land, resources and
nation; more lies, empty promises fulfilled, deception and negative brainwashing propaganda;
increased influx of foreigners such as the Chinese and Angolans at the cost of Namibians;
More tenders, mining, land allocation and business and investment opportunities to
foreigners; No or limited study bursaries/loans/grants and university enrolment to the nonraces; poor public service, maternal and infant deaths, dirty and smelly hospitals manned by
cockroaches, bats and mice (Maak die hospital tog reg (sms); Republikein, 12 December
2014, Page 13), empowerment and employment of only one race predominantly and
tenderpreneurship by the elite; increased and continued abuse of public resources such as
cars, the mass media and the like; inflated taxes and bombardment with many different forms
of tax (Namibi 29 plekke op in Paying Taxes-opname; Republikein, 5 December 2014,
Page 19), meagre old age pensions and disability grants; increased inflated water, fuel and
electricity fares; unaffordable housing, cars and land; prison, health care and police brutality
and violence; inflated legal (Dinge nie uitgewerk (sms); Republikein, 5 December 2014, Page
13 and Hou neseiers styf vas (letter); Page 13)), education, bank, loans and medical costs and
charges; greater exploitation and depletion of natural resources without you benefitting;
empowerment of Swapo veterans only; public mismanagement and misadministration;
manipulation and rigging of census figures and election results to benefit you not; hasty
passing of laws without consulting you; confiscation of your house, car, house items and
land; more distortion of our common history and removal and destruction of historic sites and
items; greater subjugation to fear, control, silence, ignorance, pliability and arrogance
through policies, institutions, systems, enactment of laws, and intimidation; more cancer
cases due to uranium mining activity at coastal areas; inflated food prices and increased
monopolising of food sector which leads to increased and unaffordable food prices; no
membership to medical and pension funds; abuse in the workplace; non-recognition of
traditional authorities; and long drawn-out court cases and unfair court judgements. Imagine a
bleak future for you and/or your child under the Swapo government which is a reality for the
greater majority of the poor masses, the aboriginal Khoisan of Namibia and non-races in
general. I hope you sleep well tonight. Thank you. Onthou: One Heart. One Vision. One
Khoisan.

A San sits on the lonely planes
He prays the sun would wash away the pains
The Himba rubs on more of red earth
from whence no fruit is come, there is no birth
You colour the land with pain and death
and give a child some crystal meth
You lay your fear on a rusted platter,
allow the fat to become still fatter
The land of Khoisans torn apart
They let the Nama, Baster live a fart
The Coloured, San have no more part
of fat and honey, milk and tart
The South is rich, but oh, so poor
The North will reap from Her for sure
The West and East must give up more,
so that the North will have an open door
Where is the sun, where is the rain?
Where is the justice in our pain?
You are forgot, you are the naught
The strangers king, he runs the fort

Come gather you, the sons of dust

Come nearer Khoisan sons, you must
The earth is Brown, the land Yellow
You must not bow, no-more follow
This is our land, this is our sand
Yet we deny and take not stand
to shed the dust and wipe the tears
and stand as one to face our fears
We are the rich, we are the poor,
but on the planes, there is no floor
The roofs they scream the silent dream
in tears and blood and sweat they stream
No more lies will we be fed,
nor shall we sleep on thorny bed
We dry our tears, open our mouth
and God will see the tears of South

Who disgraced the Khoi-man?

They sat with smoking pipes and expensive whiskeys in boardrooms overseas
Not discussing investments, assault rifles or the burning locations
Some dressed in Maoist suits relaxing in Chinese pagodas sipping rice-tea
Not mourning the deaths of brilliant school kids in non-white townships
They are the exiles enjoying the colonisers hospitality and grace
They could not stand the heat and sought the egotistical enemys shade
While leaving the untouchables to face the tyrants wrath
How can they fight the enemy while enjoying his abode?
So the true foe is now put on agenda; genocide is inaugurated
All conquests start with destruction of tongue and culture in cherished lands
This was done and the exiles now has to complete
For their gracious lodging was with this hidden aim
To complete the conquest by castrating natures man
He cannot be bought with foreign bling and conjured names
He is the Man of Men.powerfully unpretentious as God intended
Willing to die for the soil that his God has given him
But a man can only be a man with his manhood intact
So the lecture on indigenous destruction 101 began
The trust and love of God has made the Man of Men an indestructible force
For its known that God is faithful to those who regard Him as their forest
The instinct for provision for his family and clan has moulded a superior warrior
For the respect at the clans gate encourages his will to survive
The enfold of his family and his wifes embrace give him royal appeal

The sharing of communal pain and joy remains the kernel of his power
His harvest and his familys feast keep him close to his Creators heart
His lunar dance of joy and his faithful prayers keeps him under His wing
The Man of Men could only be conquered with an unstated war
So when you come to power see that the place of prayer becomes perplexed
So that his God can ignore his shouts of praise
Close his hunting ground and ensure that he finds no work
Then his family and clan might see his hurt and weight
Let the vine and drugs engulf his children and degrade his wife
They are his pride then watch his royalty evaporate
Lure the weak ones with gold and so destroy his collective sway
Never acknowledge him as Man of Men
So he will never know that he is the Man of God
And therefore custodian of His land
Encourage his divisions and perfect your marionette control
Thats enough time for us to extract his gold
You can live like us on the Khoi-mans land

If you are ashamed to stand by your colours, you had better seek another flag.

Symbolism
The red T-bar, viewed as an axe, symbolises ancient pre-historic San/goan and aboriginal
Khoisan blood that was spilled; lives, livestock and ancestral and cultural property lost; and

Red Elephant

loved ones taken away never to be seen again, from prehistoric and pre-colonial times to the
present, by the actions of Negroid, Nguni and Bantu invaders; European attackers, settlers
and colonialists, South African apartheid colonialists and settlers, and post-independence
neo-apartheid sub-imperialists and rulers, and their allies.
Red symbolises aboriginal Khoisan ancestral fatherland and its resources, living and nonliving. It represents our aboriginal status as the descendants of the original and first and only
indigene San|goan inhabitants of Namibia and Khoisania (Southern Africa) and symbolises
the unitary blood that runs from the ancient aboriginal Khoisan to and through the Baster,
Coloured, Khoe-khoen and San of Namibia.
The vertical red bar symbolises the single most and greatest oppression an aboriginal
people ever suffered at the cruel hands of others in a top-down manner in history. It
symbolises the wailing blood of our ancestors and the dead crying out from within the earth
and history for justice towards the heavens and humanity. Their blood, sweat and tears are
our peace and freedom. It symbolises the will, pride and fortitude of the aboriginal Khoisan
who survived all forces, physical, spiritual, social and cultural, through the ages.

The horizontal red bar symbolises the longest and most intense genocide of an aboriginal
people at the hands of many invading nations, races, tribes and tongues ever. This aboriginal
Khoisan genocide starts with the invasions in the vertical bar, coming to a definite end for the
restoration of the aboriginal Khoisan of Namibia in the horizontal bar at the right end. This
genocide is physical, cultural, historical, spiritual, psychological, emotional, moral,
economic, legal, political, military and social. The red horizontal bar also symbolises our
openness, humility, philanthropy, superior intelligence, ingenuity, origins, history, cultures,
unity and vision that render us unique and special among the nations of the world. It
represents the Namibian aboriginal Khoisan struggle, longsuffering, perseverance,
contributions, will to survive and live, resilience and hard work towards Namibias freedom,
development, independence and prosperity for all.
The top white bar symbolises peace, freedom, innocence, abundance, stability and unity
the aboriginal Khoisan of Namibia enjoyed before the invasions. The bottom white bar
symbolises our newly regained unity, hope for a brighter future, truth about us and our
history as God permits, as well as the justice, redress and restoration that is due to the
aboriginal Khoisan of Namibia and birthed by God, truth, the present and posterity. It
represents the children and the future generations of the aboriginal Khoisan of Namibia,
peace, rest, joy and prosperity the aboriginal Khoisan of Namibia return to and inherit for
eternity, as well as freedom from slavery, deceit, thievery, pillaging, exclusion and
oppression by invaders, foreigners and strangers.
The four stars represent the four descendant major families of the ancient Southern
African aboriginal Khoisan, namely the Baster, Coloured, Khoe-khoen and San of Namibia.
Their suspension symbolises our unquestionable superior status as the only and true indigene
people of Namibia and the desire and character of our people to be free, prosperous and

elevated and to remain so. They represent the Southern Cross as a beacon of knowledge, hope
and direction which overlooks Khoisania (Southern Africa) which reminds us of God who
watches over the aboriginal Khoisan of Namibia and Who remained faithful and true to them.
The shape of the four-point stars symbolises the influences impacting the four families from
the four corners of the earth. Yellow-golden-brown represents the wide spectrum of varied
complexions and their origins within the aboriginal Khoisan of Namibia. The close proximity
of the four stars symbolises aboriginal Khoisan unity, closeness and vision to reunite the
aboriginal Khoisan of Southern Africa in the foundations of peace and love as symbolised by
the white background; yet recognises the cultural, genetic and historical distinctions among
the four families. The colour of the stars and the stars themselves symbolise truthful victory,
power and restorative justice for all of aboriginal Khoisan of Namibia and Khoisania.
The flag as a unit represents the aboriginal Khoisan people of Namibia as one family on
ancestral land. One Heart. One Vision. One Khoisan.
