Candidates have to make a DD for Rs. 1000 which includes
St. Johns PG medical entrance exam application form fees
and entrance exam fees for one subject.
Entrance exam fee for more than one subject: Rs.
700/subject.

submit the form without additional payment in case if
he/she applies for one subject.
Entrance test fee for one subject: Rs. 700.
