The best thing they do monthly to give the trainees reward during they study and it is
from the company which contract with the trainees and the company give prams to the
trainees to give him more reward when he graduate and he will start working for the
company, but if any trainees doesnt following the law of company for example, when
the trainee graduate and he decide to change the company which contract with the
company will spend money to open the contract, but no one did it because it is good for
the trainees.
The government spend much money to improve the Sehai and the government so
serious to graduate the trainees

for the trainees because the forge trainer has more experience then Saudis trainer.

The Japanese trainers have made the curriculum and design the institute also they have made
some roles and some penalties for the trainees, and they design the laboratories and technical
workshops, so they seem so perfect for the trainees, therefore they identify the equipment and
device and laboratories who work on the trainees. In addition, the technical support had been
provided by Japanese working group, as well as the institute provides training for their trainers
