All the operations shown as follows must be done with the injector rail
NOT installed on the vehicle

The Injectors Rail is high-tech device built with high precision components and in
normal conditions/use does not need any maintenance. Nevertheless particular
working conditions (like dirty or contaminated fuel, dirty filter or even absence of a
filter) may require some maintenance, made by trained personnel. We underline in
particular the importance of a very clean working station, in order to avoid small
parts to enter the Rail (this may cause defects).
It is highly forbidden to use chemical products or solvent to clean the internal parts
of the Rail.

Before starting cleaning the
components, it is primarily
necessary to clean the internal
and the ducts of the rails and, by
compressed air, remove any oily
sediment or foreign bodies.
Carefully clean the parts by using
absorbing and non-abrasive
materials and afterwards by
compressed air.

Insert the valve holder,
together with the moving
electromagnetic unit and
the spring, into its housing
on the rail body.
The same sequences, as
from pictures 8 to 13, have
to be repeated for every
single injector.

Please note:
It is extremely important to
take care of tightening, in order
to correctly keep the right and
proper distance between the
valve and the housing.
