BE
Nota:
principal y tambin verbo auxiliar.
valor permanente
I am a man.
PAGE
6 / 25
Soy hombre.
valor temporal
I am tired.
Estoy cansado.
She is a girl.
We are Bolivian.
She is happy.
We are in Bolivia.
Estamos en Bolivia.
(maana podramos estar
en Per)
She is happy.
It is cold in winter.

(ojal fuera siempre as)
El caf est caliente.
(podras quemarte espera

Tengo calor. Me hace calor
Pablo tiene / siente calor.

(ten cuidado al agarrarlo)
Brr. El agua est fra.

I am old.
The River Nile is long.
Soy viej@.
El Ri Nilo es largo.
There is a book.
There are many students.
Hay un libro.
Hay muchos estudiantes.
Physics is interesting.
The sun is hot.
Ice is cold.
Nota: Como has visto, BE no solo se traduce por SER / ESTAR.
siguientes ejemplos:
There is a pen.
There was a pen
There will be a party.
There should be time.
Hay un bolgrafo.
Haba un bolgrafo.
Habr una fiesta.
Debera haber tiempo.
Is there a party?
Hay una fiesta?
There is not a single PC No hay una sola PC.

"poder"
"deber" (obligacin)
could
Must
may
should / ought to
shall
will
would
can
might
INFINITIVO.
Pueden usarse solos en RESPUESTAS CORTAS.
Por ejemplo: Can you help me? Yes, I can.
Would you like to go? Yes, we would.
I can Can I?
They could work.
We will help you.

ejemplo, shall we go dancing? o Shall we dance? equivale a decir vamos a bailar? bailamos?

Computer programs are tested carefully.
