Responsible for entire product development, creative development, packaging development,
and entire Brand Building activity for East , North East India and Nepal.
Managing entire Marketing Activity for entire product portfolio (worth 12 Cr. Plus) in all the
active geographic location viz. Bengal, Orissa, Jharkhand, North East & Nepal.
Effectively develop and manage Agency & Vendors for creative work, printing, publicity and
media planning.
Planning and executing, annual budget of 2Cr +, which include both ATL & BTL activities.
Develop and execute cost effective ways of BTL Activity which are more than 40% cost effective
then the prevailing market rates their by restrict the marketing cost by 64%.
