Bus Pass Management Application

The client APSRTC is providing Buss Passes for wide range of
commuters from Students to Employees, Professionals to
Workers. And providing concessional Bus Pass to Girl Students,
Senior Citizens and various citizens.
Due to the increase of customers for Bus Passes and lack of
sufficient issuing personnel, the client wants to innovate an
application which smartly manages Bus Passes without losing
business.
The client now involves manual process for Issuing and
Renewal of Bus Passes keeping records of the commuters / bus
pass holders that registers / renewal of bus passes, and
Accordingly updates client about the bus pass rules for the new
registration or renewal applied.
This process is manual/time consuming and has went wrong
sometimes causing loss of business & trust.
Provide a Web Application which allows commuters to apply for
new bus pass or renewal of bus pass through online.
Aspects include information about various commuters registered
for bus pass or renewal for bus pass area wise.
The application could also provide management analysis and
reports.
The site could also provide visitor feedback or submit a
suggestion for improvement.
