Wall Cladding Work:Preparing of shop drawings , supply and installation of SMP colour coated (blue etc) galvalume (Licencee
make) trapezoidal profile sheeting in its place with screw less profile (reverse profile), minimum 41 mm high crest depth placed @
215-230 mm c/c , manufactured out of 0.55 mm (TCT) hi-tensile Galvalume steel (AZ-150 gsm) , Aluminum- Zinc alloy metallic
coating total on both sides as per ASTM-792 A / AS: 1397, min. 550 MPa yield stress). Exterior coat of SMP (Silicon Modified
Polyester), 20 micron top coat applied over 5 micron primer and a 5 micron polyester back coat applied over 5 microns primer as per
IS: 14246. The sheet shall have wide pans with 2 small stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/female ends for
purlin spacing @1.5mtr. c/c. The cost includes all labour and T & P for any height required for proper completion of work as per
direction of Engineer I/C. Height upto 22 m. sheet to be fixed over high tensile cold rolled formed purlins provided by the contractor
which will be paid under separate item.

Roofing Work: Supplying and laying of bare Zincalume / Galvalume (Licencee make) vertical standing seam roofing system ,
including preparing of shop drawings ( taking into consideration the existing site situation), roof system comprising of Standing seam
profile on-site rolled formed from 0.55 mm thick (TCT), Zinc-Aluminum alloy coated steel roofing sheets as per AS: 1397, with
seam lock screw less system having trapezoidal profile with minimum 50-60mm profile depth and minimum 450-500 mm as covered
width. Side lap is to be seamed further with full 360 degree double lock system using electric portable seamer at site. Sheet to be
fixed using concealed clips made of special GI Steel base and stainless steel tab which allows adequate movement of roof in either
direction upto 20 mm+- The base of panel to have horizontal stiffening ribs throughout the length. Steel should be of minimum 550
MPa grade yield stress with minimum Az-150 as coating mass (Total of Both Side). concealed GI clip to be fixed to structural
purlin by the means of stainless steel fasteners grade 304 ( hilti make ) , including all materials, labour, tools, plants etc. complete in
all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Roofing system to be fixed using under deck insulation of 32 kg/M3 density,
50mm thick glass insulation with Tyvek Solid membrane (of Dupont make), insulation to be supported by 1.6mm thick galvanized(
90 gsm zinc coating) welded wiremesh of dia 50X50mm. The contractor shall get the drawing approved before starting the work.
Height upto 22 m. complete as per specifications

Flashing/Ridges :Preparation of shop drawings , supply and installation of flashing and ridges , fabricated from 0.60 mm (TCT)
SMP coated galvalume plain sheet with same basic material as per item no. 1.00 ( wall cladding), including cutting to shape and
size as required including necessary sealants (silicon sealants / butyl sealants for transverse laps, buffer block ) as per the site
requirements in girth upto 610 mm, including all materials, labour, tools & Tackles etc. complete in all respect as per the direction
of Engineer-in-charge. The contractor shall get the drawing approved before starting the work.

Skylight ( polycarbonate sheets ) : Supply and installation of 2 mm thick clear embossed polycarbonate sheet (sabic india
make ) (polycarbonate profile to match with standing seam profile with side laps to be clamped with bare galvalume sheets of
0.55mm (tct) , which can be further seamed with metal roof sheets. Product required is clear embossed with both sides UV
stabilizer, having at least 60-80 % transparency, conforming to the relevant IS Code including cutting to shape and size as required
including necessary sealants (silicon sealants / butyl sealants for transverse laps). Including all materials, tools & tackles, labour etc.
required for completing the work in all respect as per direction of engineer in-charge.

Rain Water Gutter: Supply & Installation of leak proof rain water Gutter fabricated out of plain sheet with Pre-painted Galvalume
Steel Sheet in 1 mm (TCT) thickness with 2mm thick FRP coating on all joints min 300mm overlap of girth. Cost includes proper
supporting structure and necessary arrangement for maintaining slope Complete as per manufacturers specification. Water
discharge calculation to be provided by contactor before procurement of material at site

air to pass through but blocks rain water and heavy dust & insect net to be provided complete as per specification. Louvers to be
designed & manufactured in such manner to be fixed both vertically and horizontally and at roof ridges as per site requirement

Cold formed purlins :- Supply and installation of 2.5mm thick , high tensile , 440 mpa , cold formed purlins rolled formed from
hr steel as per IS : 513 , in depth as per design requirement. ( design calculation to be provided by contractor ). Cost includes nut ,
bolts , cleats , sag rod , 2 coat of primer , scaffolding complete as per technical requirement .

aluminum alloy, designed to meet AS-2428.1.1993 to wind speed of 200Km/hr and to the entry of wind driven rain at a range of 2.5
L/sec. Under cyclone condition. Roof vents to be fixed on standing seam profile with engineering detail to be designed to make total
system as leak proof and to the satisfaction of engineers in-charge
