Role Business Analyst / PMO

Specialisation Marketing
Support leaders in RFP and client engagement
Help practice in making collaterals and client presentation
Helping in lead generation
Delivery and personal billing
Collaborate with associates across the practice and organization to improve associate delight
Research clients
Competitive analysis to support sales/product managers
Create collaterals to capture client requirements accurately
Able to present for customer demos, presentations
Work with internal team to gather information about competition, anlayze it, review current positioning, obtain
feedback and support sales force with collateral, demos, presentations, POCs, client artifacts
The candidate would play a significant role to provide Business Consulting to internal / external clients and support
acquisition of new business along with Sales/Presales & Delivery teams.
Self-starter who can work independently, displays initiative and is a problem solver
Highly assertive, strong orientation to statistical analysis, good team player & willingness to lead teams not
reporting into him/her.
Ability to front end and interact with clients and effective stakeholder management
High Influencing & consultative skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Presenting data, sharing analysis and getting concurrence from stakeholders
Facilitating sessions and meetings
Willingness & quick to learn service line processes and operations
Support Sales/Presales teams in responding to RFPs/RFI or proactive pitching business capabilities to potential
clients
Presenting internal capabilities to potential clients during business development /client visits
Participate in Due Diligence/Scoping studies to assess new business feasibility exercises along with
domain/functional experts in a consultative approach
Mapping Business Processes, Identification of process gaps / opportunity areas and recommending best in class
solutions to stakeholders.
Identify and lead /participate in Transformation Projects within respective domain.
Research, identify and collaborate with internal teams / vendors on new technologies / business solutions that will
aid in enhancing existing business delivery and also in acquisition of new business
Study current internal businesses processes and suggest improvement areas/to be processes in line with the best
in the industry practices across different functions
Ensuring replication of business solutions & best practices across businesses
Build and enrich business excellence framework and capabilities & publish white papers and case studies
Provide trainings across business units on expertise/skills as acquired and Mentor process improvement projects
using business excellence framework.
