the mamelones developmental grooves are linear
depressions representing the complete union or fusion
of the lobes

Lingual:

Concave in middle 1/3 which represent lingual fossa
Linear elevation found on the lingual incisal 1/3 of

Convex cervically which represent cingulum linear
elevation found on the lingual aspect of all anterior teeth
located on the cervical 1/3 of the tooth.
Cervical: curves incisally (Mesial is always more curved than
distal)
Root Outline
The outline are nearly straight from the cervical line to the
middle 1/3 then tapered to a pointed apex
The crown have smooth and convex proximal surfaces
Mesial contact area is in the centre of incisal 1/3
Distal contact area is in the junction of middle and
incisal 1/3
The Root is smooth but have longitudinal developmental
depressions which is deeper distally than mesially.
