The Parks and Recreation Division will make
improvements to the day-use area and boating

configuration will improve circulation onsite which will
improve capacity and safety for both vehicles and
pedestrians. A vault toilet will also be constructed as
part of this project to accomodate users of the new
boat ramp. This will reduce the crowded conditions at
the adjacent bath house which is currently shared by
boaters, swimmers and picnickers. This project will
implement the first phase of the 2011 Master Plan for
this day-use area and boating access site.
Vault toilet, paved parking improvements and
canoe/kayak rack will be installed at this popular
