ACKNOWLEDGEMENT As recommended by the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University,

the students of BJMC were supposed to undergo internship in Print Media for one
month. I, Anurag Juneja of BJMC-III , student of Trinity Institute of Professio
nal Studies, had taken one months training in DAINIK BHASKAR. The purpose of doin
g internship in the print media was to experience the media industry. I would li
ke to thank my institute , our director Dr.MB Pahari.

I, Sonal of TIPS persuaded by Summer Training Report submitted from the degree o
f (BJMC) of G.G.S.I.P.U, the Kashmiri Gate. I would heartily thanks to Punjab Ke
seri for providing the environment and facilities for completing the internship
in a successful way and on time. We are also thankful to the staff members of th
e organization and all my colleagues for their cooperation and help from time to
time. I express my gratitude to Mr. Naresh Chauhan (senior reporter) for having
given us an opportunity to complete the summer training .

ORGANIZATION
The organization is working under the guidance of great visionaries like Mr. D.P
Aggarwal (Retd.) , Delhi Administration , Mr. Kumar, Mr. Goyal and many great f
riends. This organization is a result of great Endeavour and efforts of Sh. Goya
l and his friends. They are working in this spiritual field for the last 15 year
s. They have been serving people from all walks of life by solving their physica
l, mental, spiritual and emotional problems. The main aim of the organization is
to impart training and create awareness about the human resource development.

ABOUT SUPERVISOR
My supervisors name is Mr. Naresh Chauhan. He is a senior reporter in Punjab Kese
ri. He is so much talented and experienced reporter. His contact number is 98182
14075. He likes political beat . He covers many political issues. He has good co
mmand in Hindi language.

TRAINING DEPARTMENT
In this department , I worked under Naresh chauhan (senior reporter). The work d
one here is primarily for the Punjab Kesri main newspaper consisting of fifteen
pages. I got great exposure while working in this department. Here we used to do
work on Photoshop like cropping of images , giving shapes to pictures. I also g
ot a chance to work on Corel draw. The pages of main newspaper were designed in
Quark x press.

MODE OF TRAINING
We were given training in Punjab kesri . We were given assignment for rewriting
the 2 stories in Hindi. We were also given assignment names of 10 advertising ag
encies. We were also given assignment for few lines on global warming in Hindi.

CONCLUSION
Punjab Kesri is a brand name and every budding journalist feel very proud to be
a part of this esteemed organization. As I got a chance to be a part of this org
anization, I got very good exposure of the industry. Now I can go in the outer w
orld and can question to the strangers, to know how to report a event. Today I c
an design a page keeping in mind the readers prospective, that he/she will get o
n seeing the page. The complete staff of Punjab Keseri was very supportive throu
ghout my training. They sent me too many places for reporting.
