Questions for Survey on ERP software

Dear Sir/Madam,
You are invited to participate in our survey on Perception on Business Software Selection, using software and potentiality of
software - by [AIMS] Advanced Information Management Solution Bangladesh Ltd. - Concern Institute of

DreamApps.

In this survey, we try to find out the problem faced before selecting the MRP/ERP software for your company, know the
difficulties after purchase the software and its Potentiality. The questionnaire consists of five main parts: Information about
your company, perceptions before selecting and after purchase the MRP/ERP software and perception on potentiality of the
software.
It is very important for us to learn your opinions. In return, we would send a copy of our completed research report to your
company which enables your company to benchmark your process. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and your
information will be coded and will remain confidential. Any data presented in the thesis will be in aggregate form and it will not

Management etc from anywhere at any time without any

5.1 Analysis of data


For analysis of data Ms Word, Ms Excel has been used. Parametric and non- parametric
statistical tools like as- standard Deviation, mean, Z test etc will be used to derive a
meaningful conclusion from the empirical data. In addition, basic statistical techniques of
different measures of central tendency have been used in analyzing the data.

5.2 Hypothesis Development


With a view to fulfilling the objective some relevant hypothesis have been
formulated for this study1. HA: There was unavailability of brushier, handbook/ guidebook on this subject to
assist people to select MRP/ERP software.
2. HA: Lack of knowledge about MRP/ERP system is the problem to compare and decide
the appropriate software.
3. HA: There have no established criteria on selecting MRP/ERP system.
4. HA: The capital investment required for the desired software was/is not affordable.
