Responsibility / Dutys
1. Collecting the information related with location, beneficiaries mainly who required and potential to
project development.
2. Collecting and coordinated the baseline of data or field data concerning living or subsistence
source, crop / livestock, factor of production, marketing, farm ownership (base and periodic),
participatory evaluation and monitoring, etc
3. Applying the Participative Technological Development process to the beneficiaries through
Participatory Rural Appraisal step, problem analyzed and develops demonstration plots in the
form of demonstration plots.
4. Facilitating the establishment of farmer group / community self-help group in project location.
5. Facilitating the development and executing the livelihoods diversification in sectors like
agriculture, marketing system in village and also beneficiaries involvement in sustainable
development.
6. Giving the extension, technical tuition and training to the beneficiaries.
7. Coordinating and reporting the project implementation issues to the Technical Program Officer to
execute appropriate the action on time.
8. Coordinating the project implementation with other potential stakeholders like NGO and
government facilitator.
