Dubai Municipality Portal Company Administrator Registration Process

The Dubai Municipality portal provides businesses within Dubai with access to a number of
important transactional services. As per the policy of Dubai Municipality, each user within each
company (or business) will be allocated with a unique user id and password to access the Dubai
Municipality online e-Services.
In order to protect the security and integrity of all online transactions, it is essential for Dubai
Municipality to authenticate and authorize the use of e-Services as per specific procedures.
Businesses wishing to interact on-line with Dubai Municipality need to complete the following
steps or procedures:
1. Register your company using the online company registration options (Click on Register Now
on the DM Portal and follow instructions)
2. Select one employee from your company to act as the administrator for all DM e-Services
within your company. This administrator will be responsible for:

Registering other users within your company;

Assigning which options/services each user within your company can have access to;
Maintaining your company profile and business user profiles;
Changing user access when employees leave your company.

As outlined above, the company administrator profile essentially manages all user profiles for
your company and as such, Dubai Municipality needs to authenticate the company administrator
information manually before allocating a user id and password to the company administrator.
Once you have submitted the on -line registration request for the registration of your company
and the company administrator through the Dubai Municipality (DM) Portal (www.dm.gov.ae), you
will need to bring specific documents as outlined below.
The company administrator will need to complete and submit the attached form (in
person) to the e-Government Services Counter (Ground Floor, near the Customer
Services Center, Dubai Municipality Head Office, Deira, Dubai) in order to complete your
registration process. This form needs to be completed within 1 days of submitting the online registration request. Please complete this form only if you are a business concern applying
to register your Company with the DM Portal. If you intend to register as a Citizen or public user
then you do not need to submit this form.
For company registration please complete the information required in the spaces provided on the
following page. Please ensure that the form is signed by the owner of your company or an
authorized signatory and affix the company stamp in the specified space before bringing
the form along with the required attachments to the e-Government Services Counter in
Dubai Municipality.

The nominated Administration User must submit the form together with the following required
supporting documents:

Copy of trade license

Completed company administrator registration form (provided below). Please note that
this form must be signed by either the legal owner of the company or an authorized
signatory. In case the form is not signed by the owner, the company administrator must
bring a copy of the Power of Attorney authorizing the signatory to sign on behalf of the
owner.

After receiving this form and the required documents, the DM Portal security team will verify the
details provided in both the on -line registration form and this form to approve/reject the
registration of your company and the nominated Company Administrator.
The verification and final approval process typically takes one working days from the date of
receiving this form at the Dubai Municipality e-Government Services Counter. Once the
registration request is approved, the company administrator will be notified through a
confirmation email with a user id and the system-generated password. It is essential that the
company administrator user id and password are not shared with any other person within the
company.
Once you receive your user name and password, you can log on to DM Portal using your user
name and password. You should change your password within 24 hours of receiving the system
generated password.

Municipality portal (www.dm.gov.ae) for:
