1. All rated loads hove been tested to and meet minimum requirements
at SAE J1 063 OCT80 - Cantilevered 800m Crone Structures - Method
of Test, and do not exceed 85% of the tipping load on outriggers
(75% at the tipping load on rubber) as determined by SAE J765
OCT80 Crane Stability Test Code.
2. This chart is intended as a guide only. The individual crane's load
chart operating instructions and other instruction plates give details of
iIle conditions under which ths crane may be operated safely. ALL OF
rriESE INSTRUCTIONS MUST 8E READ AND UNDERSTOOD PRIOR TO
OPERATING THE CRANE.
3. Capacities given do nat include the weight at hoakblocks. slings.
auxiliary Iilling equipment and load handling devices. Their weights
MUST be added to the load to be lilted. When more than minimum
required reeving is used. the additional rope weight shall be
considered part at the load.
4. Capacities appearing above the bold line are based on structural
streng1tl and tipping shOUld not be relied upon as a capacity
limitation.
5. All capacities are tor crane on firm. level surtoce./t may be necessary
to hove structural supports undarthe outriggerlloats or tires to spread
the load to a larger bealing surtace.
6. When either baom length or radius or both are between values listed.
the smallest load shown at either the next larger radius or boom
length shall be used.
7. For outrigger operation, ALL outriggers shall be fully extended with
tires raised tree at ground betore raising the boom or 1i1l1ng loads.
8. nres shall be inllated to the recommended pressure betore lining on
rubber.
9. Unless otherwise stated. capacities are wittI powered boom sections
equally extended.
O. Defined Arc - 6 0 on either side of longitudinal centerline of machine.
