OBJECTIVE
Seeking for the position of HEAD OF SAFETY & SECURITY

PROFILE
• Over 12 years of experience in the safety/security industry both local and international settings with proven track
record in handling Safety/Security activities, covering a multi-national workforce of over 9,000 people and 7 major
sub-contractors. Reporting to me are various expatriate working as control room operator, fire crews, paramedics,
security operatives and safety officers.
• Ability to review safe working procedures and systems including Risks Assessments, review and auditing of
subcontractors Safety/Security Management Systems and working method.
• Capability to conduct an investigation regarding corporate security issues, preparation of reports and supporting
information necessary for incident response, in coordination with Site Safety Committee and the Crisis Management
Team.
• Knowledge of access control systems, ability to monitor, review logs and reports, conduct investigations using Card
access; and CCTV systems, video surveillance, ability to monitor, review and understand operating systems.
• Can operate various types of office equipments, computer literate (MS word, excel, power point, outlook, explorer,
publisher etc.)
• Technical know how in ensuring safety/security targets and performance are met accordingly, in conjunction with the
existing Company policy, Federal State regulations and Laws of the land.
• Self-motivated team leader who works well independently with a highly developed public relations and
communication skills, excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to motivate and empower others to attain goals and prioritize work in order to accomplish maximum results,
timely completion of projects, and ability to solve organizational problems with cost effective solutions.
