Technical and Hospitality Rider

In order to set up a proper show, please read the technical and hospitality rider
below carefully. We rely on in-house sound and technical engineer as the trio does
not travel with its own technical team. Please feel free to contact us, if you have any
questions. It is very important for us to work in the best conditions.

* If the requested amplifier is not available the band has to bring its own. Additional
shipping, customs and travel insurance charges are to be covered by the venue or

3- SWR (600) minimum watts.
On Stage
A clean stage preferably covered with black carpet or non-slippery material.
- Minimum size for outdoor stage: 14mX8mX1,5m
- Minimum size for indoor stage: 8mX5mX1m
Power Generator
A power generator must be made available in case of a power cut.
Sound System and Stage Services
- The sound system must comply with the requirements in this rider. A line
check must be complete before the technical team arrives at stage and made
ready for the performance.
- A technician and a sound engineer must be present though the whole
performance.

Hospitality Requirements
Travel

5 economy round tickets from Istanbul to the performance destination

Transport from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the performance
venue and back.
Visa costs if applicable

*** Travel should be booked following the final approval of the agent of the band.

Accommodation
-

5 single rooms in a clean and well kept hotel near the performance venue no
less than 4 stars, bed & breakfast

Schedule
The venue or the organizer shall provide the band agent with a time schedule for the
arrival times, sound check times, meal times and on-stage times. This information
shall be supplied with adequate notice and at least 5 days before the gig.
