In a opinion of this three panel legislative-arbitration body. Being the judge in these matters. Our
person to only be made known hereafter unto a jury of our nations piers or it people.
Along the highway of this case from inception to this finalization. Members of the judicial both
state and federal. Have seen the flashing warning signs. But unfortunately they have been driving
READING THE SIGN FROM THE MIRRORS. Seeing in reverse what was before them and
making the wrong turn one after another.
All any judicial member had to do was put law above organization. Defend our constitution and
demand wrong be righted. Rather than do this sworn otah to Americas people.
Your judicial has undertook a seven year fight to deny right of law, constitution and acts of
congress. Then you wonder why your being held accountable for what you undertook.
The people never hired you to overthrow our way of life but ensure it could exist. Something
your efforts have clearly been to deny. As rights of the people and rights of a criminal pursuit are
water and oil they will never mix.
Like Kennedy said ask not what your nation can do for you but what you can do for your nation.
You should proudly say hold me accountable for what I did. If wrong make ME pay for my
crimes along with my judicial brotherhood. One should never fear what they built! Unless they
know it safe or the correct way to build it!
You and the judicial not only failed the people of this nation. They RAN them over whenever
they saw one standing or flagging them down. Every decision seems not to be based upon law.
But self serving, for their or an organization members, prevention for or protection form
accountability for acts they undertook in defying law, constitution and act of congress. Never
recalling their oath or duty to their employer THE PEOPLE OF OUR NATION
Then crying were being threatened to be held accountable for the crimes we committed.
Obstructing justice and trying to intimidate witnesss who are to testify against them. By more
abuses of power, position and solicitation upon other government agencies such as the Internal
Revenue Service. Making one ask if truly conducting any non-trumped up investigation. Why is

this judicial body as well as Criminal Kendig contacting and influencing such investigation
making the IRS this organization spokes person? Or using the Federal Marshalls office a tool of
intimidation of witness as also undertaken in asking the same question of being threatened.
THERE ARE NO THREAT FROM THE PEOPLE. THEY ONLY DEMAND. AN
EMPLOYEE SUCH AS YOU DO AS YOUR PAID TO DO. NOT WHAT YOU NOR WHAT
YOUR ORGANIZATION ASKS TO DO IN ABUSE OF POSITION. VIOLATING LAW,
CONSTITUTION ACT OF CONGRESS AND USING ENTRUSTED POWERS TO
INTIMIDATE WITNESSS OR DERAIL AND PREVENT INVESTIGATIONS.
UNDERTAKEN TO HOLD CRIMINALS SUCH AS YOUR SELVES ACCOUNTABLE FOR
PARTICIPATION IN CRIMES . ON OR MORE BY INDIVIDUAL OR IN UNISON
ELECTED TO UNDERTAKE. SUCH AS GRAND THEFT, TAMPERING , FORGERY
ABUSE OF POWER AND POSITION AND PURSUIT OF THE PERSONAL VENDETTAS
OR MR. KENDIGS TEACHING THE LESSON BY USE OF THE POWERS OF THE
COURT AND THE IRS.
THE PEOPLE MUST REVIEW AND DECIDE YOUR FATE UNDER THE
CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT OF THE BILL OF ATTAINDER AS YOU HAVE DENIED
ABILITY TO TRY YOU BEFORE A JURY OF YOUR OWN PIERS.
I state that if the abuses within government office continue and the government fails to restore or
reinstate a non-biased and non-compromised Judicial. That is free and accessible to every person
within question, delay or unreasonable fee in plaintiffs determination. Permitting right of law and
constitution as mandated to exist under law for all the people of this nation.
This panel was convened under order and agreement with the United States Government. From
acts and elections made within Ohio or United States 6th District of Southern Ohio Federal court.
Who set forth members of its judicial are in fear of retaliations or other acts. That these illegal
undertaking prevented these matters from going to trial before jury. Based upon those acts of
intimidations. It defied two appeals orders to schedule to trial over three years.
History has taught many lessons to our worlds people. That we supposedly learned and
incorporate into our lives. One being the demand of right over wrong. Is never the cheapest path
to undertake. That citizens within past nations as now are within our nation. Having become
blind to what freedom is. Believing they possess such, live in fear of their governments
agencies. Once converted to the belief the government will take care, provide and make all ok.
As with all dictatorships throughout history. They begin with this process, silently taking control,
denying at will rights and freedoms unto individuals, before imposing such on its masses. At
which point the people find a new government. One they never wanted, despised and soon found
to be intolerable exists. Without authority to revert back and if tried. The masses attacked for
demanding what they once had.

This day appear far to close for Americans. The lesson they and you must not forget is. Our
leaders like George Washington Thomas Jefferson and other who forged this nation. Wrote
history and if they had lost this war with Britain. They would not be a hero and would have
swung from the Gallos in their streets. Like the Iraq judicial under the Hussein administration.
As history would not have made George & other to heros. But as terrorists against Britain.
The motto. Its who wins who wield the power, has the freedom of choice and writes history. So
if Americans continue to falter and live in fear of their governments bodies and agencies such as
the Judicial and The Internal Revenue Service. Who defy law and order violation of constitution
will. Thereafter attacking threatening those who hold them accountable. Claiming to hold a valid
mandate of its people wherein they above the citizen and the laws citizens must live under.
We did not rule upon the United States being a nation without mandate of its people. So that our
government could be forced to face the quandaries it allowed to exist. Being correcting acts and
failures within its government by employees of its people. Who defy law, ethic and constitution.
Allowing such government to heal itself. Address this its issues publicly. Apologize and restore
what was taken from its people. Whether they knew it stolen or not. As if something does not
knock on their door. They are overburdened and have no awareness of it ever being stolen aware.
Allowing the United States government the time and freedom to timely address these issues.
Permitting the United States time to restore application of its constitution, rights of law. Or
acknowledge it is not a nation of laws or of its people. But of the few who seek world control
like Germany, Britain, Rome, Japan and others have tried before. But as doing so must dominate
not only other nations and their peoples but it own. Making America no more and no less a new
HITLER OR HUSSEIN UPON THE WORLD. One of the reasons Americans are now hated
around the world as this need for more and more power, intoxicates its leaders and eventually in
one of their drunken adventures. Will end up dominating their friend as well as their enemy.
WHAT IS OCCURRING IS NOT MORE AND NO LESS THAN THE RAPE OF AMERICA
AND ITS CITIZENS. BY THE FEW DOMINATING THE MANY.
This is NOT what our forefathers created! Nor ever intended to this nation to be!
All changed from professional politicians seizure of power and position thereafter defying the
intended position being filled with a common citizens. Temporary holding this power then going
home. Now they hold and wield this power for a life time or go home with their pocket bulging
with this spoils of office. Being not only thanked for the wrongs they participated within. But
paid for such by the obtaining benefits and retirements an average citizen can only dream of.
The time is before every elected appointed and hired person to review what they do. Asking Am
I serving our citizens or a serving a special interest. Am I and what do within the intended
purpose of our nation as formed ? Or have I been schooled to believe what I do is above the law
and our nations people. People who will not defy me as I can squash, control intimate or abuse

them by calling college or pressing button on a computer. Is ego before people? It is the new
intent of our Nations formatted mandates?
Whatever is left of what our forefather created. We need to group together and use to restore
America as it was to be and must be. A nation of free people, who do not live in fear of its
government and have access to law, constitution and freedom of speech or pursuit of happiness.
As this nation and its courts have not had the will to issue ruling by its government. As its
Judicial, Executive and Legislative are intimated and controlled by the claims the organization
controlling its Judicial have brought to be fear of retaliation overwhelms their sworn oaths to
hold all people accountable under the law and constitution.
As an initial Arbiter, upon acceptance of this duty to America. Requested being a panel of three
over one. Not knowing who the other is. Requested this to further ensure a sound and non biased
decision from the majority combined vote would be the outcome for and of Americas people.
Which the plaintiff could have objected to but welcomed this request. So to dispel any concerns
of this a judgment being bias or issued from similar corrupt acts as the United States judicial has
become a quagmire of criminality.
We need to bring to resolution without threat or intimidation as was wielded upon the 6th District
and other courts within our Nation. This unlawful and non-mandated abuse of law and
constitution. Restoring a non- biased judicial wherein decision are made based upon on law,
constitution, right and wrong. Not from fearing what they will I lose if they do not capitulate to
the orders given me by this judge or superior.
