Bypass piping, Lower manifold piping, & Upper Piping from harp to steam drum. Vents and
drains. Qualified welders to GTAW / SMAW WPS. Requested and scheduled all 3rd party NDT,
UTs, PTs & X-rays. Documented all welds on the weld log, & weld maps. Worked with the AI
Inspector an developing turn over package for the client.
Midcom, Anaheim Ca. For Chevron Refinery at El Segundo, Ca. February 2014 June
2014
Position: QA/QC AWS/CWI Working for Chevron I am was overseeing Nooter Construction
QC Dept. to ensure compliance with Chevron specifications. This shut down is in the Coker Unit
replacement of all 6 Coke Drums. We are also replacing the high pressure cutting water system.
Quench water system. Fire water system, and other related piping systems. This is a heavy
rigging job. Removing all 6 derrick structures in 1 lift. Then replacing all 6 Coke Drums that
have been in service for the past 40 years. Then resetting the derrick structure, and making all
piping connections again.
Saulsbury Industries, Odessa TX. October 2013 February 2014
Position: Head QA/QC AWS/CWI Over saw installation of 2 new gas compressor skids and
associated piping at the Jayhawk Gas Plant in Ulysses, Kansas. Scheduled all NDT, X-Rays, and
magnetic particle testing. Developed hydro, and pneumatic test packages. Developed weld
maps, and weld logs. Tracked and recorded all welding in progress. Generated final turn over
package for Linn Energy. Currently working at Lucid Energy Group in West Texas on a cryogenic
gas plant as head QC/QA. Overseeing 2 other inspectors. Generated all test packages.
Scheduled all NDT, post weld heat treatment, PTs, X-Rays, and reviewed film.

Position: QA/QC Welding Inspector, Tesoro Refinery, Willimgton Ca. Coaker Unit Shutdown.
Worked as support for lead QC. Work covered extensive piping to stripper tower.
Supervised Vessel modification as pr. ASME Section 8. Replaced Deethinizer and Depropinizer
Towers with new towers, all related pipe, platforms and supports. Schuled all NDT X-rays, Phase
Array Ultrasound Testing, Positive Metal Identification Testing, Set 2 new pumps, and performed
extensive work to the process wash water system.
