Must pass CA-BRE exam within

CRITERIA FOR
PROMOTION
To the position of Sales Manager
-Should recruit Two (2) direct
sales persons
-Should accumulate 50,000 points

What is a Point ?
*A Point is equivalent to $1.00 gross
commission, or 50% of the direct downlines
points
