Mr. C. P. Jain is an Independent Director of Adani Power. He was Chairman & Managing Director of
NTPC, between September 2000 and March 2006, and has had an illustrious career spanning nearly
40 years. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and done Advanced Diploma in Management. He
spearheaded a major capacity addition programme to make NTPC a 46,000 MW company by 2012. He
led the market entry of NTPC through its IPO in 2004. Mr. Jain had been the Chairman of the Standing
Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE), the apex organization of Central Public Sector Enterprises
(CPSEs) in INDIA for the period 2003-05. He was Member of the Ad hoc Group of Experts on
Empowerment of CPSEs constituted by the Government of India. He headed the CIIs (Confederation
of Indian Industries) National Committee on Energy. Mr. Jain has been the Chairman of the Global
Studies Committee of World Energy Council London and also the Member of its Officers Council for a 6
year term up to September 2010. After his retirement from NTPC in March 2006 Mr. Jain has been
member of Standing Technical Advisory Committee of Reserve Bank of India (R.B.I.) and Member of
Audit Advisory Board of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India for a term of two year each.

B B Tandon

A certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers, Mr B B Tandon has served the Government of
India, State Government of Himachal Pradesh and State Electricity Board of Himachal Pradesh.
As Principal Secretary, Power and Chairman of Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board, Mr Tandon
had initiated the policy of private sector participation in the execution of hydel power and various
other projects in Himachal Pradesh.

Mike Metzger
Chief Executive Officer and President
Mike joined PayScale in 2004 as the chief executive officer. Previously, he was the CEO and
president of Performant, managing all aspects of building and running the company, which
was sold to Mercury Interactive. Prior to his work at Performant, Mike served as vice
president of Product and Services for WRQ where he co-authored the strategic plan and
vision for the company. Mike also spent time at RealNetworks where he directed software
product marketing efforts, started the Real Broadcast Network, managed the product
marketing for successful launches of RealAudio 3.0 and 4.0, and led the creation and
development of an ASP stream hosting business for RealNetworks, which led to more than
$3 million in revenue in the first full year. Earlier in his career, he held various positions at
Microsoft, including international product manager, lead product manager for MS Works and
group manager for Consumer Marketing. Mike holds an MBA in industrial administration
from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from
Clarkson University.

Dave Smith

Dave joined PayScale in 2009. He has over 15 years of business development, sales and
product marketing experience with a number of successful, venture-backed startups. Prior
to PayScale, Dave held several executive positions at CareerBuilder, including the launch of
CareerBuilder UK Ltd. in 2005, as managing director. Under Dave's leadership,
CareerBuilder UK's unique visitors grew to more than 1.4 million per month while revenue,
on a run-rate basis, grew to more than $5 million in less than 3 years. Dave holds a
Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of Oregon and an MBA from
Portland State University.

Barnaby Dorfman

Barnaby joined PayScale in 2012. He is responsible for the Marketing and Product teams,
including ongoing development of the company's Consumer website. Barnaby previously
spent seven years at Amazon.com, where he created IMDbPro.com and was a vice president
in the Search Technology group. Additionally, Barnaby launched Foodista.com, an online

cooking encyclopedia and food news source. He is a graduate of San Francisco State
University and received his MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Mark Klebanoff

Klebanoff has more than 20 years of executive experience in finance and operations. Most
recently, he was CFO at Appature where he guided the company through a period of notable
revenue and headcount growth. At Appature, Klebanoff was responsible for raising venture
financing and oversaw all aspects of an acquisition by IMS Health. In addition, Klebanoff
held the CFO position at All Star Directories, Daptiv, M:Metrics, AccessLine, RealNetworks
and Industrial Systems. He earned a Bachelor's and a Master's of Business Administration
degree from Yale University.

Rob Jasper
Vice President of Data & Platform Technology
Rob joined PayScale in 2012. He oversees the data, analytics, software and IT infrastructure
needed to power the PayScale B2B and Consumer applications. Rob brings more than 25
years of software engineering and executive management experience in both small venturebacked startups and public companies. Previous to joining PayScale, he served as chief
technology officer of analytics software provider Intelligent Results, which was acquired by
First Data in 2007. At First Data, Rob served as vice president of engineering for
Information Services and CTO of the Analytics Center of Excellence where he oversaw
engineering for more than 20 products in the areas of fraud, risk, analytics, and data
services. Earlier in his career, Rob was a researcher at Boeing and an adjunct faculty
member at Seattle University. He received a master's degree in software engineering from
Seattle University.

Stacey Klimek
Controller
Stacey joined PayScale in 2009. Previously, she was chief financial officer at Redhawk
Group, a general contractor specializing in retail and power centers, mixed use, and office
and renovation projects. Stacey possesses over 25 years of executive, financial, and
administrative experience inside fast-growth enterprises. Earlier in her career, Stacey held
executive positions with NetMotion Wireless where she helped the company through a
successful acquisition with Padcom Inc. Previously, Stacey managed accounting and finance
for Captura Software prior to its merger with Concur Technologies.

Tim Low
Vice President of B2B Marketing

Tim joined PayScale in 2011 to spearhead demand generation, product marketing, branding
and go-to-market for the company's on-demand software products for job pricing and
compensation planning. He brings significant experience in both enterprise software and
cloud-based applications. Tim was previously an executive at Daptiv and at Niku where he
was part of the management team that took the company public. He has held product
management roles at both Microsoft and Oracle. Tim is co-founder and a member of the
board of advisors of social analytics platform NorthbyNine and is a graduate of Marquette
University.
