Council function namely the provision of an extension of the existing gypsy site.
1) to extinguish the common rights over a part of Kingsmoor Common, Kilgetty extending in
total to an area of 1.89 acres
2) to enclose, appropriate and use that same land for the purpose of an extension to the
existing gypsy site.

Resolutions is available for inspection at the main reception area in County Hall, Haverfordwest
and at the Post Office, Kilgetty
Any objections to the proposed Resolutions should be made in writing to the Director of

1TP. Any such objections must be received by Friday 30th January 2015.
It should be noted that the Councils proposed Resolutions shall be of no effect until confirmed
by the Welsh Ministers. Before passing a Resolution under Section 65 (2) and section 65(4) the
Council has a duty under the Act to consider any objections received by the date referred to
above. If, having considered any such objections the Council passes the Resolutions, a copy of
them and of any such objections, will then be forwarded to the Welsh Ministers, in order that

NEAR PENTRE IFAN, BRYNBERIAN)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC) ORDER 2014
NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council intend not less than seven days
from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The proposed Order is necessary so that highway drainage works can be carried out in the
narrow carriageway.
The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic, other than exempted
vehicles, from proceeding along that section of the unclassified (U3156) road near Pentre Ifan,
from its junction with the unclassified (U3159) road leading to the property known as
Ffynnonwen, south west to its junction with the access to the property known as Penwernddu.
The alternative route for traffic will be via the unclassified (U3159) road via Ffynnonwen, the
unclassified (U3155) road from Crosswell towards Cilgwyn, and the U3156 via Pentre Ifan
Burial Chamber.
It is intended that the restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into effect on
Monday 5th January 2015, and remain in force for a duration of approximately 3 weeks.
Pedestrian access will be maintained together with vehicular access to property located either
side of the works area.
The Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 12 months as a contingency should the
works need to be rescheduled or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
THE COUNTY OF PEMBROKE (C3007) FREYSTROP TO LOWER FREYSTROP
(40MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2015
NOTICE is hereby given that the Pembrokeshire County Council propose to make an Order under
Section 84 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 ("the Act").
The effect of this Order will be to lower the existing 50mph limit affecting the C3007 north of
Freystrop to 40mph and extend it to include the bend and right turn lane at the junction to Little
Milford as detailed in the Schedule below.
The County of Pembroke (Freystrop) (Imposition of 50mph speed limit) Order 2005 will be revoked
by this Order in so far as it relates to the length of road set out in the Schedule hereto.
The draft Order together with a map showing the length of road concerned and a statement of the
Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined at the offices of Pembrokeshire
County Council, County Hall, Haverfordwest and at the Llangwm Post Office, Main Street, Llangwm
SA62 4HP during the usual office hours.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in
writing to the undersigned by the 12th day of January 2015.
