The purpose of this proposal is to


provide assessment work for
equipment and the whole installation
which no identification or no
supporting documentation that need
to be SKPI Migas Certified.

Scope

The assessment will be applied for installation


and equipments such as pressure vessel, rotating
equipment, electrical equipment, process, piping
and instrument system that have been placed on
FSO Gagak Rimang
The assessment activity are to asses and
evaluate the integrity of equipment based on
actual condition which is no supporting
documentation to fulfill the minimum
requirement of International Code, Standard,
Owner/User specification, and MIGAS Regulation.
