Private company providing construction and remodeling serviced for the insurance restoration industry, repairs to
bank owned foreclosures (Fnme & Freddie Mac) and work with several Lowes Stores doing kitchen and bathroom
projects. Started as Project Manager then moved to Division Operations Manager. During start up phase handled
100% of estimating and project management. Spearheaded all marketing and sales which included cold calls.
Located and vetted all sub contractors. Conducted weekly production meetings to review job status and resolve
critical issues. Project Manager on 50+ jobs at any point in time.
Started new division in Grand Rapids from ground up.
Grew division from zero revenues and no employees to $4,000,000 of revenue and 28 employees in 17
