Ultrasound Sonography Test (USG):

Ultrasound examination, also called sonography or diagnostic medical sonography, is an


imaging method that uses high-frequency sound waves to produce precise images of
structures within your body. The images produced during an ultrasound examination
often provide information that's valuable in diagnosing and treating a variety of diseases
and conditions.
Cholelithiasis :
Cholelithiasis also known is Gallbladder. Gallstones are concretions that form in the
biliary tract, usually in the gallbladder. Gallstones are formed within the gallbladder, an
organ that stores bile excreted from the liver. Further complications of gallbladder
disease include gallstone pancreatitis, gallstone ileus, biliary cirrhosis, and gallbladder
cancer.
Murphy's sign:
A test for gallbladder disease in which the patient is asked to inhale while the examiner's
fingers are hooked under the liver border at the bottom of the rib cage. The inspiration
causes the gallbladder to descend onto the fingers, producing pain if the gallbladder is
inflamed. Deep inspiration can be very much limited. In medicine, Murphys sign is a test
used during an abdominal assessment which may be used to differentiate between a
diagnosis of cholycystitis, pyelonephritis, and ascending cholangitis.
Wheezing:
Wheezing is a high-pitched whistling sound associated with labored breathing. Wheezing
occurs when a child or adult tries to breathe deeply through air passages that are
narrowed or filled with mucus as a result of allergy, infection, illness. irritation.
Wheezing is most common when exhaling. It is sometimes accompanied by a mild
sensation of tightness in the chest. Anxiety about not being able to breathe easily can
cause muscle tension that makes matters worse.
WBC:
The white blood cell count (WBC) is used as part of a full complete blood count
(CBC) to:
- Screen for a wide range of diseases and conditions
- Help diagnose an infection or inflammatory process; it also may be used to determine
the presence of other diseases that affect WBCs such as allergies, leukemia or
immune disorders, to name a few.
- Monitor the progression of conditions such as those named above; monitor the body's
response to various treatments and/or to monitor bone marrow function; some
treatments, such as radiation and chemotherapy, are known to affect white cells and
may be monitored using WBC counts.
