Borrowers can update through online process their loans, paid and balance.
Limitation:
Only the personnel can access to the loaning organizer of the system.
The clients can only put their information to the system and cannot be deleted.
The clients can only use the system for log in/log out.
System Costs
For the enhancing of the Computerized Loaning System of Sacred Parish
Development Cooperative one must budget the tangible and intangible costs of the things
needed such as the hardware costs, the person in charge to create the system, software
costs and other materials and equipment needed.
These things can be seen detailed in the cost benefit analysis page attached in this
document and the other things needed to build the said system.
Time Frame
It is a period of time where in our all activity is being process. This is a type of
diagram that will show all the activities that we need to finish starting November up to
March, the end of the semester. The diagram only prioritizes the tasks scoped within the
time limit. It will also show the needed duration of all the activities. This Time frame or
Gantt chart served as our guide to finish our activities in the right time. For we to used
and improved our time management.

Introduction
The 21st generation biggest problem is money. So for the community to survive
some people especially the wealthy ones build an institution to help the citizens and it is
called the Development Co-operative (Co-op), this is to help the unfortunates of the
community by lending them money and letting them pay it by means of monthly or
weekly give. And because of these some people can survive their bills and other
expenses.
Like what has been mentioned, Co-op indeed needed in every barangays and for
the people to loan they must come to Co-op center and face the long lines of people
borrowing money, paying and updating their loans.
The focus of this proposed project is to develop a computerized loaning system
for Sacred Heart Parish Development Co-operative to prevent long lines of people filling
up their forms and to enhance the paying and updating method Co-op center used.
This proposed loaning system can provide an organized way of recoding the
citizens records it saves a lot of time and effort and minimizes paper use. With this
system the time of both the clients and the personnel will be saved. Records and other
files will be organized efficiently.

The proposed system wants to achieve an efficient web-based system for manual
processes of loaning of the Sacred Heart Parish Development Cooperative (SHPDC) to
give a well organize records and reports of its members.
Specific Objectives:
Specifically, this project wants to:
1. Formulate web-based system for the loaning of Sacred Heart Parish Development
Cooperative (SHPDC)
2. Deduct the manual process to evaluate properly the records
3. Lessen the time waiting of the client to make the loaning flow fast.
Significance of the Study
This proposed system contributes essential benefits for the following concerns:
Company: It will contribute a well maintain process of loaning and
acquire high standard quality of services to ease the consumable time of
both the client and the worker.
Clients: It provides new and reliable concept of loaning.
Researchers: It can widen the researchers ability to do such system.
Future Researches: It can help the new generation about making a
proposed system needed in their field of study.

Hardware Set-up
The loaning committee manages the loaning process manually. Each of clients is fixed to
fill up some forms for them to loan with a hand written process using log-book and a
piece of paper.
Bond Papers, Envelops and Folders: Use for applying down printed
words and for securing the clients files.

Data Processing
Files and records of the students are done first before compiling it and encodes it
one-by-one. Processing of data is followed under:
1. Loaning form filled up by the client is the first data that will be given to
the loaning section including some requirements. And the client will be
informed if when the client can get check after a couple of days.
2. The client will go back to the Co-op center for the confirmation of the
check.
3. If the clients check is released, the client will go to the Releasing section
with some requirements,
System Investigation
During interview, current existing system loaning of Sacred Heart Parish
Development Cooperative was pointed by the institutions manager. It is processed
manually for the clients. To further understand the flows see the following next figure.

Context Diagram
Context diagram shows the current flow of the data. This illustrates the flow of
how the data receives and retrieves. The diagram shows the four (4) sources such as
Borrower, Check Releasing Section, New Account Section and the Cashier. As what the
figure have shown the manual loaning process is the heart of the system, which provides
the form for requesting and approving/denying the Borrowers loan and pass the requests
to the New Account Section while the New Account Section pass the list of approved and
denied request to the Check Releasing Section and the said section gives the check loan.
After these, the Cashier will give an updates of the Borrowers loan, paid and balance.
