Ans : firstly thank you sir , for giving me such an opportunity , I would like to have feedback on my
performance so that I could analyze and improve my strength and rectify the shortcomings.

Ques 3. Why do you want to work at our company ?

Ans : I m nt lking for just a job , I m seeking a carrer. I have research your company and I feel that I m
good fit for position . sir, I m fresher I want good platform to start my carrier and improve my skills very
well and proving my talent . I think your organization is best for proving me and learning new things so I
m glad to join in your organization.

Ques 4. Who inspired you in your work ?

Ans : My parents inspired me a lot , by giving there efforts and sacrifice for my future they proved that
they are good parents , now its my turn to prove myself a good son .

Ques 5. How much salary do u expect ?

Ans : Sir / mam , as a fresher , I need a platform to improve my skills and knowledge . as a money is
the basic need for anyone to survive I expect a considerable salary according to company norms an my
work .

Ques 6. What is the toughest decision u ever had to make ?

Ans : Decision was to choose higher studies ( m.tech ) and job . I choose job because because getting
more practical knowledge rather than theoretical knowledge is more imp for a better carrier and some
financial problem .

Ans : my short term goal is to placed in a esteemed organistion where I can prove myself with full of
confidence .
Long term goal is is to achieve a satisfactory position in that organization where I can fulfill all desires of
my parents .

Ans1 : yes sir, because I believe that there is no gain without pain . pressure is generally a opportunity
to step one more feet higher than present. It teaches us how to work in different situation and how to
work in a smart way .

Ans 2: sir , as I am a engineering student and have past 4 years experience to work under pressure .
last minute submission of assgnmnt , internal external practicals, semester exam .I can cope up very
easily all of them . so I think I can work easily under pressure .

I am shailendra pandey. I m coming from lucknow . I m pursuing my b.tech in mechanical engineering
from lovely professional university with aggregate 70%.
I have completed my 10th from s.t xaviers high school , basti with aggregate 70.00% .and 10+2 from
s.v.m , basti with aggregate 70% .

I have a small family consisting of 8 members . my father is a businessman and my mother is a house
maker . I have 3brother and 3 sister .
My strength are hard worker, self motivating , and easily adjustable to any environment . my weakness
is to believe on others easily .
I would like to spend my free time on net surfing and interacting with my family and friends .
I dont have the short or long goal time goals , my goals is to give the best service to the organization
where I work .
Im fresher . I dont have any work experience , but I will prove once the opportunity comes .
