Ecosign is currently preparing the detailed design of the Freestyle
Skiing and Snowboarding Venue Design for the Pyeong-Chang
Olympic Organizing Committee. This work includes the course
alignments and the start and finish areas for the following

UKRAINE: BUKOVEL FOUR-SEASON RESORT

When Ecosign started the Master Plan in 2004, the
existing annual skier visits totaled about 50,000 with one
old double chairlift and one T-bar lift.
By 2012, skier visits have grown to over 1.2 million.
2,300 overnight accommodation beds
16 modern lifts, 50 km of ski trails with a capacity of
20,000 skiers per day.
The resort area master plan includes 13,200 beds in resort
hotels in the village centers, 13,380 beds in the multifamily ski in / out units, 3,650 beds in single family
dwellings and 3,160 employee beds for a total of 33,390
beds.

Since Bukovel is such a success, customer is now in

contact with the Austrian office regarding another project.

AUSTRIA: SILVRETTA MONTAFON

Following one of the concept recommendations from the

Ecosign Master Plan in 2009, Silvretta Montafon has
invested EUR 30m to link the previously separated ski
areas Silvretta Nova and Hochjoch in 2011 in order to
become the biggest ski resort in the province of Vorarlberg.
