Students will complete an online application form. In addition to the online form, they must submit
the following requirements as scanned copies sent to exchange@gwu.edu:
Copy of the passport biographical information page
Financial Certificate for International Students
Official Transcripts
Proof of Funding (an original bank letter, on bank letterhead, translated into English. The letter must
indicate the name on the bank account, the available funds in the account, and should be notarized.
Students can download a sample copy in their online application).
Applications will not be reviewed until all documents have been submitted. Upon receiving a
completed application, notification of acceptance will occur within approximately two weeks.
