TCS has its own office at Dubai cargo facility called EMC (Express mail service) specifically made for
international courier companies. Our presence at EMC enable us to process our all transit shipments in
the shortest possible time and connect them for onward worldwide deliveries , it helps us to achieve
best transit time worldwide.
TCS work in Dubai as international and domestic courier service provider have the network with the
UAE states, on the basis of our strong infrastructure in UAE we provide committed overnight delivery in
UAE.
Import Express: Our valued customers can import their heavy shipments or light documents from UAE
& UK by utilizing our Import Express product on very competitive rates.
TCS existence in UK market definitely gives strong edge in the market to get the best services and rates
for our valued customers.
RED BOX product: we offer 10 & 25kg express boxes with lucrative discounts for all major European
destinations, UAE, USA /Canada and F. East.
Freight Plus product: Keeping in view of the market demands and customers need TCS has developed
this is designed in a freight mode for heavy shipments with delayed transit time vary from 5-12 working
days. We offer it for UAE, European destinations and USA /Canada
Student Express: TCS is the first courier company who realized the need of our student community
while they are in search of their admissions and dispatching their documents to international
universities. TCS has made an exclusive product for students on an affordable price.

Note:

Rates are given in US dollar and exclusive of taxes.

25 % Fuel Adjustment Charges to be charged on above mentioned rates.
GST as per law.
$1 for shipping bill charges would be charge on parcels.
Zone wise details are attached.

Important:

Invoice would charge in US dollars and based on NBP exchange rates prevailing on the last day
of the month, preceding the billing month.

Term & Conditions.

Limitation of Liability:
TCS has taken the limited liabilities in case a shipment declared lost in transit. Any one of the
following options can be chosen to settle the case.
A same weight FOC will be offered against the lost shipment.
Courier charges can be refund to the customer.
In case the claim amount is more then $100 or declared value of the shipments contents are
more than $100 then according to policy we refund $100
There is no claim against the late delivery of the shipment
Claims procedure
a. Claim should be launched within 30 days of the date of the booking; no claim may be made
against TCS outside if this time limit.
b. TCS does not maintain records relevant to a shipment of more than ninety days. It will thereof
be unable to refer to or produce any such record where it is notified for the same after expiry
of the said period of ninety days from the date of shipment.
Applicability:
These term and conditions shall apply to and insure to benefit, or TCS Private Limited, and its
authorized and affiliated companies, and their officers, directors and employees.
Material Not Acceptable For Transportation:
TCS not accept as a shipment Passports , herbal & homeopathic medicine, Currency, ,Liquid ,
Precious Metals, Precious Stones, , Fire arms, Plants, Drugs, Explosives, Animals, Perishable,
Negotiable Instruments in bearer Form, Lewd, Obscene or Pornographic Materials, Industrial Carbons
and Diamonds, items/articles restricted by IATA (International Air Transport Association) or ICAO
(International Civil Aviation Organization), hazardous or combustible material, property of carriage of
which is prohibited by any law, regulation or statute of any Provincial or Federal Government of
Pakistan.
Insurance:
a. The amount of liability is strictly limited to the amount stated in condition. Customers are therefore
advised to purchase insurance at their own cover to ensure that interests are protected.
Payment to be made within 7 days of receipt of invoice. TCS reserves the right to withdraw any service
facility in case of delay of more than 30 days for settlement of account. In case the account is not
settled within 30 days of receipt of invoice. TCS reserve the right to levy financial charges on
outstanding invoice amount at the rate of 0.1% per day till complete clearance of total dues.
