The Effect of Social Networking Sites

We are students from Bachelor of Quantity Surveying of UTAR Setapak Campus. We are
doing a research on the effect of social networking on students. As a result, we hope to get some
feedback regarding the issue above. We truly appreciate your participation and cooperation in this

survey. All responses provided for this study will remain confidential. Thank you for your precious

Research objectives:
The aim of this study is to explore the students opinion on the impact of the social
networking sites to them.
Research Questions:
1. What are the activities that students do on social networking sites?
2. Are social networking sites impact to their studies?
Questionnaire:
The aim of this study is to find out the various social networking sites the students
had access to. Furthermore, this research report help us to find out how often the students
of Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman go to social networking sites. The research is also to
ascertain how the use of social media has affected the academic performance of the
students.
