SOLIDER SYSTEM
This system designed to cover wide ranges of construction and to with stand the high pressure exerted
while pouring concrete members . The soldiers which is produced in many lengths , can be assembled in
combination to suit any height of pouring . Clear unobstructed webs provides for easy fixing of the
system . which means infinite flexibility in design . On the other hand , the holes in the web provides
additional options for fixing and also for accessories . The comprehensive range of accessories enables
the system to assemble rigid Structure used for both temporary and permanent works, The system can
be used for extensive applications . e.g single or double soldiers shuttering system , inclined support ,
vertical shoring , horizontal support , supporting beam , and as space frame .
CORNER SOLUTIONS
The rods have been specifically to match load capacity of the soldier . The tie rod in 17 mm in diameter
and uses a self cleaning coil thread to reduce the maintenance The full of 60 kn permissible load can be
fitted to the soldier of any heights to form a conventional platforms for pouring of concrete . On higher
forms platform on another level can be provided to enables the fixing and removal of lies on complete
safety , To support the forms during erection and between use, stabilizes can be fitted , These have a
wide base for safety and are easily adjustable for angle, For higher pours or when extra required ,
inclined struts can be used as push - pull props .
SOLDIER SYSTEM - Features and Benefits Wide range of size ( any size can be accommodated ) .
Versatile .
In ladder frame
Full design flexibility .
Less labor work ( man power and time , form of removal and placement , Excellent face surface of
concrete , higher pressure can be accommodated , vertical shoring )
Soldiers can be used as heavy duty vertical shores. In this application the system can achieve up to 100
KN depending on the un - braced length protion of the soldiers - Conventional tubes , can be used to
brace the soldiers structure for extra stability . The system provides safety and simplicity in erection and
service stages. By adding the adjustable shoring adapter at top and bottom with the heavy duty fork
head at top, efficient sharing system can be formed to support very heavy loads. Many other uses can
be covered by this system such as a black propping for heavy londs in site location , support of pre- cast
units temporary suppot during steel work erection operations and many more application .
HORIZONTAL SHORING
In this applications the system used to provide safe and heavy duty struts for excavation works or to
support existing building during reconstruction , special plates are erected of ends to ensure to ensure
maximum safety in use. The socket fits over the end of shoring adapters and angle ledge ensures that
the shore is supported safety on the walling timber or steel 1-5 .

ADJUSTABLE JACKS
Available in solid & hollow design with various adjustments from 75 mm to 660 mm with malleable / cast
iron nuts . Ease and speed erection and dismantling . Scope for multiple and varied re - use ( Life and
flexibility in use ) Rigidity and stability Ease in storing and maintenance . Reliable assessment of
performance with adequate so, Adjustable Stirrp Head available in sold and hollow design with various from
75 mm to 660mm with molleble / cast from nuts , to accept steel or timber runners at top of scaffold verticals
Standardsizes
32 min dia, 225 mm adjustment
36 mm dia, 350 mm adjustment
COLUMN CLAMPS
36 mm dia , 450 mm adjustment
COLUMN CLAMPS COLUMN CLAMPS Consist of tour arms manufactured from 6 mm and 8 mm flat mind
steel to suit a wide range of column dimension as given in this table below . FRO GREATER SPEED &
ECONOMY Fitex industries limited is uickely adjusted and secured to ensure to ensure absolute rigidly
of steel and timber forwork for concreate columns , beans hanging sofhits and casting to steel
stanctions . They save time, labour and material by completely eliminating the cutting to waste of
timber and eventual deterioration and scrapping of materials The arms of all three sizes are
interchangeable and suitable for square and rectangular sections . The slot arrangement allows for
simple , speedy and accurate adjustment to my dimensions with in the size range . Three are no loose
part to be last or mislaid and the clamps can be used and unlimited number of times. Wadge are secured
to the arms by a flexible galvanized steel wire instead of the usual chain and ring. The greater strength
and pliability of this wire provides the solution to the perpetual and costly problem of broken chains
CUP LOCK
last wedges ,
CUP LOCK is a proven multipurpose scaffolding system which can be used for all forms of access and support structures
in the building and construction industries .
SPEED OF ERECTION CUPLOCK
Provides major savings in erection and dismantling times thus minimizing on site cast .it can be erected 75 faster
traditional scaffoldings. When not in use, its medular construction ensure space requirements for storage .
SIMPLICITY AND STRENGTH The success of cuplock lies in the node point or faster method . Four can be fastened of one
time making a very rigid connection . the horizontal directely on the verticals and are firmly clamped by the action of
the cup. There are no loose parts to lose . The rigid node point allows for high horizontal loads experienced with a 57
KN leg load .
VERSATALITY
When investing in equipments it must be as versatile as possible . Cuplock can erected for straight , curved and circular
configuration for both access and support , and for independent and mobile towers .
DURABILITY
With no loose part and with corrosion protection it can be easily stored and maintained. Designed to be tough. Cuplock
is highly resistance to damage. When not in use , its modular construction ensure minimal space requirement for
storage .

SCAFFOLDING ITEM :
BEAM CLAMPS
BEAM CLAMPS are used on the beam supports. and can be removed with in 52 hours of concreting.
Beam clamps are suitable for use with steel shuttering . FOR FAST ACCURATE AND RIGID CLAMPING OF
BEAM FORM WORK AND CASTING . The fasted method of clamping beam form work and casting .
simple , speedy and accurate adjustment to any dimension with in the size range . Longer base tubes
of ordinary scaffold tube can be use of extra wide beams . Can be used with both steel & timber
shuttering . Rabust, light weight construction , No tools required, Easily dismantled for compact
storage and transport .
VERTICAL/STANDARD CUPLOCK
Cuplocks unique locking device is formed by two cups a fixed lower cup which cup which is welds to the vertical at
preloaded intervals and a sliding uppers cup . The forged blads ends of the horizontal are located in to the lower cup, the
upper cup is moved down and rotated to sucure the components in place . and the connection is tightened by a hammer
blow to give a positive and rigid fit, Cuplock cup joint make it ideal for circular scaffolding , providing access to tanks and
tower . The flexibllity makes the system particulary suited to oil refineries and chemical plants , Cuplocks horizontal can
be positioned at any from 0 to 360 degrees . This features will accommodate any radius or curve without the need for
tube and clamps , boys may be either trapezium shapped or alternately rectangular and trapezium shaped .
DROP HEAD
The quick action drop head supplied complete with nuts and bolts is designed to fit on standard props or adaptors for
Cuplocks scaffolding . They allow panels and beams to be struck and re - used ofter only 3 or 4 days , leaving the
support in position for the remainder or the curing period of the concrete slab . The primary head remains in contact
with the concerte while the secondary head and its supporting wedge are released by a single hammer blow. The
height of the drop head in 214 mm and the striking distance allows the beans and panelsto drop only 115 mm for
the their safe removal a marked improvement in terms of speed and safety compared with other system . The
drophead had a load carrying capacity of 40 KN . Special care has been taken to ensure that beams cannot be
accidentally dislodged once with the drop head primed.
