Focal Theme: Convergence in Science and Technology

CALL FOR PAPERS: Original contributions on any topics related to Physics,

Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Earth Sciences
(Geophysics, Geology & Geography) as well as topics related to Applications
of Physical Sciences to Biosciences (Biophysics, Bioinformatics,
Biochemistry, Biomathematics etc.) are invited for presentation.

Activities: Fellowship Award Lectures, Special Lectures, Popular Lecture,

Invited Lectures (30 minutes), Presentations for Young Scientist Awards (10
minutes) and Contributed Papers (20/10 minutes).

Eligibility for Young Scientist Awards: Scholars upto 35 years of age on

January 31, 2010 supported by Birth / High School Certificate. Papers for
Young Scientist Awards (YSA) should not be authored by more than two
scholars.

Publication: Papers presented at the conference will be published in the

Journal of the Academy after peer review on priority basis. Therefore, all
papers must be submitted in the format of the Journal of IAPS provided at our
website www.iaps.in.
Accommodation: All registered delegates will be provided free local hospitality
and accommodation in Hostels / Guest Houses. Delegates desirous of staying
in hotels are advised to contact the Organizer for accommodation charges
and other details.

Registration Fee: (i) Delegates from SAARC countries: Indian Rs.2000 (ii)
Students from SAARC countries: Indian Rs. 1000 (iii) delegates from other
than SAARC countries: US $ 100.

NOTE: (i) 10 % rebate in Registration Fee is admissible for delegates

registering on/before January 31, 2010, (ii) additional 10 % rebate will be
admissible to members of IAPS, (iii) Registration Fee may be directly paid to
CONIAPS XI Bank Account No. _________ of Punjab National Bank, Civil
Lines, Allahabad-211001 (India), (iv) Registration Fee can also be paid by
Demand Draft in favour of CONIAPS XI payable at Allahabad.
