Entry Level (Permanent )
Purpose Statement:
Primarily working at Industrial environment comprising of different OEM, Maintenance,
Industrial projects and etc. Professionally run, manage, and develop their business by
ensuring right product specifications, products & service delivery, support with technical
service & supervision looking into the requirements in a integrated way so that business
target, customer satisfaction and profitability target of the company can be achieved.
Key Accountabilities:
Achieving volume and value target of the demarcated segment/territory for a
stipulate time period.
Professionally handle and manage key customers through customer visit, right
product specification & commercial offer, coordination with SCM to ensure right
time product delivery, and ensure right technical service & supervision to achieve
desired business results.
Capture the customers future business activity & expansion plan in the system and
take necessary action beforehand to ensure the right product delivery and develop
new product, if necessary, and ensure the business with right product offering
backed by the right price & required after sales services.
Identify the technical support requirement of the customers, contractors and
applicators and coordinate with Technical service team to ensure the service at
right time to constantly upgrade and transfer the right knowledge to the
stakeholders to facilitate effective decision making and to ensure right application
of the paints to get the best output.
Monitor and tracking the activities of the competitions & their offerings, and
communicate the information to the line manager and marketing department to
take necessary action to contain competitions
Identify the need of the development of new products and provide the brief to
Marketing Department for necessary action and constantly try to up-trade the
customers for durable, sustainable & profitable protective coating.
Keep close liaison with all customers, applicators, contractors, architects,
engineers and other stake holders and motivate them to generate the lead and
capitalize the business opportunity through successful business conversion.
Ensure the offering right payment terms by evaluating available information and
responsible for collection according to the approved financial policy.

Hands on technical expertise to provide timely technical

Other Knowledge skills and Experience:


Business Graduate (preferably BBA /MBA)/ Masters with Chemistry background
having one or two years of experience in sales would be an added advantage.
Computer Literate ( MS office and internet)
Analytical and Reporting Skills.
Extrovert, Strong persuading and interpersonal skills
Motor Bike riding would be an added advantage.
