Hypnosis for Drawing Love and Prosperity Into Your Life

By Julie Griffin, B.C.H. Certified Clinical Hypnotist

Hello Reader! I have some important messages to share with you. These messages
will enable you to thrive and to find your ideal love (should you be ready and willing).
If you are looking to draw love and prosperity into your life (or to help others to do so)
please realize that the acceptance of the following concepts will help:
You are not here to suffer.
There is no punishing force up in the heavens causing you suffer. You create your
own despair anytime that you behave in a way that is contradictory to your
manifesting your love and prosperity.
Love, happiness, and prosperity are your birthright.
We all have an equal shot at creating love and prosperity in our lives.
Those who have found love and prosperity did so because they focused on and took
steps towards the creation of love and prosperity.
Everything that you have in your life is something that you have consciously (or
unconsciously) drawn into yourself.
Whatever is missing from your life is missing only because you have not given the
proper energy towards creating what it is that you want.
The misery of others is not yours to carry. Even if others around you have suffered
greatly, failed at creating their own happiness and prosperity (or died) you need to
realize that that has nothing to do with you because we are all on our own separate
paths. While it is right and proper to be empathetic and compassionate to those
around you, it is inappropriate to become so wrapped up in the hardships or failures
of others that you become unable to manifest your own highest good.
You can affect dramatic changes in your capacity to love and thrive financially simply
by making the right choices in your life.
How to Actively Draw Love and Prosperity Into Your Life
1. Forgive the past. Anger and hate weigh you down physically, emotionally, and
spiritually. Therefore it is important to forgive yourself for anything that you have
done wrong and to forgive anyone who has wronged or injured you. In doing so, you
will not be weighed down by negative emotions and you will have more energy to
focus on manifesting your goals.
2. Let go of the past. No matter what has happened to you in the past (in business or
in love relationships) you need to imagine that you can wipe the slate clean and start
fresh. Living in the past and holding onto old failures will cripple your ability to thrive.

You should view the past as learning experiences from which you are now able to
grow from.
3. Become a vessel of power. You can empower yourself in many ways. A few of
these ways follow:

create health in your physical being by eating healthfully, exercising regularly,

and avoiding toxic substances
create health in your mind by consistently feeding yourself positive thoughts
create health in your heart by letting love and happiness shine through you
define and embrace your own spirituality.

When your physical, emotional, and spiritual sides are all healthy and functioning as
one well-maintained unit you will have the energy and power that you need to
manifest your goals.
4. Identify what it is that you want. Allow time for soul-searching that will enable you
to identifying what life pursuits will totally fulfill you. It is important that you are truly
excited by whatever it is that you are doing if you want to be successful and happy
while doing it.
5. Visualize what it is that you want. Picture in your mind yourself totally fulfilled in
both love and business concerns. Paint a bright and vivid picture in your mind of
exactly the kind of success and love that you wish to live inside of. Continue to focus
on and clarify this picture each day. Make sure you allow room inside the picture for
possibilities that can enhance your life that you are not yet consciously aware of yet.
6. Set and achieve goals. Set small goals that you can readily achieve that will lead
to the fulfillment of your larger goals. Congratulate yourself each time you meet a
small goal. Don't sit around waiting for things to happen-make things happen. Take
on the thoughts and actions of a successful person. Assume that your success is a
foregone conclusion because you will consistently act in a way that creates your
success.
7. Ask for help when you need it. This help could be from a friend, a business
person, a teacher, from a spiritual realm, or even from yourself. Often it is the case
that others will be delighted to assist you. By asking for what you need, you open a
door that allows others the pleasure of helping you and a window that enables you to
obtain what it is that you need. If you are the type that feels that you have to do
everything yourself and that it is inappropriate to ask others for help then you might
want to take time and consider if these thoughts are serving you or harming you.
8. Like yourself and love yourself. If you want others to be drawn to you you must
feel good about yourself. You will only be able to truly love another when you are
capable of loving yourself. Imagine that you have the ability to draw love and energy
from the universe into the core of your being. Feel yourself filling up to the brim with
this universal love and energy. Imagine that there is a dimmer switch inside of you
that controls your own love and joy light and that you are now actively turning up
your love and joy light a little bit brighter each day.

9. Take charge of your magnetism and charisma. As you turn up your own love and
joy light your magnetism and charisma will automatically surface. You may utilize
your magnetism and charisma to draw loving, helpful, and caring people into your
life.
10. Create a state of mind in which you will only draw helpful, loving people into your
life. Project an energy field around you that prevents harmful people and elements
from entering into your life or consciousness.
11. Begin to actively call love and prosperity into yourself. Get up each morning and
call out to the universe (or your higher power) to send prosperity and love your way.
Each night take time to identify all your blessings and to give thanks for all the
wonderful things that have come into your life.
12. Have the wisdom to see that sometimes things come to you in an unexpected
way. Develop the insight and vision to see what is truly a blessing and what is not.
Trust your instincts.
There is one important concept that I have not yet spoken to you of and that concept
is that your life can be fun. Take time to have fun, to laugh, to sing, to dance, and to
make friends. Your friends will help to get you through your darkest days and play
with you on your brightest days. In the course of life you may have many loves come
and go your friends will always be there for you. Realize too, that when you are out
in life making friends and having fun that love will find you!

Reprogramming The Subconscious Mind

By Edward J. Longo, CHT
Holding The Elephant Captive
In a sense, our minds can hold us captive. Because of conditioning, our beliefs can
become set, depriving us of all hope, of even attempting to change our ways.
Conditioning can go both ways it can either hold us captive, or it can release us
from our bondage. And one way to become released from bondage is to practice
repetition so positive, that the mind will come to believe it is so.
When wild elephants are captured in Africa they are fenced off and left there for a
certain period of time. After a form of brainwashing, they become tamed. Then, upon

being taken to a circus, for example, they are shackled to the ground by one leg for
long periods. In time, they grow accustomed to it, with the understanding and
acceptance that they cannot break loose from the chain that held them for so long.
Through repetition, they come to believe they cannot escape their bondage.
Weighing in at several tons, it is obvious to anyone, that with one simple tug the
elephant could be off and running. But these elephants dont know this they have
become conditioned to believe it is not possible, so they give up trying. And so, we
too, tend to give up when things seem fruitless when we cannot seem to break
away from the chain that binds us. That chain can be broken; the chain that holds us
down is our belief system.
Negative thoughts cause pessimistic behavior patterns, just as pessimistic behavior
patterns cause negative thoughts. People say sticks and stones shall break your
bones, but names shall never hurt you. Well, words can stick in your head;
thoughts can stick in your mind. Negative things your parents, your friends, your
enemies and even total strangers have told you, can become etched in the
subconscious mind. Like a recording, it plays, on and on, whether you are aware of
it, or not. Things you wouldnt dream of thinking consciously can be sitting there
undermining your thoughts, sabotaging your very ideals.
The consequences can result in inner conflicts, turmoil and sometimes utter
confusion.
The Mind Can Actually Change The Brain!
Altering The Belief System
The mind can change the brain: according to psychiatrist Jeffrey Schwartz in a
Newsweek article on February 26 1996. During the month of February, Dr. schwartz
and four UCLA colleagues reported in the Archives of General Psychiatry that the
mind can be at least as powerful as medicine when it comes to remodeling the
brain.
Behavioral modification, (altering the way a person behaves,) and cognitive therapy,
(altering the way a person thinks,) can alter the biology of their brains.
It is true that a leopard cant change its spots just as a person cannot change the
color of their skin. But as human beings, we can adjust our thinking, which in turn
alters our behavior, which leads to a change in our personality. Inevitably, this
person, along with all the characteristics, identities, individualities, mannerisms,
dispositions and traits becomes subject to some form of physiological change. Actors
do this all the time.
In order to induce a positive message into the subconscious, the old message must
be removed. Since the undesirable old message is not automatically erased by the
desired new message, it must be nullified by inducing a positive message. In the
following example, the positive fresh message or image serves to replace the
fixated, stale message:
"Your old feelings, attitudes and fixations about smoking have now been dismissed.
They are now erased and extracted from your subconscious, so that they are
replaced only by positive confirmations. Repeat after me: As far as my health and my
breathing, I have but one desire - and that is, that I breathe clean, fresh air, rather

than saturating my system with smoke. Throughout the day, I shall breathe only the
fresh air given to me naturally."
The first principle in attempting to alter negative behavior is to realize that we are all
creatures of habit. Since positive habits are far more beneficial than bad habits, the
key is to initiate a positive habit strong enough to overcome the bad habit. This can
be accomplished by developing new patterns, or by selecting a habit so effective and
enjoyable that it acts to overpower the undesirable bad habit.
The second principle, in order to affect a change is to rename the habit, for
instance, I am having a nicotine urge, rather than an attack. Verbalizing the truth
sometimes makes for the best medicine.
The third principle, provided the case is true, is to attribute the urge to a
biochemical imbalance in the brain and begin developing new patterns. (Admitting
that the problem is chemical, rather than having a mental weakness, is closer to the
truth, relieving unnecessary guilt - then the impetus to change becomes easier.)
The fourth principle in order to affect change is to refocus on some positive,
constructive activity for fifteen minutes. This engages another part of the brain and
alters the brain circuits that initially caused them to become stuck. Between
developing new patterns, renaming and refocusing it is possible that the mind can
'rewire' neural synapses that link to phobias and depression.

Are You Overlooking Your Greatest Asset?

by Thomas Nicoli CHt.
CEOs use it, pro athletes use it and so do the most successful people in all areas of
life. It is without doubt the most beneficial, powerful and result oriented tool available
to all of us, yet most people never even know it. Better yet, it costs nothing, is easy
to do and can be utilized immediately.
You are now asking yourself, What is IT and how do I use IT? Where do I get IT?
Where you get IT is here in this article. What IT is and how you use IT will be
explained in detail as you continue reading. But before I do that, let me ask you
something.

Are you willing to read whats next with an open mind and a willingness to allow
yourself to not be critical, analytical or judgmental? If so, then get ready to learn
about IT.
IT, is your subconscious mind. That part of you that you ignore, dont understand
and lies in waiting. Ready and able to do things for you that are sometimes beyond
imagination and comprehension. An internal power that you have yet to develop and
will prove to be the greatest asset you have available to you.
The subconscious mind is known to most as our inner voice, intuition, gut feeling or
conscience. Our subconscious mind is where all memory, creativity, morality, ethics
and guidance lies. Along with all conditioned responses, both physical and
emotional, that are also know as habits, or habitual responses.
We all know that if we do something enough times, that action becomes a habit.
Practice makes perfect - I can now do it in my sleep, I can do that with my eyes
closed. Sound familiar? Well, let me explain how and why this happens and how you
are going to use this to make positive changes in any and every aspect of your life,
simply and easily.
Whenever we do something, a neural pathway is created in the brain. The
information of the event is encoded in the brain so we can access that information
again. The more we do something, the deeper that pathway becomes, thus creating
a habit. The more we do something repetitively, the deeper the groove becomes and
the stronger the habit,
conditioned response, subconscious program becomes. And this works whether the
act is positive or negative.
The great thing about the subconscious mind is that it does not know the difference
between reality or imagination. The more vivid a thought, idea or image is, the
stronger the response from the subconscious mind. You may have seen a skier or
race car driver, while at an event, sitting with their eyes closed and imagining
themselves racing the course. Their subconscious believes that they are doing the
race, repetitively, and therefore the neural pathway gets deeper and deeper, so
when the athlete actually does the event, it is like second nature, instinctive,
subconscious.
OK, so how does this apply to you. Well, you can use this process to create
behavior modification, goal achievement, stress reduction and more. All of the
aforementioned will elevate your existence in ways you never thought possible,
personally and professionally.

Is there a part of your behavior that inhibits you from being better or more
than you are now that you would like to change?
Do you have certain goals that you have yet to achieve or seem to fall just
short of? This procedure can change that.
Is your company running as efficiently as it could with positive interaction
between employees? You can show this procedure to your employees for
optimum performance.

Do you find yourself stressed out or wishing you had enough energy to
accomplish more? You will be able to do more, in less time and with only what
will seem like half the effort.

This simple step by step procedure will help you in all aspects of your life. It is self
hypnosis. Once the word hypnosis is mentioned, people become unsure, however,
you naturally experience hypnosis every day. Have you ever been so involved in a
television program or a book that someone had to yell to get your attention? You
were in trance, hypnotized. Or have you ever driven for a while and realized at the
last second that your exit was right there. That is highway hypnosis. Your conscious
mind was in trance but your subconscious mind stayed aware so you didnt miss
your exit. Daydreaming is also a form of trance or self hypnosis.
First, understand that hypnosis is like meditation. The difference being that in
hypnosis suggestions given to the subconscious mind, once your conscious mind is
relaxed. These suggestions are presented to the subconscious mind as images.
Napoleon Hill is known for a phrase that is actually taken from the Bible; What the
mind believes and perceives, the body achieves. Once you present a vivid image to
the subconscious mind, consistently, with belief and conviction, the subconscious
mind then begins to change your behavior patterns in ways so you will become,
accomplish or realize that image the subconscious mind has received and accepted.
Heres how to do it:
1. Decide what it is you want to change or achieve. It can be a change in your
personality or a habit change. Or maybe you have a goal you want to achieve.
2. Find a place where you will not be disturbed for about 30 minutes.
3. Lie or sit comfortably. If you are sitting, have your feet flat on the floor and
your hands flat on your lap. If you prefer to lie down, have your feet spread
apart about 18 inches and your hands flat to your side.
4. Take 3 deep breaths. When you breathe, breathe in through your nose, filling
your diaphragm/belly (as opposed to your chest) and breath out through your
mouth. Imagine a deep relaxation filling you with each inhale and all stress,
anxiety and tension escaping with each exhale. On the third exhale, close
your eyes.
5. Now imagine each and every muscle group and body part relaxing, letting go.
6. See a set of stairs, or an escalator or an elevator. See and feel yourself going
down from 10 to 1. With each number, imagine you are relaxing deeper and
deeper.
7. Using all your senses (we have the same senses subconsciously that we
have consciously. Can you imagine smelling or tasting a lemon?) vividly see
yourself as you want to be. You must create the most vivid image of yourself
as how you will be. See where you are, what you are wearing, your
surroundings. Hear whats in the background, smell the air, feel the emotions
that you will have in this image. Truly experience this image as if you are
there.
8. When you feel like you are ready to end this session, simply imagine yourself
going back up from 1 to 10. With each number imagine yourself refreshed,
more powerful and re-energized. Better mentally, physically and emotionally.

Do this daily, at least once but preferably twice per day. Do this at least 21 days in a
row and you will create permanent changes for yourself. Eventually, you will find you
are able to go into that very deep, relaxed, hypnotic state quicker and easier.
You now have the instructions to a very powerful and life altering process. Believe
it, use it and join those of us who have learned to make positive changes in our lives,
simply and easily.
Life is a continual choice of decisions. Which one will you make today to become... A
Better You
