cell with orthorhombic crystal system was
selected for which d = (dobs-dcal)
minimum. The 100% intensity peak was
observed at 2=290310 which was found to
be the characteristic feature of the CaNb2O6.
The major X-ray reflection peaks fitted
satisfactorily in orthorhombic columbite
phase with lattice constants a=5.772A0
b=14.9897A0, c=5.2375A0 which is so close
to earlier report (JCPDS No.11 -0619) of
a=5.764, b=15.09, c=5.232.

the distribution of relaxation times, =-1.
The parameter, can be determined from
the location of the center of the Cole-Cole
circles, of which only an arc lies above the '
axis. Such plots are shown in Figure 4.

As the frequency decreases, oxygen
vacancies and other defects become active
hence no anomalies appeared in region
