English Requirements

Stage I English - Minimum Entry into the English program is a 4.5 Overall IELTS (minimum 4.5 in
speaking and writing and a minimum 4.0 is reading and writing) - this equates to a 50+ TOEFL
Stage II Academics - Minimum entry into the academic program is 5.5 Overall IELTS (with no band below
5.5 in reading and writing and no band below 5.0 in speaking and listening) this equates to a 70+ TOEFL

How transcripts are evaluated

Secondary school academic results/certificates are evaluated using a holistic review process. UNH considers the
overall GPA, the progression of grades and the individual GPA of the five core academic subjects. He five core
academic subjects include English, Mathematics, Science, Social Sciences, Foreign Languages (e.g. Chinese, Korean,
Spanish, Turkish, Vietnamese, etc).

Before sending an application to AdmissionsUNH@navitas.com - please ensure the application

includes the following:

Completed Application
Disclaimer needs to be checked (if student is less than 18 years old parent/guardian needs to sign)
Medical insurance box needs to be checked
Official transcripts with all high school results
Graduation certificate (if applicable)
Any post-secondary transcripts
English results (if no English result is provided the offer will be pending English proficiency)
Passport

Accepting the offer

Meet all the conditions listed on conditional offer

Bank statement needs to have $52,000 in a bank account and the date of issue must be within 6 months
of the start date at UNH
Financial declaration form (current year)
Pay Administrative fee

Please Note: Copies are accepted to initially process the I-20.

Before the I-20 will be mailed, the following original documents need to be couriered to UNH
admissions:
