Thank you very much for downloadung the Tiger 10.4 Komplete 2 update!
This document provides information to help you install Komplete 2. It
deals with compatibility issues.

2. Installation procedure

************************(if your computer has internet

access)******************************

1. Download the "K2 Registration fix" from the Komplete 2 Updates page.
2. Run the installer (enter computer admin password, enter your serial number)
3. Choose online registration
4. complete the personal information online until you receive the .xml file, step 5.
(NI_Komplete_2_keyfile.xml)
5. Right click (control-click for mac) the file and "save target as". You can save this to
your desktop.
6. Start the installer "K2 Registration fix" (it may still be running), but this time
choose "I already have a registration file".
7. In the dialog, navigate to the FOLDER where the .xml file was saved and press
CHOOSE.
------------10. Start the original DVD installer.
11. Choose "i already have a registration file".
12. In the dialog, navigate to the FOLDER where the .xml file was saved and press
CHOOSE.
13. Allow the installer to complete installation. It will take some time. If the installer
hangs, do not worry. Let the installer run until it is finished.

1. Download the "K2 Registration fix" from the Komplete 2 Updates page..

choose offline registration)
------------>3. save the registration file. The register.html file will be saved to your desktop.
>4. Transfer this file to your internet computer and open it.
------------5. complete the information online until you receive the .xml file
(NI_Komplete_2_keyfile.xml)
6. Right click (control-click for mac) the file and "save target as". You can save this to
your desktop.
------------>7. Transfer the .xml file to the Komplete 2 computer.
------------8. On your Komplete 2 computer, start the installer "K2 Registration fix" (it may still
be open if you did the online registration method), but this time choose "I already
have a registration file".
9. In the dialog, navigate to the FOLDER where the .xml file was saved and press
CHOOSE.

------------11. Start the original DVD installer.

12. Choose "i already have a registration file".
13. In the dialog, navigate to the FOLDER where the .xml file was saved and press
CHOOSE.
14. Allow the installer to complete installation. It will take some time. If the installer
hangs, do not worry. Let the installer run until it is finished.
