Access Point ships with the default software for Canada for the AP 9552 and US for the AP 9152,
due to regulatory requirements. To get the correct image for your country, you must go to the
3Com web site and download the most recent version (even customers in Canada and US
should check out the download site for the latest image).
Save button added on the Web page and shows the saving progress.

Configuration Changes

Although the CLI allows configuration of a local RADIUS Server, it is not supported on these
stand-alone FAT APs.
In many countries the 5250Hz-5350Hz and 5470Hz-5725Hz frequencies have to be disabled due
to DFS regulation. You should check the 3Com web site for firmware updates on a regular basis
as these channels will be enabled over time.
Configuring the same SSID to be used for both radios is not configurable via the webs Quick
Start button. To enable both radios on the same SSID, you can configure the first radio via the
Quick Start button and then go to the Wireless Service/Access Service tab and bind it to the
second radio.
In order to support applying the same SSID to both radios, some internal details are changed,
and a part of configurations about wireless access service shall be lost while upgrading APs into
R1104. You must go to the Wireless Service/Access Service tab to delete all access service
and re-configure them again manually.
