Personal Safety
This class has an effective and realistic approach toward
learning self-defense tactics and awareness. Participants will
develop confidence, skill and knowledge for any situation
and will learn to defend against grabs, holds, and strikes.
Participants will also learn to use your whole body for
defense and how to perform best under pressure.
