TERMS & CONDITIONS


1 No cancellation or postponement of catering service will be allowed during the week of the function date. Reservation may be
cancelled or postponed without penalty at least 7 days before the schedule. However, if preparation has been made for the said
catering function, the customer will be charged for the expenses incurred.
2 Choice of dishes, linen and flowers can be changed at least 7 days before the function. No alteration in the menu or decor will be
allowed during the week of the function date.
3 We reserve the right to deny the request of the customer to decrease the reservation on the week of the function date. Any decrease
in the number of the reservation will be allowed at least 7 days before the function.
4 We reserve the right not to cook food provided by the customer or serve dishes not prepared by us, which we deem are not of good
quality and will be detrimental to the company.
5 Should any of the flowers stated in the contract be unavailable, k. by cunanan catering reserves the right to substitute this with
a variety of equal appeal and value without altering the total look or feel of the arrangement.
6 Since our setups are more meticulous and detailed, we require at least 6 hours for ingress. Should the venue allot less time, client
will shoulder charges that may be incurred for early ingress/early set up. Otherwise, k. by cunanan catering requires that the client
avails of an additional service for manpower and trucking.
7 In the event, that the venue chosen is an open venue (e.i. garden wedding), k. by cunanan catering reserves the right to require from
the client tents to cover the reception area especially during the rainy season. This holds true if in case any venue does not provide a
kitchen/pantry, k. by cunanan catering reserves the right to require a tent for our preparation area as well.
8 k. by cunanan catering will not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any of its obligations if such failure or delay is
caused by force majeure (fire, earthquake, floods, typhoons, acts of public enemy, riots, war, rebellion, insurrection, sabotage,
terrorism, acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other industrial disturbances, order of competent government authority, order of any
court or regulatory or arbitrage body of competent jurisdiction, power, communications or transportation service interruptions,
suspension of supplies, or any other unforeseen event or causes beyond the reasonable control of k. by cunanan catering).
9 The following payment terms shall be followed:
10,000 Booking fee (non-refundable);
50% Down payment to be made one month prior to the event;
Balance to be paid one week prior to the event. (Please make checks payable to CATHERINE CUNANAN CATERING)

10 In the event of a breach by the client of any of the terms and conditions of this contract, k. by cunanan catering shall have the right
to terminate this contract; cancel or discontinue preparation, setup and service; and forfeit the booking fee, down payment and
balance.
