How to solve up the dispute between foundation and government?

In Indonesia to build legal entity like a foundation they have rules to set a foundation which is
UU No.16/2001. Thats rule of government manage the people how wants to set a foundation
and what terms could they complete to set a foundation. In that rules also include some rules to
avoid the unnecessary things while could happened when their run the foundation. Indonesia has
many cases about the abuse things in around foundation body such as corruption, money laundry,
and etc. Thats kind of case need government help because that case also break the Indonesian
law like corruption while the most case could find in foundation structure.
To solve the problems while comes out is government have the authority who handle the kind of
problem for example, if in foundation they have a problem about corruption government give the
authority to the KPK for investigate to the foundation.. In this case KPK work with attorney
general and police to solve and process the case corruption. Government can do the further
investigation after they got the report from the member of foundation and give the authority to
KPK for further investigation based on the laws No.16 article 53 of 2001. KPK as an authority
from government collect the information and give to the court for the further result. The court
will be study that case to soon will announces what particular judge will be given to the subject
of victim get. That procedure based on the laws no.16 article 70 of 2001 about the judgment of
the subject of victim, they could get the prisoner maximum 5 years and they must give back their
asset such as money and some things while bought by that money from corruption. Laws no.16
article 62 of 2001 also talked about the sanction to the foundation if they not obey the rules and
they will be dismissed by the government.

b . Each Rapporteur / Complainants are treated equally by the Investigator
c . Free from discriminatory, intimidation and other threats from the investigators.
d . Getting Legal Protection against the Reporting / Complainants.
e . Get a receipt reporting of Police.

Research is a series of investigators to look for and find an event alleged criminal acts in order
to determine whether investigation may AAU in the manner set out in legislation.

find and collect evidence with evidence that shed light on the crime that occurred and to find the
suspect.
