The learning never stops! All new and promoted leaders
with the organization attend a two-day leadership
orientation at the corporate office in Chevy Chase,
Maryland. The course introduces and reinforces the values
and philosophy of the company. To encourage the
development and effectiveness of their leadership abilities,
