1. I attach by way of further submissions copies of my separate facsimiles today to Dr John Buchanan and to
Dr Tim Entwistle, the two psychiatrists who have provided markedly different diagnosis in connection with
these matters.

2. I note that I owe Associate Justice Daly some written submissions that the Legal Services Commissioner's
office owes I am “obliged” to provide to Her Honour regarding the misconduct of Mr Other, Mr Over and Mr
Gleeson in the proceedings before Her. I shall endeavour to provide these by separate facsimiles before the
end of this week.

3. Obviously, I am relishing the opportunity to catch up on some overdue letter writing.
